Drosa Villa Chania — Уединитесь в уединенном и безмятежном месте всего в нескольких шагах от потрясающих пляжей западного Крита. Эта просторная, современная и комфортабельная вилла располагает собственным бассейном, расслабляющей гидромассажной ванной на открытом воздухе и площадкой для барбекю, идеально подходящей для стильного отдыха. Идеальный летний отдых для семей или групп.

Основное строение построено из камня и представляет собой сочетание современной и традиционной архитектуры. Он имеет две спальни с отдельными ванными комнатами, гостиную и кухню. Обе спальни оснащены независимыми кондиционерами, 42-дюймовыми плоскими смарт-телевизорами с подключением к Интернету и 3 спутниковыми каналами (Hotbird, Astra). Есть также сейфы, шкафы, зеркала и небольшие офисные столы с доступом к Ethernet. Оба они обеспечивают выход на общий балкон с видом на дорогу. В одной из спален установлена двуспальная кровать (160 х 205 см), а в другой — две односпальные кровати (90 х 205 см), которые также можно раздвинуть в двуспальную, все с прикроватными тумбочками.

В одной из ванных комнат установлен душ, а в другой — ванна. В обоих, кроме самого необходимого, есть обогреватели для ванных комнат, душевые кабины-биде, увеличительные зеркала и фены. В просторной гостиной есть удобный большой Г-образный диван, который можно превратить в две односпальные кровати, 55-дюймовый плоский смарт-телевизор с доступом в Интернет и тремя каналами спутникового телевидения, а также независимый кондиционер. Кухня оборудована столом на шесть человек и хорошо оборудована двойной раковиной, духовкой, четырьмя духовыми плитами, микроволновой печью, посудомоечной машиной, двухдверным холодильником с возможностью подачи воды и кубиков льда, а также множеством другой бытовой техники. Кроме того, в основной конструкции есть небольшое вспомогательное помещение со стиральной машиной (8 кг) и сушилкой для белья (8 кг).

Гостевой дом состоит из спальни с небольшой кухонной зоной и санузла. В нем могут разместиться 2 человека, поскольку в нем установлены 2 односпальные кровати (90 х 205 см), которые также можно превратить в большую двуспальную кровать. Комната оснащена независимым кондиционером, 42-дюймовым плоским смарт-телевизором с подключением к Интернету и спутниковыми каналами, сейфом, шкафом, небольшим кабинетом с доступом к Ethernet и зеркалом. На кухне есть раковина, 2 духовки и небольшой холодильник. В ванной комнате есть душ со всем необходимым, а также обогреватель, душ-биде, увеличительное зеркало и фен.

Снаружи, в пространстве между двумя строениями, находится зона для барбекю с водопроводом и раковиной, большой деревянный стол на 8 мест, бассейн с подогревом площадью 30 кв.м. (использование подогрева оплачивается отдельно), джакузи, зонтики и шезлонги. У входа также есть 2 парковочных места.

He greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the villa, and made sure we were settled in comfortably. Midway through our stay, he even came by to clean the pool, ensuring it was in perfect condition for us to enjoy.The check-out process was a breeze, making our departure stress-free. We had many dinners at the taverna next door and the bakery in the village where we bought wonderful bread and pies for our picknicks at the beach are definately a plus. With the hot tub, the pool and the sun deck you can easily spend the whole day at the villa as well.

He warmly welcomed us with refreshing drinks and a nice fruit tray, which was very much appreciated.Although the accommodation is quite far from amenities and requires the use of a car, its location just 10 minutes from Kissamos is ideal for exploring the area, offering easy access to sites such as Chania, beautiful beaches and the Samaria Gorge. On the other hand, the town of Kissamos itself is not very attractive.Among the highlights of this rental, we particularly appreciated the full amenities of the accommodation, the terrace and the Jacuzzi. However, it should be noted that we were slightly bothered by the noise of traffic during mornings and evenings, as the accommodation is located on the side of the road

Aris was waiting for us to hand over the keys, with a warm and simple welcome.The photos in the listing are a perfect match with the actual property.When we arrived, a welcome basket was waiting for us, consisting of local products, water, fruit juice and beers. We also found a grocery store and everything we needed for breakfast.The bath towels were provided in sufficient quantity.The pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant, with plenty of deckchairs to comfortably accommodate six people.All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom.The kitchen is well equipped, and a barbecue is also available.The house is located in a small quiet village, with a convenience store, a restaurant and a bakery nearby.We had a relaxing and enjoyable week.The sea is 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes on foot through beautiful paths lined with olive trees

The whole family had an amazing holiday. Near Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna all the most beautiful beaches of Crete are a short drive away. The outdoor furniture is superb, everything is extremely well arranged. The space was impeccably clean. It's fantastic to have a small market, a bakery and a very good restaurant within walking distance. Thanks for everything Aris!!!!!

Aris is a fabulous host; kind, generous with his time, and very responsive. The villa is perfect, very clean, very quiet, very relaxing - the images on the posting are very accurate. The location is also perfect, tucked away in a very small village, but easy to get to beaches (nearest one is 3 minutes drive way), and easy to get on the main road to drive up and down the coast. We like to travel around on our vacations - this villa was perfect for us and I wish we could have spent longer just relaxing there - Crete has so many beautiful places to visit, though. Aris was so accommodating (we were rather delayed in arriving due to flight and rental car issues), he waited until late at night to make sure we arrived ok and to show us around the villa. We will definitely aim to book to stay here again - thank you so much, Aris!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is in a lovely village set amongst olive groves with a view of the sea from the roof terrace. It is set back from the busier sea front but easily walkable. And with a car great for exploring mountain villages…

And with a car great for exploring mountain villages and south coast as well as north. The local bakery is so delicious.The house is very comfortable with nice beds and clean linen. The kitchen works well. And the outside area is so lovely. Jumping in the pool or hot tub at the end of the day was brilliant. We were a party of 6 and there was room for us all very comfortably.Aris was a great host. Very responsive to queries and flexible where he could be with check in and out. Very highly recommend!
