Бассейн и встроенная джакузи были спроектированы с учетом впечатляющих видов на море и небо, которые открываются с виллы. Вилла Imperial Chania оформлена в минималистичном, но эклектичном стиле с элементами латуни и золота. В сочетании с пышными белыми шторами, которые драпируют раздвижные стеклянные двери, ведущие на балконы, с которых открывается ненавязчивый вид на залив Лутраки, декор напоминает старый стиль Регентства. Это было основой всего строительства и украшения виллы с самого начала, и именно это делает ее уникальной и сильно отличающейся от современных тенденций.

Все шесть элегантных спален имеют ванные комнаты, облицованные гранитной плиткой, и душевые с джакузи, а также умывальники, установленные на высококачественных мраморных столешницах с золотой отделкой. Гости могут погрузиться в глубокий сон на анатомических матрасах, которые гарантируют им комфорт и расслабление, и проснуться, любуясь захватывающим видом на залив. В зависимости от пожеланий гостей, две спальни могут стать двухместными или двухместными, а диван-кровать в одной из трех гостиных позволяет разместить дополнительную двуспальную кровать.

Highly recommended

The entire outdoor space is just a dream. Comfy sunbeds, a nice big heated pool. Everything was very clean and well-kept.

We spent one week at Imperial and had private chefs in for four nights and two lunches. Why leave? Our party was 5 couples and not once did we feel cramped or lacking ... anything.

Villa Imperial was beyond expectations, it is even better than in the pictures and the owners of the Villa went up and beyond for us to have a great experience during our stay. We loved every room, every piece of land and every interaction we had with them. We stayed there for a month and we will definitely come back. I would recommend Villa Imperial over and over again, this place should not be missed if you want to luxury, close to naturem in a secluded area, that are still close to everything.

From the moment you arrive, you know there is something very special about this crispy white Cretan oasis, that has since become one of my favorite magical places on Earth. The villa is modern, comfortable, luxuriously decorated and for my chef-extraordinare husband, it had everything he needed to create gorgeous al fresco feasts that we all enjoyed. With a spacious poolside area, everyone found their comfortable relaxing spots - from covered terraces to the infinity pool to shaded cabanas to scenic balconies. We arrived as a 3-generation family of 14 traveling together for the first time. This villa's beautiful design and thoughtful arrangement had plenty of space for private times, as well as together times over meals and game nights.

We booked this villa as our wedding venue. The villa itself is stunning and a quick and easy walk into the village of Marathi which hosted local restaurants and a lovely beach. There were 12 of us comfortably staying in the villa for the week and we had the most amazing time. We bbq’d every night by the pool. Each bedroom in the villa comes with a unique design and it’s own bathroom! We cannot thank you enough for all that she had done to organise such a perfect wedding day and holiday.

