Σχεδιασμένη για να συνδυάζεται με το χαρακτηριστικό τοπίο του νησιού - μια περιοχή εξαιρετικής φυσικής ομορφιάς - η Searenity Villa προσφέρει ανεμπόδιστη θέα στο αστραφτερό Κρητικό Πέλαγος δίνοντας στους επισκέπτες μια αίσθηση ισορροπίας με τη φύση. Η σχεδιαστική σκέψη πίσω από την κατασκευή αυτής της μοναδικής κατοικίας προήλθε από τη γεωγραφική θέση και το περιβάλλον, σε συνδυασμό με μια μινιμαλιστική πολυτέλεια που σας εμπνέει να ζήσετε στο παρόν. Κομψότητα, άνεση και λειτουργικότητα είναι αυτό που θέλουμε να προσφέρουμε στον σύγχρονο ταξιδιώτη και δόθηκε φροντίδα και προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια στη διαδικασία δημιουργίας αυτού του καταφυγίου διακοπών. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος είναι επιπλωμένος με επιλεγμένα κομμάτια και δημιουργεί μια οικεία αίσθηση, ενώ τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια γεμίζουν με φυσικό φως και απολαμβάνουν την εκπληκτική θέα. Η ιδιοκτησία 310μ2 εκτείνεται σε 2 επίπεδα και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 10 άτομα στα 5 υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.

Μπαίνοντας στη Βίλα από την κύρια είσοδο, το βλέμμα σας περνάει από την πόρτα, το σαλόνι και φτάνει στη βεράντα της πισίνας και τελικά στη θάλασσα και τον ουρανό, δίνοντάς σας το τέλειο καλωσόρισμα σε αυτήν την όαση διακοπών. Ο ενιαίος χώρος στο ισόγειο αποτελείται από το σαλόνι, ένα WC και την κουζίνα. Το καθιστικό περιλαμβάνει άνετους καναπέδες, τηλεόραση smart 75 ιντσών, τζάκι και εσωτερική τραπεζαρία, ενώ το ξύλο είναι το κύριο χαρακτηριστικό, τόσο στα έπιπλα όσο και στο δάπεδο. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές για διακοπές με δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας γευμάτων, όλες εντοιχισμένες και υψηλής ποιότητας, καθώς και πάγκο πρωινού. Η πρώτη κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα βρίσκεται επίσης σε αυτό το επίπεδο, ακριβώς μπροστά από την πισίνα, ώστε ανοίγοντας την πόρτα, να βουτήξετε στην ανακλώσα πισίνα με ένα μόνο βήμα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει κρεβάτι 1,70 x 2,00, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους, τηλεόραση smart 42 ιντσών και επιφάνεια εργασίας. Επίσης στο ισόγειο, έχοντας όμως τη δική του ιδιωτική είσοδο, υπάρχει ένας πετρόκτιστος ξενώνας, που σας επιτρέπει να απολαύσετε την ιδιωτικότητα και την ηρεμία που αναζητάτε. Ο ξεχωριστός ξενώνας διαθέτει κρεβάτι 1,60 x 2,00, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους, τηλεόραση smart 42 ιντσών και μικρή κουζίνα, καθώς και άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα.

Ο πρώτος όροφος φιλοξενεί τα υπόλοιπα 3 υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια που προσφέρουν ανεμπόδιστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Κρητικού Πελάγους, στον ουρανό και στον ορίζοντα, καθώς και στη γύρω περιοχή.

- Υπνοδωμάτιο 3: Κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι 1,70 x 2,00, smart τηλεόραση 42 ιντσών και τζάκι αιθανόλης που προσφέρει απόλυτη άνεση και ζεστασιά στο χώρο. Αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα υδρομασάζ και διπλούς νιπτήρες.

- Υπνοδωμάτιο 4: Κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι 1,70 x 2,00, smart τηλεόραση 42 ιντσών, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα, νιπτήρας με ολόσωμο καθρέφτη, ανοιχτή ντουλάπα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους.

Η πισίνα προσφέρει επίσης ένα ξεχωριστό ρηχό διαμέρισμα, σχεδιασμένο για παιδιά (βάθους 0,60 m). Ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι εξοπλισμένος με ξαπλώστρες, διήμερα κρεβάτια και κομοδίνα.

