Beachside Villa Naia 1 Chania is a brand new luxurious villa with unique and minimal architectural design, located on Nopigia 5km east from Kissamos town and 30km west from Chania town. It is a superior property that offers exceptional accommodation through its indoor modern decoration and its outdoor relaxing area. 

On the outdoor area, there is a private pool 30sqm long,a jacuzzi for 5 guests, an open-air living room with sofas, barbeque facilities, an open dining area, and 4 electric scooters, and a beautiful garden with flowers and a grass lawn. Beachside Villa Naia 1 Chania can accommodate up to 7 guests in the 3 luxurious suite bedrooms and a bed sofa. 

On the lower level, there is a modern furnished living room with a dining table and a lounge next to the fireplace from where you can enjoy pools and garden views. Also, there is a large 43’’satellite led TV with a DVD player, a cd-radio player, a fully functional kitchen with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Also, there is a bedroom with twin beds with hypoallergenic antistress mattresses offered with a private bathroom with a jacuzzi shower. 

On the first floor there is the master suite bedroom with a king-size bed with hypoallergenic antistress mattress, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower, a led 32’’ satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a covered balcony with pool, garden, and sea view. In that bedroom, there is provided a washing machine, air-conditioning in all rooms, free wireless internet, and iron equipment.

It is a lovely villa where you can spend memorable holidays in one of the most beautiful areas of Crete. An ideal destination for families and groups of friends who are looking for a relaxing experience combined with hospitality. The villa’s location is also perfect for ecotourism and outdoor activities. We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful villa of Alex, who was the most wonderful and kind host. The quality of the villa is fantastic. Alex was always on hand to help if or when we needed. The location is great, nice and secluded, but only a short walk from the beach and an excellent restaurant. It's easy to reach from the airport via the main highway from Chania, and just a short drive from Kissamos where you will find supermarkets, banks, bars/restaurants and local boat trips. It's an excellent base to explore the Western end of Crete. Highly recommended! Efharisto!

It ticked all the boxes we looked for... a lovely villa with a pool, close to the beach (in fact just a minute or so away), local bars/tavernas we could walk to, and within driving distance of many of West Crete's most beautiful spots and attractions…
It ticked all the boxes we looked for... a lovely villa with a pool, close to the beach (in fact just a minute or so away), local bars/tavernas we could walk to, and within driving distance of many of West Crete's most beautiful spots and attractions. Chania itself is just over half an hours drive away and Elafonisi Beach, Balos Bay and many lovely hillside villages such as Topolia are within striking distance. Our host, Alex was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the villa was of a very high standard. Our daughter particulate loved the annex room and bathroom she had all to herself. We would highly recommend.

Wow! the villa was like an oasis

Beautiful inside and out. Ideally located to be a nice drive to the beaches and nearby villages. Alex went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensured that we had everything that we needed to have a great time.

Be prepared for been overwhelmed because of the incredible beauty of this place and because of incredible Alex hospitality!The fridge was full of supplies at our arrival and also a big basket of fresh fruit was waiting for us!The house is beautiful and you have the beach and 3 restaurants (Taverna) at walking distance (5 minutes).For groceries you will need to go to the nearest town, Kissamos, which is 5 minutes by car.Thank you very much Alex for making our stay a very special one!

This villa is beautiful, even in autumn (October) and perfect for children with the warm whirlpool. The villa was very clean. We have never met such a nice, attentive, and helpful host as Alex. He provided us with tips for excursions and cleaned the pool and terrace almost daily while we were away. The fridge was also stocked with local products (fruit, cheese, drinks) upon arrival, and Alexandros was happy to bring us some cake or something similar during our stay; he was just super nice without being intrusive.

Alex's villa is situated in the village of Nopigia, which is a 10 minute drive from Kissamos. The villa is only about a 20 minute drive to Phalasarna beach, about 50 minutes to Balos Bay and about an hour to Elafonisi beach. The villa is situated in a nice rural setting with views of the mountains and the Cretan country side.The villa is very modern but with touches of Cretan tradition and is very well equipped . The kitchen has all the required gadgets and much more. Alex is an amazing host and is very prompt with his responses. We were personally received by him and were welcomed with a big basket of fresh fruits. He had also stocked the refrigerator with milk.eggs , bread, juices,beer etc and much more . The villa was very clean and the pool was very clean as well. Alex also helped us with local tips of things to do whilst we were in Crete . We would thoroughly recommend Alex as a host and his beautiful place to explore Western Crete .

The villa is a gem, very well designed, decorated with great taste. The pool is a delight, we enjoyed it a lot! The small garden with its beautiful lawn gives a Hollywood feel to the property. The interior and exterior lighting is very pretty. The room in the small outbuilding is very nice!We were welcomed with lots of little touches (2 full fruit baskets, a few drinks and the famous croque-monsieur kit in the fridge, a large carafe of raki available, a small French flag on the table, sweets on each bed, etc.). During the stay, Alex is very responsive and always available, taking care to ensure that the stay goes as well as possible. One evening we wanted to have a barbecue but there was no lighter, Alex sent his dad and sister to bring us two, because he was not in town himself.The village is very quiet, the beach (narrow but very pleasant) is a 2-minute walk, there are 2 nice taverns by the sea (we recommend the sunset on the terrace of the Ble). For shopping, you have to go to Kissamos, a small town located 10 minutes away by car where you will find everything you need.In short, this villa is perfect for a quiet stay with family or friends. We would recommend it unreservedly!

Our stay with was amazing!

The host ensured every questions we had were answered rapidly and attended to us almost immediately. The house was well equipped (and much much more!). Locations is great, seconds away from a local beach and tavernas.Could not have asked for more!

We stayed three days in this villa with the family, two adults and 4 teenagers. Everything was superlative: the welcome and the structure where the kids and even we adults relaxed and had fun. Spacious, clean and well-finished rooms; garden and pool exactly as described. In addition, in the immediate vicinity there are good restaurants, in particular theBle - I recommend it!!! And a bakery a short distance away, easily accessible with the scooter provided. The beach accessible from the Ble is nice, with small stones. In short, I highly recommend this villa!

I would definitely stay here again. The villa is private and we enjoyed the separate room/villa/retreat, bonus!! The whole property is well maintained and the host has thought of everything.
