Η Majestic Villa 1 Chania είναι μια βίλα 200 τμ που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 7 επισκέπτες. Είναι ένα μονώροφο κτίριο με 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια. Το ισόγειο διαθέτει έναν ενιαίο χώρο για την κουζίνα, την τραπεζαρία και το καθιστικό, ενώ δίπλα του είναι ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα κρεβάτι για δύο και ένα μπάνιο. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, το πρώτο με ένα κρεβάτι για δύο και δικό του μπάνιο, το δεύτερο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και το τρίτο με ένα μονό κρεβάτι.

Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση σε ευρύχωρα μπαλκόνια με θέα στο Αιγαίο. Το καθιστικό διαθέτει τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών, DVD και CD player, ραδιόφωνο, σύνδεση στο internet υψηλής ταχύτητας Wi-Fi, φορητό υπολογιστή και μια μικρή βιβλιοθήκη. Το Majestic Villa 1 Chania είναι μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, αποχυμωτή και βραστήρα. Διαθέτει επίσης πλυντήριο ρούχων, σίδερο ρούχων, χρηματοκιβώτιο, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών, βρεφική κούνια και κάθισμα.

Έξω, υπάρχει μια ατομική πισίνα 40 τ.μ. και ένα μίνι γκολφ. Η γύρω περιοχή είναι καλυμμένη με ελαιώνες. Ο ατομικός κήπος της Majestic Villa 1 Chania περιλαμβάνει χώρο στάθμευσης, χώρο με γκαζόν και σκεπαστή ξύλινη πέργκολα, όπου βρίσκονται το μπάρμπεκιου και η τραπεζαρία στον κήπο. Η πισίνα περιβάλλεται από ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες για στιγμές χαλάρωσης θαυμάζοντας τη θέα που κόβει την ανάσα. Ένας χώρος με γκαζόν είναι ιδανικό μέρος για να παίζουν τα παιδιά, καθώς υπάρχουν κούνιες. Θα απολαύσουν επίσης το ατομικό μας μίνι γκολφ.

There was also a property manager who reached out daily to ensure that we had everything we needed and even left a nice bottle of wine as a gift. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to travel to the Chania area.

We were met at the door by the owner who was so kind and gracious, and we were immediately overwhelmed by the views and the house! We had an amazing view from the bedrooms and ate most of our dinners on the patio which also afforded us an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The house was lovely and comfortable with a/c units in every bedroom. In addition to the amazing space, everyone we corresponded with was incredibly responsive and helpful. If we ever make it back to Chania, we are definitely coming back to this home!

The hosts were always very prompt with responses and helpful with recommendations. If we ever are able to make it back to Crete we will absolutely be staying here again

The villa and views are beautiful!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The villa had lots of space to relax in and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor corner seating over looking the villa and views. The villa is located away from the ‘high street’ making it feel private. If you aren’t hiring a car, do prepare yourselves for a walk to and from the villa. Our group found it doesn’t take long and looks worse than it is. We enjoyed getting our steps in and exercising during holiday :) The gym and mini golf is an amazing addition to the villa, although we didn’t explore the gym but had many golf tournaments!Ritsa and her team were super lovely and very accommodating and made our holiday very memorable!! We have fallen in love with the place and hope to come back :)

Stunning Villa in beautiful leafy surroundings

Beautiful view of the ocean.Everything worked great, and the host responded quickly.On foot, it's a good idea to note that the villa is located on a fairly high hill and there is quite a lot of climbing when walking from the beach.
