This home in Crete was absolutely perfect for our holiday. It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and located right by the water with stunning views. We loved having private access to the sea. it was amazing to use the paddle-board and kayak right from the property.The house had everything we needed and more. It’s very comfortable, with multiple cozy living spaces and a fantastic outdoor BBQ area we used often. The gardens are gorgeous and peaceful, and perfect for a morning stroll or evening relaxation.The hospitality was outstanding. The owner welcomed us personally with delicious traditional Greek snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Petros, who manages the property, greeted us on arrival and was super helpful throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and full of great local tips.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete.

The property was very well maintained. Fabulous views from all rooms. Lovely to be able to access the sea from the property. Lovely pool with plenty of seating and shade (when needed). A beautifully setting. Host was very helpful with any of our enquiries. Great holiday.

Driver couldn’t find the place at first (address and GPS kept guiding to house next door) but once he did it was perfect. Loved the pool and the access to the water. If you’re looking for privacy and cleanliness this is the place. There’s a beach…

If you’re looking for privacy and cleanliness this is the place. There’s a beach club within walking distance but you really don’t need to leave the property.

Incredible place. Incredible hosts.

Not sure what else to add :) as advertised and perhaps a bit better. Quiet location, private entrance to the sea, incredible private BBQ area we made good use of.. lovely spot to kick back with family/friends.

Totally stunning villa with direct access to beautiful Loutraki Bay and the Ocean

It was perfect for us, a family of 8 (parents and 3 grownup children with their partners). The four en-suite rooms kept everyone equally happy. The pool and the grounds of the property are gorgeous, and the access to sea was just amazing. We used the stand-up paddle board many times, and snorkeled around a lot (more marine life there than other excursions we took!). There was personnel many times keeping up the grounds, and surprisingly we had a house room services twice in the week, changing sheets and towels. The owner came three times and brought us some delicious local food for to try. The house is very well equipped, and everything worked fine. The couple of small glitches we found, solved them immediately. Also, we had a minor medical emergency and the owner helped us through. He even left a welcome basket with lots of food for our check in. So, I’d definitely come back anytime and strongly recommend this house.
