Дом площадью 310 м2 состоит из 2 уровней и может с комфортом разместить 10 гостей в 5 спальнях с ванными комнатами.

Войдя на виллу через главный вход, ваш взгляд проходит через дверь, гостиную и достигает террасы у бассейна, а затем моря и неба, оказывая вам идеальный прием в этом оазисе для отдыха. Открытая планировка на первом этаже состоит из гостиной, туалета и кухни. Зона отдыха включает в себя уютные диваны, 75-дюймовый смарт-телевизор, камин и крытую обеденную зону, а дерево является главной особенностью как в мебели, так и на полу. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой для самостоятельного отдыха, все встроенное и качественное, а также стойка для завтрака. Первая главная спальня также расположена на этом уровне, прямо перед бассейном, так что, открыв дверь, вы можете нырнуть в отражающий бассейн всего за один шаг. В спальне есть кровать 1,70 x 2,00, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, 42-дюймовый смарт-телевизор и рабочая поверхность. Также на первом этаже, но с отдельным входом, находится каменный гостевой дом, который позволяет вам насладиться уединением и спокойствием, которые вы ищете. В отдельном гостевом доме есть кровать 1,60 x 2,00, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, 42-дюймовый смарт-телевизор и мини-кухня, а также прямой выход на террасу.

На втором этаже расположены оставшиеся 3 спальни с балконами, откуда открывается беспрепятственный вид на бесконечную синеву Критского моря, небо и горизонт, а также на окрестности.

- Спальня 3: главная спальня с кроватью 1,70 x 2,00, 42-дюймовым смарт-телевизором и камином на этаноле, который обеспечивает абсолютный комфорт и тепло в пространстве. В этой спальне также имеется собственная ванная комната с гидромассажной ванной и двойной раковиной.

- Спальня 5: спальня с кроватью 1,60 x 2,00, 42-дюймовым смарт-телевизором и ванной комнатой с душевой кабиной.

Во всех спальнях есть кондиционеры с индивидуальным управлением и наматрасники. Также всем гостям предоставляются туалетно-косметические принадлежности, полотенца как для ванной, так и для бассейна, халаты и тапочки.

The staff Adonis is always there at your fingertips for advice & recommendations, booking you the finest restaurant & bars … with vip status! the owner George can to check on us and was a real nice touch !the villa is beautifully presented, clean & just stunning! maria is the cleaning lady almost like a family member she looked after us so nice ! we used Best Cars for our car hire there deliver & collect the car to & from the villa, very reasonable prices ! our favourite day out is Marathi beach & veranda cafe bar for hospitality, great food, drinks & beautiful seashopping in chania is fabulous. we had another great day out at Onar Beach Club which is right next to the villa fabulous chilled vibe great service & good prices for a beach club & waiting staff were very friendly & lovely led after 10 of us. lots of love

The closest thing to perfection (if such a thing exists on Earth) in terms of (heavenly) views, spaciousness, amenities, and atmosphere. The villa itself is luxurious, well-designed, and indulgent. It features two superbly equipped kitchens; Loutraki Beach(small and nice) is within walking distance, and Marathi Beach is just a four-minute drive away. The outside area is expending the heart and soul(A sense of absolute freedom) Two amazing and inviting pools. There is a fun, delicious restaurant with an amazing view—Onar Seaside Lounge—within walking distance. Chania (an amazing city that needs no introduction) is 30 minutes away. And above all, the owner is charming, helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. As the late Tina Turner said, "It is simply the best."

We were pleasantly surprised to see a large playground on the property which were perfect for the kids to play. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, with everything you need to cook (and more). The housekeeper Maria was so sweet and everything was spotless every day. The host answered quickly and helped with everything. The area is private and nice, but with walking distance to both a small beach or a bigger beach with sunbeds. We had daily beautiful runningtrips in between lovely olivetrees. Highly recommend everything about this place, we will be back!

Clear recommendation for this Villa! It doesn't get any better or more beautiful! The house exceeds expectations because it is much more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It offers everything you need and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The daily "housekeeping" by Maria is also great and ensures that you can always feel completely comfortable. One beach is within walking distance and another is 5 minutes away by car. Some restaurants are also 5 minutes away. The support was perfect and there were no unanswered wishes or questions. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back! Thank you!

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the spacious and spotless rooms, to the peaceful outdoor areas and pool that our whole family enjoyed every day. The villa had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.A special mention goes to Maria, who was such a warm and welcoming addition to our stay. She made us feel instantly comfortable and looked after us with genuine kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family holiday and would recommend this villa without hesitation. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Both quiet and private but also a drive away from many attractions. The team went out of its way to cater to any request which made the experience even more unique. This is one of the best villas we have ever had the privilege of being hosted in and we highly recommend!

The design, the layout, and the property are exactly what you want for a holiday home in a place like Greece. It's also located in an area that's developing and quite beautiful, with stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The team was very helpful and attentive. Maria was exceptionally reliable each day in providing housekeeping, which is a small detail that might be overlooked but is hugely important as part of a villa rental, especially with a large group of people. There are excellent Greek tavernas nearby, and a short drive away is all the food and drink you'll need to keep the house stocked. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight - we cooked and enjoyed family meals together while still taking in the beautiful views.

Die Villa ist eine sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem phantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist außergewöhnlich umfassend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig inmitten von Olivenbäumen und dennoch ist man schnell am Strand, in Restaurants und nahe genug an der sehr schönen Stadt Chania. Stayed with my family ( we were 7) at this Villa from July 13 to July 20. I can say with certainty that it was the best experience we had. The photos on the website didn’t do justice to the place. Furnishings & facilities were top quality Stella our hostess was super friendly & helpful. She promptly responded to any queries and made excellent recommendations for restaurants & places of interest Mrs Maria our cleaner was efficient, punctual & friendly. We managed to communicate well without a common language. The villa is walking distance to the beach and to the newly opened upscale beach club Onar and minutes to Marathi with it’s wonderful restaurants. We will certainly go back Finally I highly recommend Searenity Villa for a serene & luxurious holiday
