Частная вилла Royal Bird недавно построена и состоит из 3 этажей, соединенных лифтом, общей площадью 255 кв.м. общий. На первом этаже есть большая гостиная, выходящая в сад и к бассейну, обеденная зона в помещении и на открытом воздухе, полностью оборудованная открытая кухня, ванная комната и 2 спальни с односпальными кроватями.

На верхнем уровне находятся 3 спальни с ванными комнатами и балконами, в 2 из которых установлены кровати размера "king-size", а в 3 - 2 односпальные кровати. Все номера на этом этаже предлагают потрясающий вид на море прямо с кровати! На нижнем уровне есть ультрасовременный тренажерный зал, сауна с горячими камнями, душ и туалет.

В частном саду, окружающем отель, есть парковочные места на 2 машины, площадка для барбекю и, конечно же, бассейн с морской водой, окруженный шезлонгами премиум-класса и большой гостиной.

Все жилые помещения, включая бассейн, обращены на север, и в летние месяцы здесь дует легкий бриз. Близлежащий пляж находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы, до него можно легко дойти пешком!

We had a fantastic week in this villa!

The house is large, very nice and has a beautiful view. The pool area was perfect for lazy days in the sun, and we also enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor grill in the evening. Our host, Nicole, was very nice and always quick to respond if we needed…
The house is large, very nice and has a beautiful view. The pool area was perfect for lazy days in the sun, and we also enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor grill in the evening. Our host, Nicole, was very nice and always quick to respond if we needed or wondered about something. The manager were also very flexible, and we were able to borrow both a bed, chair and life jacket for children. An extra bonus was that the owner came by with a lovely homemade moussaka! It is a short way down to the centre of Kalyves, and although it is a bit steep it was no problem to walk with a pram. We were mostly in the villa as the city itself is small and quite uninteresting. It was also easy to get food delivered to the villa from the restaurants in town using the efood app. All in all a top stay, and we recommend everyone who wants a quiet week in Crete to rent this place! Thank you so much for us!

Very nice villa with a great view

The high location with the amazing view of the sea, the perfectly equipped house, the kitchen, the furniture, the design, the pool and the seating areas that suited a group of 8 and even more, the convenient location of the neighborhood (an hour's drive to the city parking) all made our stay perfect!! Sandra, the hostess on behalf of the company, was very pleasant and gave accurate explanations. She was available for any questions and assistance. We highly recommend this villa!!

Amazing villa! Amazing Location!

The villa is the perfect size for 8 people. The outdoor and indoor areas are excellent. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a great pool and even a barbecue. Communication was easy, the owner even brought us some snacks.
