Η Villa Merops Kalyves είναι μια ιδιωτική, πολυτελής και αυτόνομη βίλα σε μια προνομιακή τοποθεσία στις Καλύβες κοντά σε αμμώδεις παραλίες. Μια αυτόνομη, ιδιωτική και πολυτελής βίλα βρίσκεται στην κορυφή ενός λόφου σε ένα καταπληκτικό χωριό με θέα στη θάλασσα στις Καλύβες. Η όμορφη τριώροφη βίλα προσφέρει ανέσεις υψηλής ποιότητας και εξασφαλίζει ότι θα απολαύσετε όλες τις πολυτελείς παροχές. Η ουδέτερη παλέτα και ο μινιμαλιστικός σχεδιασμός θα κάνουν τη βίλα το τέλειο μέρος διακοπών για εσάς και τα αγαπημένα σας πρόσωπα.

Εσωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις: Η Villa Merops Kalyves είναι μια τριώροφη βίλα που αποτελείται από τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια, ένα από αυτά στο ισόγειο, με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Στο ισόγειο, ο ενιαίος χώρος προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στον χώρο της πισίνας. Η πραγματική καρδιά του σπιτιού είναι το ενιαίο σαλόνι με τζάκι και το σκηνικό ολοκληρώνεται με κουζίνα με μοντέρνο design και όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για εύκολη προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Υπάρχει επίσης χώρος φαγητού όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τα γεύματά σας αγναντεύοντας τη θάλασσα. Στον ίδιο όροφο, μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο με ντους. Στον επάνω όροφο, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια όλα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, το ένα έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια, το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με king-size κρεβάτι και το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα king-size κρεβάτι. Ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτει μπανιέρα-υδρομασάζ με τζακούζι. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια στον επάνω όροφο προσφέρουν μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα από τα μπαλκόνια. Στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα γυμναστήριο για όποιον θέλει να παρακολουθήσει τη ρουτίνα προπόνησής του. Επιπλέον, στον ίδιο χώρο, υπάρχει μια σάουνα όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε και ένα ντους.

Εξωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις: Υπάρχει καλύτερο μέρος για εσάς κατά τη διάρκεια των καλοκαιρινών διακοπών από το να ξαπλώνετε δίπλα στην πισίνα και να κάνετε το μαύρισμα; Η εξωτερική πισίνα και ο χώρος του σαλονιού είναι τα σημεία όπου μπορείτε να πιείτε ένα κοκτέιλ ή να χαλαρώσετε αγναντεύοντας το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα στις ξαπλώστρες και στο διπλό ανάκλιντρο. Πολύ κοντά στο χώρο της πισίνας υπάρχει μια τραπεζαρία και ένας καλά οργανωμένος χώρος μπάρμπεκιου για εορταστικές γαστρονομικές βραδιές κάτω από τον αστρικό ουρανό. Ο κήπος γύρω από τη βίλα σε κάνει να νιώθεις ότι ζεις στον παράδεισο. Μην ξεχνάτε ότι υπάρχει ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης έξω από τη βίλα για δύο αυτοκίνητα και υπάρχει φορτιστής EV.

Προσβασιμότητα: Από το χώρο στάθμευσης μέχρι την κεντρική πόρτα του εσωτερικού χώρου, υπάρχει μονοπάτι χωρίς σκάλες. Επιπλέον, μέσα στη βίλα, υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας για μετακίνηση από τον έναν όροφο στον άλλο.

Πολιτική θερμαινόμενης πισίνας: Η πισίνα μπορεί να θερμανθεί από τον Μάρτιο έως τα τέλη Μαΐου και από τις 15 Σεπτεμβρίου έως τα τέλη Νοεμβρίου, κατόπιν αιτήματος δωρεάν με αντλία θερμότητας πισίνας στους 26 - 27°C περίπου, ανάλογα με τις καιρικές συνθήκες. Ζητάμε ειδοποίηση 3-4 ημέρες εκ των προτέρων για αυτήν τη διευκόλυνση.

The house is large, very nice and has a beautiful view. The pool area was perfect for lazy days in the sun, and we also enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor grill in the evening. Our host, Nicole, was very nice and always quick to respond if we needed or wondered about something. The manager were also very flexible, and we were able to borrow both a bed, chair and life jacket for children. An extra bonus was that the owner came by with a lovely homemade moussaka! It is a short way down to the centre of Kalyves, and although it is a bit steep it was no problem to walk with a pram. We were mostly in the villa as the city itself is small and quite uninteresting. It was also easy to get food delivered to the villa from the restaurants in town using the efood app. All in all a top stay, and we recommend everyone who wants a quiet week in Crete to rent this place! Thank you so much for us!

Amazing villa! Amazing Location!

The villa is the perfect size for 8 people. The outdoor and indoor areas are excellent. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a great pool and even a barbecue. Communication was easy, the owner even brought us some snacks.

It is a short way down to the centre of Kalyves, and although it is a bit steep it was no problem to walk with a pram. We were mostly in the villa as the city itself is small and quite uninteresting. It was also easy to get food delivered to the villa from the restaurants in town using the efood app. All in all a top stay, and we recommend everyone who wants a quiet week in Crete to rent this place!
