Kalives Villa Chania представляет собой комбинацию двух недавно построенных каменных домов для отдыха, сдаваемых в аренду, с частным бассейном. Каждая из вилл имеет три спальни и расположена в деревне Каливес, в Апокоронас Ханья, Крит.

Виллы построены в окружении деревьев и предлагают великолепный вид на величественные Белые горы. Виллы разделены на 2 уровня. На первом этаже вы найдете гостиную с камином, столовую, одну просторную кухню (полностью оборудованную) и спальню с ванной комнатой. Наверху находится спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями, которые можно соединить вместе, с ванной комнатой. На этом же этаже вы найдете третью спальню с ванной и большой террасой.

Exceptional stay

Our very large family spent over 2 weeks in the Villa. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool (especially those of us over 70), walking to the many restaurants and the youngsters (those under 70) did several hikes. We toured the nearby ruins and made several trips to the beaches and 'big' cities. We also picked and squeezed lemons and limes from the many fruit trees on the property. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual event. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Lovely secluded villa with great facilities.

 Villa is well equipped and the hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. Great Mountain Views and good amenities nearby.

Owner was really great - communication was amazing, and they were super helpful with recommendations an anything else we needed. Would defo recommend.

Perfect for a big family stay.

Just returned from a week’s stay here the views are stunning and the villa is beautiful. Lots of lovely restaurants and beaches fairly close by.

First, superb communication with the hosts. They were very responsive and proactive. We didn’t actually have any needs but they checked in constantly always offering help. Organized our car rentasl and a boat trip to Balos. That trip turned out to be the highlight of our Crete experience. We also absolutely loved Kalyves and the tavernas in Armenoi (12 min walk). To all the vacationers new to Crete: must have local wines, all of the house wines were excellent. The food is just soooo good. Highly recommend a quick ride to Aptera to check out some ancient structures. Crete and its people are truly lovely.

The villas are great and a short 10 minute drive to various beaches with restaurants/bars etc. The view from the villas looking over the mountains is incredible.The hosts are very responsive and gave us some great recommendations.We were a group of 11 on holiday and there was easily enough space.The place was in great condition, aside from the bathrooms, where there were some shower heads/toilet seats not fully screwed in. They assured us it would be fixed soon.

A wonderful stay at the villa

We are a family of 6 and had a wonderful stay at the villa. The pool and patio are great for lazy days. Beautiful mountain view. Many good restaurants within short driving distance.

Amazing Villa!

The house is surrounded by fragrant orange trees (in April) and it has wonderful views of the mountains. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the pool is great. We had a change of linen and towels and a mid-week clean which was much appreciated…

We had a change of linen and towels and a mid-week clean which was much appreciated.Parking is provided off the road and next to the house. There is easy access to the main road from the airport. The village of Armenoi is a short drive or 15 minutes walk away.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were gathered in the extended family, 12 people and everyone enjoyed the place. There is spacious and plenty of space for everyone, for both play and rest, sunbathing and swimming. We used the grill several evenings and there was a lot of good food…
We were gathered in the extended family, 12 people and everyone enjoyed the place. There is spacious and plenty of space for everyone, for both play and rest, sunbathing and swimming. We used the grill several evenings and there was a lot of good food. Short drive to shops and restaurants and a great starting point for trips to CHANIA and other places in Crete, which we visited for the first time. It gave more flavor! The host was very welcoming and nice, easy to connect when we needed it! Thanks for a gorgeous week!
