It looks exactly like the pictures and the service the hosts provided was amazing. They arranged transfers to Chania for us for the evenings and gave us good recommendations for the local area. Check in and check out were a breeze. I literally have no…
It looks exactly like the pictures and the service the hosts provided was amazing. They arranged transfers to Chania for us for the evenings and gave us good recommendations for the local area. Check in and check out were a breeze. I literally have no complaints. Multiple supermarkets and food places were within a walk / short drive. Would recommend renting a car if you are planning on exploring anything beyond the local area but that is a note just generally on getting around the island.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property, which felt like a true home away from home. Despite our flight being delayed over three hours, our host welcomed us with incredible warmth and patience. The owner Kyriaki of Menthe, the charming taverna next door, graciously kept the kitchen open late just so we could enjoy a proper, delicious dinner after arriving—such thoughtful hospitality set the tone for our entire trip. Throughout our stay, the host thoughtfully arranged cleaning and surprised us one morning with a traditional Greek breakfast. The pool was exceptional, and the terrace was the perfect vantage point to relax while our two toddlers played safely in the yard below. The layout made supervision effortless, giving us real peace of mind. The location directly across from the beach was ideal for spontaneous seaside outings. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway with young children and wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The place is exactly as described in the details and even more! The house is beautiful and spacious. A perfect, brand-new villa. We were among the first guests. Everything is clean and inviting and takes into account everything needed for a pleasant and luxurious stay. We also received sweet treats and basic food items that were waiting for us in the fridge. The staff's availability and willingness to go above and beyond to help were evident from the moment of booking until departure. The host responded quickly to every request, including recommendations for good places to go and good restaurants. The location is right in front of the sea, a minute's walk away. A basic supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, and a long beach with authentic local restaurants, a supermarket, and a tourist promenade are about a 10-minute drive away. We were there before the start of the season, so there was no tourist overload, which was a great advantage for us and completed the experience of a holiday with sea and sun without the chaos that accompanies it in the hot season. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back to stay again at this perfect place.

We stayed in October with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and everything felt very fresh and high quality. The layout was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and great shared spaces to relax. We loved spending time by the pool during the day and having dinner outside in the evenings. The location was also ideal - very peaceful but still close to Platanias where we went a few nights for dinner and drinks. The beach is just a few steps away which made morning swims really easy. Overall, a great stay with friends in a beautiful new villa. We would definitely come back.

They made everything easy and gave us great local tips. The beach is literally just a few steps away and it’s a great spot for swimming and evening walks. The whole area feels peaceful and authentic. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete.

We stayed at this villa as a family of six and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as it looks in the photos. The bedrooms were comfortable and having a bathroom in each room was really convenient for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed how close the beach is - just a few steps away. The area is quiet and relaxing, but it’s still easy to drive to Chania for dinner or exploring. We spent most evenings outside by the pool having BBQs and watching the sunset. It felt very private and peaceful. Overall, it was a perfect place for a family holiday and we would happily come back again.

Lucky for us we were the very first guests to use the villa after construction and it was absolutely perfect. All the details were considered and the villa is very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Each room has a large terrace. The kitchen is large, well planned out, and includes all items. The pool is very large and there is a large grass area both in front and behind. There is a separate BBQ area with all the necessary tools. The beach is in front of the villa (as can be seen in the pictures). While the are is generally private and quiet, there are a few beach restaurants and bars nearby. The supermarket is located in 2 minutes away by car. In addition to the villa being perfect, the service we received from the management company was nothing less than perfect. Anything we needed was handled quickly and professionally.
