Villa Chloe si trova in una posizione eccellente, a 3 minuti dal mare limpido tramite un sentiero privato attraverso giardini consolidati. La disposizione della casa garantisce l'isolamento dei residenti e l'accesso a viste mozzafiato sul mare sia dall'interno che dall'esterno.

L'ingresso principale di Villa Chloe conduce a un soggiorno open space, una cucina separata completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo, una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e terrazza privata, un bagno per gli ospiti e una scala che conduce al piani superiori e inferiori. La cucina accede a due terrazzi coperti; una terrazza per la colazione e una terrazza da pranzo con barbecue accanto alla piscina. Il soggiorno accede anche alla terrazza da pranzo. Il piano superiore comprende tre camere matrimoniali con bagno en-suite e con accesso a un balcone, oltre a una zona ufficio aperta. Il piano inferiore ospita un ripostiglio con lavatrice e un ampio vano con doccia. A questo livello si trova anche lo studio apt. per 2 con ingresso indipendente, bagno e angolo cottura in Villa Chloe.

Villa Chloe è arredata in modo confortevole e comprende accessori di alto livello come pavimenti e scale in marmo, ampi armadi in legno massello, cucine italiane e piastrelle in ceramica nei bagni e sui balconi/terrazze.

La vita all'aria aperta è ugualmente incantevole, con giardini maturi e la terrazza della piscina che offre molto spazio per prendere il sole. La strada interna prosegue verso il mare, raggiungendo un'area giardino ad uso comune dove gli ospiti sono invitati a servirsi di frutta, verdura ed erbe aromatiche biologiche della proprietà. Quest'area comprende anche una delle strutture più attraenti della struttura, una zona pranzo all'aperto per 12 persone sotto una terrazza coperta con una cucina esterna completa composta da un tradizionale forno a legna, un barbecue, un lavello in pietra, una cucina a gas, un frigorifero/ congelatore, un impianto stereo e tutte le stoviglie necessarie che lo rendono il luogo perfetto per pranzi all'aperto in riva al mare e cene serali con la brezza marina. Altri posti a sedere sono al gazebo e sotto un altro pergolato dove si trova il gioco del biliardino. Proprio sopra il mare ci sono lettini per rilassarsi tra una nuotata e l'altra nell'acqua cristallina a cui si accede attraverso un cancello e gradini. Due kayak offrono la possibilità di esplorare l'incantevole costa e baia, e c'è un parco giochi per i bambini.

This home in Crete was absolutely perfect for our holiday. It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and located right by the water with stunning views. We loved having private access to the sea. it was amazing to use the paddle-board and kayak right from the property.The house had everything we needed and more. It’s very comfortable, with multiple cozy living spaces and a fantastic outdoor BBQ area we used often. The gardens are gorgeous and peaceful, and perfect for a morning stroll or evening relaxation.The hospitality was outstanding. The owner welcomed us personally with delicious traditional Greek snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Petros, who manages the property, greeted us on arrival and was super helpful throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and full of great local tips.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete.

Incredible hosts. Not sure what else to add :) as advertised and perhaps a bit better. Quiet location, private entrance to the sea, incredible private BBQ area we made good use of.. lovely spot to kick back with family/friends.

This villa was everything it promised and much more

It was perfect for us, a family of 8 (parents and 3 grownup children with their partners). The four en-suite rooms kept everyone equally happy. The pool and the grounds of the property are gorgeous, and the access to sea was just amazing. We used the stand-up paddle board many times, and snorkeled around a lot (more marine life there than other excursions we took!). There was personnel many times keeping up the grounds, and surprisingly we had a house room services twice in the week, changing sheets and towels. The owner came three times and brought us some delicious local food for to try. The house is very well equipped, and everything worked fine. The couple of small glitches we found, solved them immediately. Also, we had a minor medical emergency and the owner helped us through. He even left a welcome basket with lots of food for our check in. So, I’d definitely come back anytime and strongly recommend this house.

Amazing villa on one side of Loutraki bay
