Снаружи широкая трава, площадка для барбекю, удобные сиденья, обеденный стол и большой бассейн, а также потрясающий вид превращают жизнь на свежем воздухе в реальность.

Внешнее пространство перед домом полностью покрыто газоном, что создает прекрасный пейзаж вплоть до огромного бассейна. Расслабиться просто с шезлонгами и зонтиками. Удобный диван из ротанга и кресла расположены прямо у главного дома, в тени беседки. Если вы можете отвлечься от очаровательных пейзажей, это фантастическое место, чтобы почитать. The villa was stunning. It was plenty big enough for our family and friends. The villa was clean and well equipped. The host responded to our requests immediately, and super helpful. I would recommend hiring a car, but you can get into Chania centre…
The villa was stunning. It was plenty big enough for our family and friends. The villa was clean and well equipped. The host responded to our requests immediately, and super helpful. I would recommend hiring a car, but you can get into Chania centre very easily by taxi. I would recommend the villa to any families and friends, it was superb! It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend and we would 100% go back to the villa. We had a brilliant time.

We were a party of 9…all we can say is WOW!! Your Villa is simply stunning inside and out!!! Ultra modern and contemporary with a fantastic outside area with everything you could want!! The pool area is stunning with amazing views!!!

Our weeks stay at this Villa was absolutely incredible!

We were met by the host who was extremely helpful and responsive and had arranged a shop for us so we had food at the villa waiting. The villa was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. We had the pool cleaned one day and cleaners come in to change…
We were met by the host who was extremely helpful and responsive and had arranged a shop for us so we had food at the villa waiting. The villa was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. We had the pool cleaned one day and cleaners come in to change bedding and towels etc. There was 11 of us and we all had more than enough space throughout the villa. It was a short walk down the hill to two large supermarkets and a bus ride away from town where there were loads of lovely restaurants. This was our first time to Crete and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be going back!

The place is up a hill but this was no issue for us. It is close enough for a walk into the old town and 5 mins walk to the best beaches.

We particularly enjoyed the outside area and spent most nights relaxing on the terrace. There were plenty of beaches nearby, all of which were excellent. The taxi service in the guidebook was professional and reliable. I can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

Beautiful property and view, very comfortable. Loved the pool, and all of the facilities and space were excellent. The outdoor pizza oven turned out to be an amazing bonus when we made pizzas at home! Tons of space for car parking if multiple people are renting cars as well. 10-15 minute walk to the beach (which we didn't really need since we had the pool!) and 45 to the old town (or a 10 euro cab ride).

We were 10 guests, including three children from 2 to 6, and had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious, clean and very well planned. It has all the facilities necessary for a great stay including a family friendly pool, an on-site gym, an outside lounge and a barbecue area. There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer. The view from the house is beautiful (mountains, city and sea). It is both nice to spend the day at the house (we’ll maintained and equipped garden) or to go to Chania for a stroll. The owner and her staff were very professional, friendly and eager to help us spending the perfect stay. The house works with a service management company that can help with different kind of service needs you may have. The house has air conditioning which makes it comfortable to sleep in during the summer time.

We had everything we needed on-site to spend a relaxing holiday. The owner was lovely and helped with any challenges or needs we may have had in a very fast manner. The location of the villa was great. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends who search for accommodation in Chania. I also liked the suggestions from Unique Villas when we were searching for a villa. It helped us find something faster.

We were met by the host who was extremely helpful and responsive and had arranged a shop for us so we had food at the villa waiting. The villa was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. We had the pool cleaned one day and cleaners come in to change bedding and towels etc. There was 11 of us and we all had more than enough space throughout the villa.
