Вилла H&M Chania — это роскошная вилла в аренду с 6 спальнями и частным бассейном. Вилла расположена на холме в 200 м от моря и имеет потрясающий вид. Высококачественная скандинавская вилла оформлена в светлых тонах, с использованием дерева, стекла, а также мебели и предметов искусства из Норвегии, Дании и Швеции.

Расположение идеальное, так как в нескольких минутах ходьбы есть супермаркеты, таверны и пекарни. Для проживания здесь машина не нужна. Есть 6 спален, все с собственной ванной комнатой, некоторые спальни имеют выход на крытые террасы, а одна предназначена для семей с детьми или семей с детьми, во всех комнатах есть кондиционер и телевизор, есть кухня/гостиная открытой планировки с выходом на фантастическую веранду и обеденную зону на открытом воздухе на 12 человек. На вилле есть пейзажный бассейн с морской водой, частный теннисный корт, большое барбекю с летней кухней с холодильником и раковиной, а также огород позади теннисного корта.

В подвале есть прачечная со стиральной машиной и чистящими средствами. Частная парковка на 5 машин. На всей территории есть забор и автоматические ворота, система вызова и сигнализация. На вилле H&M Chania есть собственный персонал: менеджер, уборщик, садовник и специалист по бассейну.

Amazing Villa! With a party of eleven friends, we had a great time and a pleasant stay. A great beach was close by, and there were also some small supermarkets and cafes in the area. The entire villa was spotless and very well-furnished. We enjoyed numerous pleasant evenings with BBQ because the kitchen was excellent. We could always contact the very amiable management if there were any issues

Both inside and outside of the villa were stunning! Unfortunately, we visited a little out of season, which made the neighborhood empty and made it difficult to find restaurants open nearby. Fortunately, the villa was quite well equipped with everything…
Both inside and outside of the villa were stunning! Unfortunately, we visited a little out of season, which made the neighborhood empty and made it difficult to find restaurants open nearby. Fortunately, the villa was quite well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Another nice addition was the outdoor barbecue. Each room in the villa had its own private bathroom, making it ideal for large families. My family and I adored the villa, and the kids adored all of the outside games and sporting facilities. The common spaces are charming and cozy. Definitely, we would suggest it. Thank you.

Incredibly well equipped villa, especially the kitchen and sports area. A highlight was playing tennis every day, plus table tennis and lots of other games. We loved the outdoor BBQ and seating area, which was perfect for cooking and eating as a big group. We would highly recommend for a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday.Very easy to get taxis into Chania (30 mins) and to nice restaurants nearby in Kolymvari (15 mins). Korina was so responsive and helpful, always on hand to help with anything throughout our stay.

All in all a wonderful experience

We were 12 people (3 generations), and we really enjoyed the house, the pool and the tennis court. The pool is not that big, but good fun for the children and nice for the adults too to cool down. Also the beach is nearby. We had perfect communication…

Also the beach is nearby. We had perfect communication with our host, and the house manager Korina was very helpful and quick to respond with recommendations at all times. We strongly recommend this villa!

The Villa is beautiful with an amazing view of the surrounding areas (and beyond). We were a group of 12 (including 3 children) and it never felt too small. The en suites in each room were super useful.The Villa felt very welcoming and homely. We loved making use of the pool and tennis courts. Before we stayed I read that the pool is on the small side, and whilst you won’t be swimming laps in it I was surprised to find it was still reasonably sized for cooling down our group.Loved the location, peaceful with a stunning view of the sea, with just enough restaurants within walking distance. The convenience store right below the Villa was so handy. All in all a great stay. Thanks for hosting us !

Highly recommended

Great for a larger group, like two families. Each bedroom has its own toilet and common areas of the Villa modern and functional. Great location and excellent outdoor space.
