Благодаря близости к местным пляжам и курортам, а также к городу Ханья, это прекрасная отправная точка для изучения окрестностей, если вы сможете заставить себя уехать.

Неа Вилла 1 Крит — это мощное архитектурное здание современного дизайна, расположенное между курортами Герани и Малеме в районе Ханьи. Эти два объекта, до которых можно добраться по общей подъездной дороге, расположены рядом и имеют панорамный вид на окрестности. Чистые линии и потрясающие элементы стекла в сочетании с минималистической, гладкой композицией переносят внешнюю среду во внутреннее пространство и создают спокойную, свободную от беспорядка среду как для тела, так и для души. Виллы Pirgos идеально расположены на небольшом возвышении, откуда открывается панорамный вид, всего в 1 км от пляжа и рядом со всеми необходимыми удобствами.

Дом площадью 250 кв.м. Вилла Авра может похвастаться 4 спальнями с ванными комнатами, в которых могут разместиться 8 гостей на кроватях и до 9, если это необходимо. Выйдя на подъездную дорожку, вы увидите, что Nea Villa 1 Crete — первая из двух дошедших до нас вилл. Яркий кубический дизайн и стена, полностью обшитая стеклянными панелями, создают невероятный прием на божественной вилле. Приближаясь к дому, вы впервые увидите великолепный бассейн и вид за пределы виллы. Подход к главному дому основан на иллюзии: две его части кажутся переброшенными через бассейн. Два отдельных входа ведут либо в главный дом, либо в пристройку.

Войдя в дом, поражаешься изобретательности дизайна. Каждая деталь используется для создания ощущения простора и простоты: от раздвижных дверей шириной 8 метров до лестницы с открытыми ступенями. Чистые линии, успокаивающие тона и дерево приглашают вас в большое жилое пространство открытой планировки. Большие диваны создают удобное место, где можно собраться и насладиться видом или фильмом. На элегантной кухне есть все необходимое, чтобы приготовить вкусные блюда в обеденной зоне в помещении.

Открытая решетчатая деревянная лестница ведет на второй этаж, освещенный светом, проникающим из стены со стеклянными панелями, и открытого коридора со стеклянной балюстрадой, откуда открывается вид на жилое пространство внизу. В пристройку-студию можно попасть через внешнюю дверь на первом этаже, прямо напротив главного входа в виллу. При входе в квартиру пространство открытой планировки обеспечивает много света через большие двери патио, которые выходят прямо в сад и к бассейну.

Открытая территория Nea Villa 1 Crete просторна и предлагает панорамный вид на море и прекрасный закат, которым можно насладиться. Терраса у бассейна расположена прямо за главной гостиной с диваном и креслами на открытом воздухе, на которых могут разместиться 5 человек для отдыха у бассейна, и является идеальным местом для наблюдения за тем, как солнце погружается в синее критское море. Этот уникальный дизайн бассейна окружает виллу, создавая ощущение жизни на набережной. Бассейн также можно подогреть за дополнительную ежедневную плату. У бассейна шезлонги и зонтики, а душ у бассейна освежит вас! Угольная площадка для барбекю с раковиной и обеденным столом станет идеальным местом для дружеского обеда.

The kitchen fridge was stocked with welcome snacks, water, coffee, and tea, which were a lifesaver after a long flight! They kindly offered us early check-in and let us know we could check out at any time, so we didn't have to rush or worry! The pool was immaculate with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea! The villa is surrounded by beautiful olive and orange trees. The host was always available to inquire about any needs or advice we had! Three days later, the villa received a change of bed linen and a thorough cleaning!

The location was nicely positioned so that it was short drive into Chania and also convenient to explore the beautiful beaches in the west of Crete.

The villa was absolutely stunning and matched the photos exactly. It felt like such a treat to be able to stay in this place. Crete is a beautiful island to explore but it is also great fun to relax in the pool and use the BBQ grill. It was a decent location since we wanted to visit the beaches in Chania/commute from the airport as well as visit Elafonisi and Balos. Thank you to the hosts for such a warm welcome and awesome stay!! Couldn't have wished for anything more :)

Beautiful house, clean and fresh and very well taken care of. Plenty of space for us 7 residents where each room could have been the nicest room. Wonderful pool area and a great view of the surroundings and the sea. Quiet area and no visibility. Markos, our host, really did his utmost to make us feel comfortable. He was easy to connect with and responded quickly aboutwe had questions. We ate our own breakfast and lunch at a lovely large dining area outdoors with protection from the sun. The villa is one of a kind-with modern unique architecture, well maintained which houses all your daily essentials in a tranquil surrounding. The thoughtfulness of the owner, Markos , in setting up this place impressed us. We came into a villa with a well stocked fridge, cakes and fruit in the morning! Our family spent such quality time in here and we will definitely come back next year. Last but not the least, a big thank you again to Markos' superb hospitality during our entire stay.

It is a few minutes drive to the town of Platanias with a lot of shops, restaurants, beaches and 20 minutes drive to Chania! We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back if we get the chance.  In a beautiful rural spot, with amazing views out to sea, the pool area would be an amazing place to sunbathe in the summer (we visited out of season). We drove to visit the stunning Falasarna and Elafonisi beaches. The property is well equipped, with a very high finish and each bedroom very comfortable. Τhe house is spotless clean, the view over the olive groves all the way to the sea is fantastic. The pool (which can be heated for extra cost) truly is a joy. Due to its very generous size it is possible to excersize , not only have fun or relax in it. The owner, Markos and his wife, really are the most friendly people you could wish for! We had many lovely chats during our trip and they were always very quick to react if we contacted them. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your house! The surrounding area is very calm and perfect for small walks right in the middle of the olive groves. The beach is also within walking distance, only a nice stroll away. There is a bunch of chickens and roosters living in the olive groves, walking around during the day, very much to the delight for us and the children. A car is definitely recommendable, and the lovely town of Chania is about 20min away. This is where we got most of our supplies. The old harbour which is quite big, is indeed a beautiful place full of good restaurants, small shops and cafeterias. We can only hope we will have the chance to visit Crete, and this villa again! Thank you again for the kindness you showed us. Thank You!
