Η Villa H&M Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 6 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο, 200 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, και έχει εκπληκτική θέα. Η υψηλής ποιότητας Σκανδιναβική βίλα έχει σχεδιαστεί με ανοιχτά χρώματα, ξύλο, γυαλί και έπιπλα και έργα τέχνης από τη Νορβηγία, τη Δανία και τη Σουηδία.

Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια καθώς υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες και αρτοποιεία σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο για να μείνετε εδώ. Υπάρχουν 6 υπνοδωμάτια, όλα με δικό τους μπάνιο, μερικά υπνοδωμάτια έχουν πρόσβαση σε σκεπαστές βεράντες, και ένα είναι σχεδιασμένο για HC ή για οικογένειες με μωρά, όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και τηλεόραση, υπάρχει ενιαία κουζίνα/καθιστικό με πρόσβαση σε μια φανταστική βεράντα και εξωτερική τραπεζαρία για 12 άτομα. Η βίλα διαθέτει πισίνα υπερχείλισης με θαλασσινό νερό, ιδιωτικό γήπεδο τένις, μεγάλο μπάρμπεκιου με εξωτερική κουζίνα με ψυγείο και νεροχύτη και λαχανόκηπο στο πίσω μέρος του γηπέδου τένις.

Υπάρχει ένα πλυσταριό στο υπόγειο, που διαθέτει πλυντήριο και υλικά καθαρισμού. Ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης για έως 5 αυτοκίνητα. Όλο το ακίνητο διαθέτει περίφραξη και αυτόματη πύλη, σύστημα κλήσης και συναγερμό. Η Villa H&M Chania έχει το δικό της προσωπικό: διευθυντής, καθαριότητα, κήπος και άνθρωπος της πισίνας.

Both inside and outside of the villa were stunning! Unfortunately, we visited a little out of season, which made the neighborhood empty and made it difficult to find restaurants open nearby. Fortunately, the villa was quite well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Another nice addition was the outdoor barbecue. Each room in the villa had its own private bathroom, making it ideal for large families. My family and I adored the villa, and the kids adored all of the outside games and sporting facilities. The common spaces are charming and cozy. Definitely, we would suggest it. Thank you.

The entire villa was spotless and very well-furnished. We enjoyed numerous pleasant evenings with BBQ because the kitchen was excellent. We could always contact the very amiable management if there were any issues

Incredibly well equipped villa, especially the kitchen and sports area. A highlight was playing tennis every day, plus table tennis and lots of other games. We loved the outdoor BBQ and seating area, which was perfect for cooking and eating as a big group. We would highly recommend for a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday.Very easy to get taxis into Chania (30 mins) and to nice restaurants nearby in Kolymvari (15 mins). Korina was so responsive and helpful, always on hand to help with anything throughout our stay.

Also the beach is nearby. We had perfect communication with our host, and the house manager Korina was very helpful and quick to respond with recommendations at all times. We strongly recommend this villa!

The Villa is beautiful with an amazing view of the surrounding areas (and beyond). We were a group of 12 (including 3 children) and it never felt too small. The en suites in each room were super useful.The Villa felt very welcoming and homely. We loved making use of the pool and tennis courts. Before we stayed I read that the pool is on the small side, and whilst you won’t be swimming laps in it I was surprised to find it was still reasonably sized for cooling down our group.Loved the location, peaceful with a stunning view of the sea, with just enough restaurants within walking distance. The convenience store right below the Villa was so handy. All in all a great stay. Thanks for hosting us !

Highly recommended

Great for a larger group, like two families. Each bedroom has its own toilet and common areas of the Villa modern and functional. Great location and excellent outdoor space.
