Το Centro Golden View Villa Chania είναι μια εκπληκτική επιβλητική βίλα με θέα στην παραλία και την πόλη των Χανίων. Αυτή η πρόσφατα κατασκευασμένη, κομψή και μοντέρνα ιδιοκτησία βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στις παραλίες και υπηρεσίες με έξι υπνοδωμάτια και πέντε μπάνια, όπως ένα μικρό εσωτερικό διαμέρισμα, γυμναστήριο, πινγκ-πονγκ, χώρο εργασίας, γρασίδι, εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου και πισίνα.

Το Centro Golden View Villa Chania βρίσκεται λίγο έξω από την πόλη των Χανίων σε ένα κάπως ανυψωμένο πλεονεκτικό σημείο, προσφέροντας υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα στην πόλη των Χανίων και την ακτογραμμή με τις τιρκουάζ θάλασσες. Η τεράστια κατοικία 350μ2 χωρίζεται σε τρεις ιστορίες και περιλαμβάνει εξωτερικό χώρο 2000μ2. Ο βασικός μοντέρνος σχεδιασμός του διαθέτει μεγάλα γυάλινα παράθυρα και πόρτες για να αξιοποιήσετε στο έπακρο την εντυπωσιακή θέα, καθώς και υψηλής ποιότητας φινιρίσματα και έπιπλα και τη χρήση φυσικού ξύλου και μαρμάρου. Η χρήση δροσερών λευκών και φυσικών τόνων, καθώς και τόνων, διατηρεί το σπίτι αίσθημα φωτεινού και ευάερου, ενώ η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια το καθιστά λειτουργικό και ευχάριστο χώρο διαβίωσης. Στον κάτω όροφο, υπάρχει ένα εσωτερικό διαμέρισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, μια κουζίνα και έναν καναπέ, ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή μεγάλες ομάδες που αναζητούν λίγη επιπλέον μοναξιά. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο, υπάρχουν τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνια, το καθένα με μπαλκόνι. Έξω, ένα μεγάλο γρασίδι, χώρος μπάρμπεκιου, άνετα καθίσματα, τραπέζι φαγητού και μια μεγάλη πισίνα, εκτός από την εκπληκτική θέα, κάνουν την υπαίθρια διαβίωση ένα όνειρο πραγματικότητα.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος μπροστά από το σπίτι είναι όλο το γκαζόν, δημιουργώντας ένα υπέροχο τοπίο μέχρι την τεράστια πισίνα. Η χαλάρωση είναι απλή με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Ένας άνετος καναπές και πολυθρόνες από μπαστούνι βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω από την κεντρική κατοικία, κάτω από τη σκιά της πέργκολας. Εάν μπορείτε να τραβήξετε τον εαυτό σας μακριά από τη μαγεία της θέας, είναι ένα φανταστικό μέρος για να παρακολουθήσετε κάποια ανάγνωση. Ο χώρος και το αίθριο μπάρμπεκιου εκτείνονται κατά μήκος του γκαζόν και είναι το όνειρο του μπάρμπεκιου, με μπάρμπεκιου με κάρβουνα, φούρνο για πίτσα / ψωμί, ψυγείο και νεροχύτη. Συγκεντρώστε το τεράστιο υπαίθριο τραπέζι για φαγητό στο ύπαιθρο κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας ή κάτω από τα αστέρια στον ζεστό νυχτερινό αέρα.

The taxi service in the guidebook was professional and reliable. I can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

Tons of space for car parking if multiple people are renting cars as well. 10-15 minute walk to the beach (which we didn't really need since we had the pool!) and 45 to the old town (or a 10 euro cab ride).

The villa was spotless and everyone involved with the booking and renting of the property was extremely helpful and friendly.

We were 10 guests, including three children from 2 to 6, and had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious, clean and very well planned. It has all the facilities necessary for a great stay including a family friendly pool, an on-site gym, an outside lounge and a barbecue area. There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer. The view from the house is beautiful (mountains, city and sea). It is both nice to spend the day at the house (we’ll maintained and equipped garden) or to go to Chania for a stroll. The owner and her staff were very professional, friendly and eager to help us spending the perfect stay. The house works with a service management company that can help with different kind of service needs you may have. The house has air conditioning which makes it comfortable to sleep in during the summer time.

The location of the villa was great. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends who search for accommodation in Chania.
