Drosa Villa Chania - Απόδραση σε ένα ιδιωτικό και γαλήνιο καταφύγιο, λίγα λεπτά από τις εκπληκτικές παραλίες της δυτικής Κρήτης. Αυτή η ευρύχωρη βίλα προσφέρει μοντέρνα και άνεση, με ιδιωτική πισίνα, χαλαρωτικό υπαίθριο υδρομασάζ και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση με στυλ. Ιδανική καλοκαιρινή απόδραση για οικογένειες ή παρέες.

Η κύρια κατασκευή είναι χτισμένη από πέτρα, ως συνδυασμός μοντέρνας και παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, σαλόνι και κουζίνα. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με ανεξάρτητες μονάδες κλιματισμού, τηλεοράσεις smart 42 ιντσών με επίπεδη οθόνη με σύνδεση στο internet και 3 δορυφορικές επιλογές (Hotbird, Astra). Υπάρχουν επίσης χρηματοκιβώτια, ντουλάπες, καθρέφτες και μικρά τραπέζια γραφείου με πρόσβαση Ethernet. Και τα δύο παρέχουν πρόσβαση σε κοινό μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δρόμο. Το ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχει ένα queen-size κρεβάτι (160 cm x 205 cm) και το άλλο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια (90 cm x 205 cm) που μπορούν επίσης να τακτοποιηθούν σε διπλό, όλα με κομοδίνα.

Το ένα μπάνιο έχει ντους και το άλλο μπανιέρα. Και τα δύο, εκτός από τα απαραίτητα, διαθέτουν επίσης θερμάστρες μπάνιου, ντους μπιντέ, μεγεθυντικούς καθρέφτες και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Το σαλόνι είναι ευρύχωρο με έναν άνετο μεγάλο καναπέ σε σχήμα L που μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια, μια επίπεδη τηλεόραση smart 55 ιντσών με πρόσβαση στο internet και τρεις δορυφορικές επιλογές και μια ανεξάρτητη μονάδα κλιματισμού. Η κουζίνα είναι επιπλωμένη με εξαθέσιο τραπέζι και καλά εξοπλισμένη με διπλό νεροχύτη, φούρνο, τέσσερις εστίες φούρνου, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, ψυγείο με διπλή πόρτα με επιλογές νερού και παγοκύβων, καθώς και πολλές άλλες συσκευές. Επιπλέον, η κύρια κατασκευή προσφέρει έναν μικρό βοηθητικό χώρο με πλυντήριο ρούχων (8 κιλά) και στεγνωτήριο ρούχων (8 κιλά).

Ο ξενώνας αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με μια μικρή κουζίνα και ένα μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 2 άτομα αφού διαθέτει 2 μονά κρεβάτια (90cm x 205cm) τα οποία μπορούν επίσης να τακτοποιηθούν σε ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Το δωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με ανεξάρτητη μονάδα κλιματισμού, smart τηλεόραση επίπεδης 42 ιντσών με σύνδεση στο internet και δορυφορικά κανάλια, χρηματοκιβώτιο, ντουλάπα, μικρό γραφείο με πρόσβαση Ethernet και καθρέφτη. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει νεροχύτη, 2 εστίες φούρνου και μικρό ψυγείο. Το μπάνιο διαθέτει ντους με όλα τα απαραίτητα, καθώς και θερμάστρα μπάνιου, ντους μπιντέ, μεγεθυντικό καθρέφτη και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών.

Έξω, στο χώρο ανάμεσα στις δύο κατασκευές, υπάρχει χώρος μπάρμπεκιου με παροχή νερού και νεροχύτη, μεγάλο ξύλινο τραπέζι με 8 θέσεις, θερμαινόμενη πισίνα 30 τμ (η χρήση της θερμαινόμενης λειτουργίας παρέχεται με επιπλέον χρέωση), τζακούζι, ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες. Στην είσοδο υπάρχουν επίσης 2 θέσεις στάθμευσης.

He greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour of the villa, and made sure we were settled in comfortably. Midway through our stay, he even came by to clean the pool, ensuring it was in perfect condition for us to enjoy.The check-out process was a breeze, making our departure stress-free. We had many dinners at the taverna next door and the bakery in the village where we bought wonderful bread and pies for our picknicks at the beach are definately a plus. With the hot tub, the pool and the sun deck you can easily spend the whole day at the villa as well.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation matches the photos perfectly. Aris was a welcoming host and available to answer questions throughout our stay. He warmly welcomed us with refreshing drinks and a nice fruit tray, which was very much appreciated.Although the accommodation is quite far from amenities and requires the use of a car, its location just 10 minutes from Kissamos is ideal for exploring the area, offering easy access to sites such as Chania, beautiful beaches and the Samaria Gorge. On the other hand, the town of Kissamos itself is not very attractive.Among the highlights of this rental, we particularly appreciated the full amenities of the accommodation, the terrace and the Jacuzzi. However, it should be noted that we were slightly bothered by the noise of traffic during mornings and evenings, as the accommodation is located on the side of the road

Aris was waiting for us to hand over the keys, with a warm and simple welcome.The photos in the listing are a perfect match with the actual property.When we arrived, a welcome basket was waiting for us, consisting of local products, water, fruit juice and beers. We also found a grocery store and everything we needed for breakfast.The bath towels were provided in sufficient quantity.The pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant, with plenty of deckchairs to comfortably accommodate six people.All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom.The kitchen is well equipped, and a barbecue is also available.The house is located in a small quiet village, with a convenience store, a restaurant and a bakery nearby.We had a relaxing and enjoyable week.The sea is 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes on foot through beautiful paths lined with olive trees

The whole family had an amazing holiday. Near Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna all the most beautiful beaches of Crete are a short drive away. The outdoor furniture is superb, everything is extremely well arranged. The space was impeccably clean. It's fantastic to have a small market, a bakery and a very good restaurant within walking distance. Thanks for everything Aris!!!!!

Aris is a fabulous host; kind, generous with his time, and very responsive. The villa is perfect, very clean, very quiet, very relaxing - the images on the posting are very accurate. The location is also perfect, tucked away in a very small village, but easy to get to beaches (nearest one is 3 minutes drive way), and easy to get on the main road to drive up and down the coast. We like to travel around on our vacations - this villa was perfect for us and I wish we could have spent longer just relaxing there - Crete has so many beautiful places to visit, though. Aris was so accommodating (we were rather delayed in arriving due to flight and rental car issues), he waited until late at night to make sure we arrived ok and to show us around the villa. We will definitely aim to book to stay here again - thank you so much, Aris!

The Villa was a fabulous property!

Aris and his family were exceptional hosts and the home has been completely renovated. It is beautiful! And very convenient to a great taverna and market. Drapanias is a wonderful village with friendly people. Can’t wait to come back!

Very highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is in a lovely village set amongst olive groves with a view of the sea from the roof terrace. It is set back from the busier sea front but easily walkable. And with a car great for exploring mountain villages…

And with a car great for exploring mountain villages and south coast as well as north. The local bakery is so delicious.The house is very comfortable with nice beds and clean linen. The kitchen works well. And the outside area is so lovely. Jumping in the pool or hot tub at the end of the day was brilliant. We were a party of 6 and there was room for us all very comfortably.Aris was a great host. Very responsive to queries and flexible where he could be with check in and out. Very highly recommend!
