Вилла Ostria расположена в деревне Пиргос, недалеко от курорта Герани в Ханье. К услугам гостей 4 комфортабельные и современные спальни с ванными комнатами, способные удовлетворить потребности каждого путешественника. Благодаря близости к местным пляжам и курортам, а также к городу Ханья, это прекрасная отправная точка для изучения окрестностей, если вы сможете заставить себя уехать.

Nea Villa 2 Crete является частью Nea Villas — двух вилл с мощной архитектурой и современным дизайном, расположенных между курортами Герани и Малеме в районе Ханьи. Выйдя на подъездную дорогу, можно увидеть, что Nea Villa 2 Crete — вторая из двух дошедших до нас вилл. Яркий кубический дизайн и стена со стеклянными панелями создают невероятный прием на божественной вилле. Каждая деталь используется для создания ощущения простора и простоты: от огромных стеклянных панелей до открытой лестницы. Чистые линии, успокаивающие тона и дерево приглашают вас в большое жилое пространство открытой планировки.

Войдя в дом, поражаешься изобретательности дизайна. Большие диваны создают удобную зону, где можно собраться и насладиться прекрасным видом на море или вечером посмотреть фильм на 55-дюймовом телевизоре Smart TV, а двери патио выходят прямо на террасу и к бассейну. Элегантная кухня предлагает все необходимое, чтобы приготовить вкусные блюда, а также крытую обеденную зону на 8 человек, где можно насладиться трапезой. На первом этаже также находится спальня с двуспальной кроватью (1,50 х 2,00) и выход через патио на веранду и открытую площадку. Ванная комната оборудована душевая кабина с тропическим душем.

Открытая решетчатая деревянная лестница ведет на второй этаж, освещенный светом, проникающим из стены со стеклянными панелями, и открытого коридора со стеклянной балюстрадой, откуда открывается вид на жилое пространство внизу. На втором этаже расположены 3 спальни с ванными комнатами, предлагающие гостям все удобства, необходимые для того, чтобы сон стал сном. Следуя по открытой лестнице на нижний уровень, вы попадаете в игровую комнату. В большой комнате есть диван для телевизора Smart TV с диагональю 4,55 дюйма, PlayStation, а также письменный стол, за которым можно ответить на любое электронное письмо, которое может возникнуть во время отсутствия.

Открытая территория Nea Villa 2 Crete просторна и предлагает панорамный вид на море и прекрасный закат, которым можно насладиться. Терраса у бассейна расположена прямо за главной гостиной с диваном и креслами на открытом воздухе, на которых могут разместиться 5 человек для отдыха у бассейна, и является идеальным местом для наблюдения за тем, как солнце погружается в синее критское море. Этот уникальный дизайн бассейна окружает виллу, создавая ощущение жизни на набережной. Бассейн также можно подогреть за дополнительную ежедневную плату. У бассейна шезлонги и зонтики, а душ у бассейна освежит вас! Угольная площадка для барбекю с раковиной и обеденным столом станет идеальным местом для дружеского обеда.

It is a truly beautiful villa in a terrific location with great views and a wonderful host Markos. The villa is modern, extremely well laid out and appointed, and very spacious. The pool and outdoor area are equally well done, with both sunny and shady areas. This is topped off by the helpful and unassuming support provided by Markos - rapid responses to questions/needs, as well as valuable pointers. We (7 adults) had a wonderful 8 nights there and, if we had the chance, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an experience!

What an amazing villa with a touch of design and modernity!

The pool is very big which is a must-have to relax and have fun. We spent 14 days in this property, we explored the areas around where you can eat at very nice restaurants (Koupes, Kanelis, Salaventes) and enjoy paradisiac beaches like Paralia Menies…
The pool is very big which is a must-have to relax and have fun. We spent 14 days in this property, we explored the areas around where you can eat at very nice restaurants (Koupes, Kanelis, Salaventes) and enjoy paradisiac beaches like Paralia Menies. We also spent some time in Chania to visit the city and shop some local groceries at the farmers market. From the Villa you can drive to Heraklion to visit the archeological museum and the Palace of Knossos, it's a beautiful 2 hour trip by car along the Cretan coast and between the mountains. Special mention to Aggeliki who has been very welcoming and gave us a lot good tips to enjoy our stay in the best possible way.

The owner and his wife have been extremely kind and helpful all along, we had a late arrival on day 1 due to some flight delay and they filled the fridge with delicious food to welcome us. We stayed at the villa at June. We were 4 adults and 2 kids This place is a masterpiece. Beautifully decorated, very clean, very luxurious based on a modern design. There are three bedrooms on the 1nd floor, with each their own bathroom. The 4rd bedroom is in the ground floor and a full bathroom and a walk out access to the pool and back yard. First floor is open and very modern with glass patio doors that open on a breathtaking and uninterrupted direct view of the sea and pool. You have the option to heat the pool for a charge. We did choose the heat the pool and was worth the extra fee. Spectacular nightly sunset. Attention to details in terms of the support/cleaning staff. Extremely friendly. The owner/property manager was very accommodating (Markos) and very responsive to any questions. The villa is perfectly located, 30 min from Chania, it's part a little beach town called Maleme. It is less than fifteen easy minute walk from the villa with amazing beachfront restaurants
