Centro Golden View Villa Chania is a breathtaking commanding villa with a view of the beach and Chania city. This freshly constructed, stylish, and modern property is well located near the beaches and services with six bedrooms and five baths, including a small inside apartment, fitness room, table tennis, workplace, grass, barbeque facilities, and a pool.

Centro Golden View Villa Chania is located just outside of Chania town on a somewhat elevated vantage point, giving wonderful panoramic views of Chania town and the shoreline with its turquoise seas. The huge 350m2 house is divided into three stories and includes a 2000m2 outside space. Its basic modern design features wide glass windows and doors to make the most of the spectacular view, as well as high-quality finishes and furnishings and the use of natural wood and marble. The use of cool white and natural tones, as well as accent colors, keeps the house feeling light and airy, while attention to detail makes it a functional and pleasant living place. On the bottom floor, there is an interior apartment section with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sofa, ideal for families or big groups looking for a little additional solitude. On the first level, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a balcony. Outside, a wide grass, barbeque area, comfy seats, dining table, and a generously sized swimming pool, in addition to the stunning view, make outdoor living a dream come true.

The outside space in front of the home is all lawn, creating a lovely landscape down to the huge swimming pool. Relaxing is simple with sunbeds and umbrellas. A comfy rattan sofa and armchairs are located just outside the main house, beneath the shade of the pergola. If you can pull yourself away from the enchantment of the view, it's a fantastic place to catch up on some reading. The BBQ area and patio extend along the side of the lawn and are a barbecuer's dream, complete with charcoal barbeque, pizza/bread oven, fridge, and sink. Gather around the huge outdoor dining table for some alfresco eating during the day or beneath the stars in the warm night air.

The taxi service in the guidebook was professional and reliable. I can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

Beautiful property and view, very comfortable. Loved the pool, and all of the facilities and space were excellent. The outdoor pizza oven turned out to be an amazing bonus when we made pizzas at home! Tons of space for car parking if multiple people are renting cars as well. 10-15 minute walk to the beach (which we didn't really need since we had the pool!) and 45 to the old town (or a 10 euro cab ride).

We were 10 guests, including three children from 2 to 6, and had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious, clean and very well planned. It has all the facilities necessary for a great stay including a family friendly pool, an on-site gym, an outside lounge and a barbecue area. There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer. The view from the house is beautiful (mountains, city and sea). It is both nice to spend the day at the house (we’ll maintained and equipped garden) or to go to Chania for a stroll. The owner and her staff were very professional, friendly and eager to help us spending the perfect stay. The house works with a service management company that can help with different kind of service needs you may have. The house has air conditioning which makes it comfortable to sleep in during the summer time.

The location of the villa was great. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends who search for accommodation in Chania.
