Villa H&M Chania es una villa de lujo en alquiler con 6 dormitorios y piscina privada. La villa está situada en una colina, a 200 m del mar, y tiene una vista impresionante. Esta villa escandinava de alta calidad está diseñada con colores claros, madera, vidrio y muebles y arte de Noruega, Dinamarca y Suecia.

La ubicación es perfecta ya que hay supermercados, tabernas y panaderías a poca distancia. No se necesita coche para alojarse aquí. Hay 6 dormitorios, todos con su propio baño, algunos dormitorios tienen acceso a terrazas cubiertas y uno está diseñado para HC o para familias con bebés, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y televisión, hay una cocina/sala de estar abierta con acceso a una fantástica terraza y un comedor exterior para 12 personas. La villa tiene una piscina infinita de agua salada, cancha de tenis privada, una gran barbacoa con cocina exterior con refrigerador y fregadero y un huerto en la parte trasera de la cancha de tenis.

Hay un cuarto de lavado en el sótano, que cuenta con lavadora y material de limpieza. Aparcamiento privado para hasta 5 coches. Toda la propiedad tiene valla y portón automático, sistema de llamada y alarma. Villa H&M Chania tiene su propio personal: encargado, limpieza, encargado del jardín y de la piscina.

The entire villa was spotless and very well-furnished. We enjoyed numerous pleasant evenings with BBQ because the kitchen was excellent. We could always contact the very amiable management if there were any issues

Both inside and outside of the villa were stunning! Unfortunately, we visited a little out of season, which made the neighborhood empty and made it difficult to find restaurants open nearby. Fortunately, the villa was quite well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Another nice addition was the outdoor barbecue. Each room in the villa had its own private bathroom, making it ideal for large families. My family and I adored the villa, and the kids adored all of the outside games and sporting facilities. The common spaces are charming and cozy. Definitely, we would suggest it. Thank you.

Incredibly well equipped villa, especially the kitchen and sports area. A highlight was playing tennis every day, plus table tennis and lots of other games. We loved the outdoor BBQ and seating area, which was perfect for cooking and eating as a big group. We would highly recommend for a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday.Very easy to get taxis into Chania (30 mins) and to nice restaurants nearby in Kolymvari (15 mins). Korina was so responsive and helpful, always on hand to help with anything throughout our stay.

Also the beach is nearby. We had perfect communication with our host, and the house manager Korina was very helpful and quick to respond with recommendations at all times. The Villa is beautiful with an amazing view of the surrounding areas (and beyond). We were a group of 12 (including 3 children) and it never felt too small. The en suites in each room were super useful.The Villa felt very welcoming and homely. We loved making use of the pool and tennis courts. Before we stayed I read that the pool is on the small side, and whilst you won’t be swimming laps in it I was surprised to find it was still reasonably sized for cooling down our group.Loved the location, peaceful with a stunning view of the sea, with just enough restaurants within walking distance. The convenience store right below the Villa was so handy. All in all a great stay. Thanks for hosting us !

Highly recommended

Great for a larger group, like two families. Each bedroom has its own toilet and common areas of the Villa modern and functional. Great location and excellent outdoor space.
