Villa Niolos Chania - это роскошная вилла площадью 170 кв.м в аренду с высоким стандартом дизайна и качества строительства, расположенная рядом с деревней Стернес, всего в 2 минутах езды от известных песчаных пляжей Марати и Лутраки, в район Ханья на острове Крит. Благодаря своему расположению (на склоне холма), вилла предлагает невероятный вид на залив Суда и полную конфиденциальность для наших гостей.

Дизайн интерьера нашей роскошной виллы Niolos Chania современный и функциональный. Войдя в Niolos Villa Chania на первом этаже, вы обнаружите просторную зону открытой планировки, которая включает в себя гостиную, полностью оборудованную кухню, обеденный стол в помещении и выход на веранду. На этом же этаже есть ванная комната с душем и кладовой. На втором этаже расположены две спальни, одна с односпальной кроватью, а другая с двуспальной кроватью, которую также можно разделить на две односпальные кровати. Обе спальни предлагают великолепный вид с балконов. На этом же этаже находится ванная комната с ванной и душем.

На втором этаже наш красивый чердак. В нем двуспальная кровать, гардеробная, холодильник и ванная комната с гидромассажным душем. Также есть выход на собственный балкон. Снаружи и под главным зданием виллы находится индивидуальная студия с прямым выходом в сад. Войдя в студию, вы обнаружите зону открытой планировки, которая включает в себя небольшую гостиную и полностью оборудованную кухню. В нем также есть ванная комната с душем и спальня с двуспальной кроватью и местом для хранения вещей.

На открытой территории виллы есть большой сад (300 кв.м), покрытый травой и пальмами, площадка для барбекю, обеденные столы, диваны, шезлонги и зонтики. Также есть парковочное место на 4 машины. Кроме того, в саду находится частный бассейн площадью 50 м² с 6 шезлонгами, 3 столиками у бассейна и 2 большими зонтиками. Вся открытая территория полностью приватна и огорожена. Рядом с виллой есть два пустых здания, строительство которых не планируется до 2019 года, поэтому мы можем гарантировать нашим гостям 100% конфиденциальность.

Вилла Niolos Chania расположена на холме с видом на залив Суда, недалеко от небольшой традиционной деревни Стернес, которая является одной из 20 деревень полуострова Акротири, примерно в 14 км к северо-востоку от города Ханья. Вся окружающая территория представляет собой совершенно тихую природную среду, идеально подходящую для отдыха, но при этом она находится в непосредственной близости от всевозможных магазинов товаров, ресторанов и услуг. В деревне Стернес вы найдете мини-маркет и аптеку, но большинство товаров можно найти в Кунупидиане (8 км от виллы), которая является самой большой деревней на полуострове Акротири.

Ближайший район, известный своим пляжем, - это Марати, который находится всего в 3 км. Маратхи - это организованный песчаный пляж с голубым флагом, который славится кристально-голубыми и спокойными водами с несколькими очень хорошими традиционными тавернами из морепродуктов. На этом пляже совершенно редко можно увидеть волны, даже в ветреный день. Еще один известный пляж, который находится рядом с виллой (2,2 км) и который стоит посетить, - это Лутраки. Кроме того, в районе Акротири вы найдете несколько замечательных исторических памятников, вековых монастырей и церквей, впечатляющих пещер с богатым литологическим и археологическим интересом. Если вы ищете большие рынки и развлечения, то город Ханья находится всего в 10-15 минутах езды от виллы.

The villa is made magical by its location and the panoramic views it offers of Souda Bay. Seeing all sorts of cruise liners, submarines, and boats coming into the port was excellent. The villa is three stories high, clean and nicely decorated, with rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor and a 1 bedroom maisonette on the ground level where the pool is located. The upper outside area is beautiful, we spent a lot of time hanging out there. The hosts were friendly and good at getting back to us promptly if we required anything. This is a great place to stay, and we would love to be back.

Niolos villa is a very nice villa: we liked both the exterior and the interior very much. The house is very well equipped and in a nearly perfect condition, additionally it was super clean. The owners were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed including a drink and food starter package when we arrived on Saturday evening and a farewell present when we left. In case of questions it was very easy to get in contact with them via WhatsApp. The only thing which is a bit ambivalent, is the location of the villa near the airport. On the plus side it was very relaxing to reach the house within 15 min from the airport by car. Furthermore, the view from the villa to the sea is fantastic. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Niolos villa a lot and we definitely recommend it.

