В гостиной есть 32-дюймовый телевизор, DVD и CD-плеер, радио, высокоскоростной Wi-Fi, ноутбук и небольшая библиотека. Majestic Villa 1 Chania - это полностью оборудованная кухня с плитой, холодильником, посудомоечной машиной, кофеваркой, тостером, соковыжималкой и бойлером. В нем также есть стиральная машина, утюг, сейф, фен, аптечка, детская кроватка и сиденье.

Снаружи индивидуальный бассейн 40 кв.м и поле для мини-гольфа. Окрестности покрыты оливковыми рощами. My friends and I had a lovely week long stay at this villa

Lovely place, very clean and exactly as described. Looks even better in person. The place had a lot of seating areas with amazing views of the town and sea. Excellent location around a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and town. Would love to stay again…

The villa is everything we expected and more

If we get the opportunity, all of us would return there in a heartbeat. Thank you Mrs Gregoria for the warm Greek welcome and your care and attention. We instantly felt at home. The views all around the villa are incredible. We saw eagles, lizards, beautiful butterflies and even a mini Praying Mantis about 25mm long. The pool became the centre of our stay & difficult to get the kids (4 and 2) out of there. The kids loved the 'crazy' putting. The gym is well appointed. There are four private ground floor patios to chose from, plus the upper balconies (the balcony facing the sea view is large perfect to watch the sun set over the large off-shore island. You can always find the sun or shade - or just simply change the view. The local beaches are gorgeous and Chania's stunning marina with great restaurants is only 20 minutes away. Everything is spotlessly clean and the cleaner came twice in our 8 day stay.

The villa was absolutely spotless, shampoo toilet roll and beach towels were all provided which we found most helpful. The walk into town was a bit further than expected but it helped walk off all the Greek food. The restaurants and bars in the locality…

A place worth recommending, breathtaking views, the sea, the mountains are simply beautiful. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space for relaxing together. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, guests from the other two can use the third, which is accessed from the corridor. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, which was important for us as we were travelling with two elderly people who had difficulty climbing stairs. A wonderful swimming pool, a barbecue area, which we used to prepare delicious fish and meat. If we travel in a larger group, we will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the area is nice and quiet.were great hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating. There was also a property manager who reached out daily to ensure that we had everything we needed and even left a nice bottle of wine as a gift. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to travel to the Chania area.

We were met at the door by the owner who was so kind and gracious, and we were immediately overwhelmed by the views and the house! We had an amazing view from the bedrooms and ate most of our dinners on the patio which also afforded us an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The house was lovely and comfortable with a/c units in every bedroom. In addition to the amazing space, everyone we corresponded with was incredibly responsive and helpful. If we ever make it back to Chania, we are definitely coming back to this home!

The hosts were always very prompt with responses and helpful with recommendations. If we ever are able to make it back to Crete we will absolutely be staying here again

The villa and views are beautiful!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The villa had lots of space to relax in and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor corner seating over looking the villa and views. The villa is located away from the ‘high street’ making it feel private. If you aren’t hiring a car, do prepare yourselves for a walk to and from the villa. Our group found it doesn’t take long and looks worse than it is. We enjoyed getting our steps in and exercising during holiday :) The gym and mini golf is an amazing addition to the villa, although we didn’t explore the gym but had many golf tournaments!Ritsa and her team were super lovely and very accommodating and made our holiday very memorable!! We have fallen in love with the place and hope to come back :)

Stunning Villa in beautiful leafy surroundings

Beautiful view of the ocean.Everything worked great, and the host responded quickly.On foot, it's a good idea to note that the villa is located on a fairly high hill and there is quite a lot of climbing when walking from the beach.