My husband and I recently returned from an amazing visit to Villa Imperial on the island of Crete. We had planned a family reunion with our two daughters and families and reserved the Villa for three weeks. We could not have been more pleased – the Villa is incredibly private – sits on its own peninsula with a large infinity pool and amazing views all around. The outdoor space was filled with an incredible dining room table, where we had the majority of our meals. The Villa itself was very luxurious – 6 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large rain shower. ‘Love’ who took care of us kept Villa Imperial to a high standard – she came every day to clean and provide fresh linens and it was a pleasure to see her smiling face every morning! A special treat for the family was to make the short walk down to the sea to swim in the crystal clear water and we even managed to swim across the bay to the local beach and bar – great fun! What made Villa Imperial such an amazing and unforgettable experience with the constant attention we received from the Villa owners Mary and Dimitius. They were at the airport when we arrived and made sure we got safely to the Villa, took us to the grocery store to ensure we know where everything was and also to recommend the favorite cheeses we should try. Mary was in touch every day to make reservations at the best restaurants with the best tables and reserved the best beach chairs when we were visiting the local beaches. A very special memory was the ‘Creatian Breakfast’ that Mary and Love prepared for us on one of our last mornings. We highly recommend a visit to Villa Imperial - the Villa itself is an incredible experience which is only made better by the personal attention and the amazing experiences we had as a result of Mary’s recommendations. The villa comes with a luxurious experience that is unforgettable. The attention to detail, the hospitality and the personalized concierge service provided by the owners, Maria and Dimitri made this a fabulous vacation. Maria had great suggestions and recommendations for restaurants/daytrips and she took care of all the reservations and made sure we had the best tables and special attention. The small Taverna near the villa was great with lovely owners. Maria also organized the trip to the Samaria gorge and the fabulous Taverna at the Marmara beach for us. This Taverna had the best food, in particular the lamb, chicken and the grilled vegetables. I would highly recommend this trip, with or without the hike. The cost of each segment of the trip was provided up front, which was clear and accurate. Daily housekeeping and intermittent fresh towels were an added luxury. The fabulous cooked breakfast by the owners on the last day was a treat. The pool, the hot tub and the outdoor area and furniture were of the highest quality and standard. The 360-degree views were breathtaking. We loved the privacy, the pool, the outdoor speakers, the private bay and the scrambling along the rocks. While the villa accommodated 12 very comfortably, the dining and outdoor areas are spacious and very easily accommodated our group of 16, which ranged in age from 12- 80 years. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were crisp and of a very high quality. The children slept on air mattresses and were comfortable enough. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The photos are accurate. The pre booking communication with Adriane was easy and the response time was excellent. Pre booking communication with Maria to organize the day trips ahead of time would have been very helpful. The negatives: There were very few and did not matter as the overall experience was fabulous. The water pressure in the showers could have been better. Hot water ran out if there were too many people showering at once. There were two small living rooms rather than one large one. Needed a car to get around. We had a meal catered by a local tavern recommended by Maria one night that was not very good; it would have been better to eat out.

Spent a week at the Imperial Villa and will say that it is the best villa I've stayed in to date. The owners Dimitris and Mary were brilliant and the little things they provided and helped with made the holiday what it should be; relaxing and easy going. Authentic Crete the agents were also brilliant, giving our party attention to detail that I have never experienced before. Well worth the cost and will be using them again.

Perfect family holiday

What a truly perfect week spent with my partner and our children. The owners really could not do enough to make our stay as stress free as possible. With 12 of us travelling on 3 different flights, with one of our party flying in from France Dimitri made sure we all arrived safely, even organising a taxi to pick my son up when we realised at the last minute he was flying into Heraklion! Dimitri met the first of our party on the early morning flight 0600 hrs ( along with breakfast) and took us to the villa which is truly breathtaking, set high on a cliff with magnificent views across 2 bays. The villas lay out was perfect for us having 2 separate sleeping areas with 7 children ranging from ages 8 to 25 there was plenty of room for all of us. Once we had all arrived safely. Dimitri,s wife Mary along with our lovely housekeeper who's name escapes me made us a traditional Greek breakfast, the goats cheese in pastry is to die for. I was more than happy to spend my week by the pool but the children decided to do ATV and scuba diving. Ariadne from LRC organised all of this for us with pick ups from the villa, the kids came back muddy and happy from doing the ATV and exhausted from the scuba diving making a quiet afternoon for the adults! When we did leave the villa we went to the beach which is a 5 minute drive away to either of the beeches, it is easily walkable if your feeling energetic but you might want to save your energy for the swim back across the bay to the villa. The owners were fantastic they kept in touch during our stay without being intrusive and Ariadne made sure there was enough to keep the youngsters busy and the adults relaxed, the chef she booked for us brilliant I would highly recommend having a night off from cooking duties! There is so much more I could say about this holiday but I think you should experience it for yourselves, we will be returning very soon

We had a week at Villa Imperial and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer - or forever! The group staying has all travelled over the years extensively and we all left feeling like this was the most amazing holiday ever and one we will never forget. Dimitris and Mary are the perfect hosts! They are warm, welcoming and able to organise anything you need. Mary and I were in contact many months before we stayed and she helped me plan the most incredible 70th for my mother at the villa - a night that she will never forget. We had a traditional greek band, local dancers, a exceptional chef cooking local food.... even fireworks! Villa Imperial certainly lives up to its name. A simply stunning Villa, spacious rooms, great design, luxury, comfort and an incredible infinity pool. You literally feel on top of the world! The beach is a short and easy walk (10 minutes) and excellent tavernas either side of the villa. Thank you Mary and Dimitris - for creating and sharing this beautiful villa. We all left you with memories which we will cherish forever. Our only hope is that we can visit you every year!