Genoten! Een echte aanrader! Wij waren hier met 6 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen. Het huis was heel schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en een goed ingerichte keuken. Buiten een mooie buitenkeuken waar we geregeld gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Aan het zwembad bevond zich nog een aparte studio met kleine woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer. Alles erg fris en modern ingericht. De uitzichten zijn vanuit elke ruimte fantastisch over Souda Bay. De zonsopkomst en de zee zien vanuit je bed is een feestje. Bij aankomst stond Stella, de eigenaresse, ons op te wachten met een heerlijke welkomst mand. Koekjes, wijn, raki, olijfolie enz. Halverwege de week kwam ze zelfs nog heerlijke bladerdeeghapjes brengen. Zo lief! Het zwembad was heel fijn, zeker met het ingebouwde kinderbadje waarin de kleinsten ook lekker konden spelen. Marathi Beach is een absolute aanrader! Fijn rustig zandstrand en leuke tavernes. Chania is ook een hele gezellige stad. Veel kleine gezellige straatjes en de oude haven is erg gezellig met al zijn eettentjes aan zee. Een auto is wel een must als je hier verblijft. Toen we weggingen kwam Stella de sleutel ophalen en had ze opnieuw een klein kadootje voor ons. Zo attent! Al met al een weekje luxe ervaren en allemaal weer helemaal opgeladen! Wij hopen nog eens terug te keren, maar dan komen we 2 weken!

If you search a nice house for your vacation, this is it!

Such a friendly welkom! Fresh fruits, honey, home made cookies, water and a bottle of wine ? The house was just perfect, everything you need. Good beds, fresh bedlinen, towels and even shampoo, conditioner, soap, toiletpaper. outside a pizzaoven and bbq. More than enough places to sit, shadow or sun. There was a little breese. Even it was the last week of april the temperature was around 25 degrees. The airport is only 7 minutes away, don't let this stop you from renting the house. (we heard it only 2 times in the distance) But the best of all is Stella, the owner. She is the model of Greek hospitality!! What a warm and sincerely interested lady. She has an eye for detail and that you can see at the house and garden. (Marathi beach is nice to visit, the restaurant Patrelantonis is recommended!)

Absolutely Wonderful

We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at Villa Niolos. My wife, our three kids aged 19, 14 and 12 along with my eldest daughter’s boyfriend had a wonderful time at the villa. It was especially convenient when travelling with older kids or another family…
We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at Villa Niolos. My wife, our three kids aged 19, 14 and 12 along with my eldest daughter’s boyfriend had a wonderful time at the villa. It was especially convenient when travelling with older kids or another family as the bedroom on the ground floor is essentially a stand alone annex which gave my eldest and her boyfriend their own space. The pictures don’t quite do the views justice...they are that good. The location is quiet, away from the hussle and bustle of the more heavily populated tourist areas but it is close enough to some larger towns if that is what you fancy. I can’t speak highly enough of the villa or location. The absolute best thing though is how you’re looked after by the owners and their agents. Nothing is too much trouble, they are on hand for anything you may need and I haven’t met nicer people anywhere we have gone in the world. If you’re looking at the Villa then just book it... you won’t be disappointed.

Looking for a wonderful place to stay in Crete

What a wonderful villa. The owner was very attentive and was very gracious and welcoming. The views were extraordinary, the pool was a delight and there was plenty of space for all of us. Stella made sure there was fresh fruit in the refrigerator, cookies, a bottle of olive oil and more extras that we were very thankful for. She even sent us home with cookies and our own bottle of olive oil! We were very close to Marathi Beach, which is a wonderful place to spend your day; also very close the the airport. We can’t say enough about Villa Niolos, paradise!

Villa Niolos was perfect for our group holiday to Crete. Just a 10 minute drive from the airport, close to the beach and Chania, the villa was a delight. The views are just amazing and the owners are so lovely as well. Really appreciated the additional touches of board games and books too! The villa feels very private and the pool and outdoor eating areas are great, definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful vacation