- Μια πλήρης, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη εξωτερική κουζίνα που προσφέρει επίσης ψησταριά, τραπεζαρία και χώρο σαλονιού κάτω από τη σκιά της πέργκολας.
- Ένα ευρύχωρο υπαίθριο καθιστικό με τζάκι, που σας επιτρέπει να απολαύσετε το περιοχή ακόμη και τη νύχτα.
- Χώρος στάθμευσης για 4 αυτοκίνητα εντός των εγκαταστάσεων της βίλας.

The staff Adonis is always there at your fingertips for advice & recommendations, booking you the finest restaurant & bars … with vip status! the owner George can to check on us and was a real nice touch !the villa is beautifully presented, clean & just stunning! maria is the cleaning lady almost like a family member she looked after us so nice ! we used Best Cars for our car hire there deliver & collect the car to & from the villa, very reasonable prices ! our favourite day out is Marathi beach & veranda cafe bar for hospitality, great food, drinks & beautiful seashopping in chania is fabulous. we had another great day out at Onar Beach Club which is right next to the villa fabulous chilled vibe great service & good prices for a beach club & waiting staff were very friendly & lovely led after 10 of us. lots of love

The closest thing to perfection (if such a thing exists on Earth) in terms of (heavenly) views, spaciousness, amenities, and atmosphere. The villa itself is luxurious, well-designed, and indulgent. It features two superbly equipped kitchens; Loutraki Beach(small and nice) is within walking distance, and Marathi Beach is just a four-minute drive away. The outside area is expending the heart and soul(A sense of absolute freedom) Two amazing and inviting pools. There is a fun, delicious restaurant with an amazing view—Onar Seaside Lounge—within walking distance. Chania (an amazing city that needs no introduction) is 30 minutes away. And above all, the owner is charming, helpful, pleasant, and welcoming. As the late Tina Turner said, "It is simply the best."

We were pleasantly surprised to see a large playground on the property which were perfect for the kids to play. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, with everything you need to cook (and more). The housekeeper Maria was so sweet and everything was spotless every day. The host answered quickly and helped with everything. The area is private and nice, but with walking distance to both a small beach or a bigger beach with sunbeds. We had daily beautiful runningtrips in between lovely olivetrees. Highly recommend everything about this place, we will be back!

Clear recommendation for this Villa! It doesn't get any better or more beautiful! The house exceeds expectations because it is much more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It offers everything you need and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The daily "housekeeping" by Maria is also great and ensures that you can always feel completely comfortable. One beach is within walking distance and another is 5 minutes away by car. Some restaurants are also 5 minutes away. The support was perfect and there were no unanswered wishes or questions. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back! Thank you!

The villa had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.A special mention goes to Maria, who was such a warm and welcoming addition to our stay. She made us feel instantly comfortable and looked after us with genuine kindness. The design, the layout, and the property are exactly what you want for a holiday home in a place like Greece. It's also located in an area that's developing and quite beautiful, with stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The team was very helpful and attentive. Maria was exceptionally reliable each day in providing housekeeping, which is a small detail that might be overlooked but is hugely important as part of a villa rental, especially with a large group of people. There are excellent Greek tavernas nearby, and a short drive away is all the food and drink you'll need to keep the house stocked. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight - we cooked and enjoyed family meals together while still taking in the beautiful views.

Die Villa ist eine sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem phantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist außergewöhnlich umfassend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig inmitten von Olivenbäumen und dennoch ist man schnell am Strand, in Restaurants und nahe genug an der sehr schönen Stadt Chania. Stayed with my family ( we were 7) at this Villa from July 13 to July 20. I can say with certainty that it was the best experience we had. The photos on the website didn’t do justice to the place. Furnishings & facilities were top quality Stella our hostess was super friendly & helpful. She promptly responded to any queries and made excellent recommendations for restaurants & places of interest Mrs Maria our cleaner was efficient, punctual & friendly. We managed to communicate well without a common language. The villa is walking distance to the beach and to the newly opened upscale beach club Onar and minutes to Marathi with it’s wonderful restaurants. We will certainly go back Finally I highly recommend Searenity Villa for a serene & luxurious holiday
