Η βίλα Νιόλος Χανίων είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα 170 τ.μ., με υψηλό επίπεδο σχεδιασμού και κατασκευής, δίπλα στο χωριό Στέρνες, το οποίο απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη γνωστή αμμώδη παραλία Μαράθι και Λουτράκι, στην περιοχή των Χανίων της Κρήτης. Λόγω της θέσης της (βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου), η βίλα προσφέρει απίστευτη θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας και πλήρη ιδιωτικότητα για τους επισκέπτες μας.

Ο εσωτερικός σχεδιασμός της πολυτελούς Villa Niolos Chania είναι μοντέρνος και λειτουργικός. Μπαίνοντας στο Niolos Villa Chania στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε έναν ευρύχωρο ενιαίο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει το σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια εσωτερική τραπεζαρία και μια έξοδο στη βεράντα. Στον ίδιο όροφο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα μπάνιο με ντους και αποθήκη. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα με ένα μονό κρεβάτι και ένα άλλο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι που μπορεί επίσης να ρυθμιστεί ως δύο μονά. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια προσφέρουν υπέροχη θέα από τα μπαλκόνια. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα μπάνιο που περιέχει μπανιέρα με μπανιέρα και ντους.

Στον δεύτερο όροφο, υπάρχει η όμορφη σοφίτα μας. Περιλαμβάνει διπλό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπα, ψυγείο και περίβλημα μπάνιου με ντους με υδρομασάζ. Υπάρχει επίσης έξοδος σε ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Έξω και κάτω από το κεντρικό κτίριο της βίλας, υπάρχει ένα μεμονωμένο στούντιο με άμεση πρόσβαση στον κήπο. Μπαίνοντας στο στούντιο θα βρείτε έναν ενιαίο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει ένα μικρό σαλόνι και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης μπάνιο με ντους και υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και αποθηκευτικό χώρο.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος της βίλας διαθέτει μεγάλο κήπο (300 τμ) καλυμμένο με γρασίδι και φοίνικες, χώρο μπάρμπεκιου, τραπέζια φαγητού, καναπέδες, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Υπάρχει επίσης χώρος στάθμευσης για 4 αυτοκίνητα. Επιπλέον, μια ιδιωτική πισίνα 50μ² με 6 ξαπλώστρες, 3 τραπέζια δίπλα στην πισίνα και 2 μεγάλες ομπρέλες βρίσκεται στον κήπο. Όλος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και περιφραγμένος. Υπάρχουν δύο άδεια κτίρια δίπλα στη βίλα και δεν υπάρχουν σχέδια για κατασκευή έως το 2019, οπότε μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε 100% ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας.

Η Villa Niolos Chania βρίσκεται σε έναν λόφο, με θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας έξω από το μικρό παραδοσιακό χωριό Στέρνες, το οποίο είναι ένα από τα 20 χωριά της χερσονήσου του Ακρωτηρίου, περίπου 14 χλμ. βορειοανατολικά της πόλης των Χανίων. Ολόκληρη η γύρω περιοχή είναι ένα εντελώς ήσυχο φυσικό περιβάλλον ιδανικό για χαλάρωση αλλά και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα είδη καταστημάτων, εστιατορίων και υπηρεσιών. Στο χωριό Στέρνες θα μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα μίνι μάρκετ και ένα φαρμακείο, αλλά τα περισσότερα από τα εφόδια μπορείτε να τα βρείτε στα Κουνουπιδιανά (8 χλμ. Μακριά από τη βίλα), που είναι το μεγαλύτερο χωριό της χερσονήσου του Ακρωτηρίου.

Η πλησιέστερη γνωστή περιοχή λόγω της παραλίας της είναι το Μαράθι που απέχει μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα. Το Μαράθι είναι μια οργανωμένη αμμώδης παραλία με γαλάζια σημαία, η οποία φημίζεται για τα κρυστάλλινα και ήρεμα νερά με μερικές πολύ καλές παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες με θαλασσινά. Είναι εντελώς σπάνιο να βλέπεις κύματα σε εκείνη την παραλία ακόμα κι αν είναι μια μέρα με θυελλώδη. Μια άλλη γνωστή παραλία που βρίσκεται δίπλα στη βίλα (2,2 χιλιόμετρα μακριά) και αξίζει μια επίσκεψη είναι το Λουτράκι. Επιπλέον, στην περιοχή του Ακρωτηρίου, θα βρείτε μερικά αξιόλογα ιστορικά μνημεία, μοναστήρια αιώνων και εκκλησίες, εντυπωσιακά σπήλαια με πλούσιο λιθολογικό και αρχαιολογικό ενδιαφέρον. Αν ψάχνετε για μεγάλες αγορές και ψυχαγωγία, τότε τα Χανιά απέχουν μόλις 10-15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη βίλα.

The villa is made magical by its location and the panoramic views it offers of Souda Bay. Seeing all sorts of cruise liners, submarines, and boats coming into the port was excellent. The villa is three stories high, clean and nicely decorated, with rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor and a 1 bedroom maisonette on the ground level where the pool is located. The upper outside area is beautiful, we spent a lot of time hanging out there. The hosts were friendly and good at getting back to us promptly if we required anything. This is a great place to stay, and we would love to be back.

Niolos villa is a very nice villa: we liked both the exterior and the interior very much. The house is very well equipped and in a nearly perfect condition, additionally it was super clean. The owners were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed including a drink and food starter package when we arrived on Saturday evening and a farewell present when we left. In case of questions it was very easy to get in contact with them via WhatsApp. The only thing which is a bit ambivalent, is the location of the villa near the airport. On the plus side it was very relaxing to reach the house within 15 min from the airport by car. Furthermore, the view from the villa to the sea is fantastic. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Niolos villa a lot and we definitely recommend it.

Genoten! Een echte aanrader! Wij waren hier met 6 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen. Het huis was heel schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en een goed ingerichte keuken. Buiten een mooie buitenkeuken waar we geregeld gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Aan het zwembad bevond zich nog een aparte studio met kleine woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer. Alles erg fris en modern ingericht. De uitzichten zijn vanuit elke ruimte fantastisch over Souda Bay. De zonsopkomst en de zee zien vanuit je bed is een feestje. Bij aankomst stond Stella, de eigenaresse, ons op te wachten met een heerlijke welkomst mand. Koekjes, wijn, raki, olijfolie enz. Halverwege de week kwam ze zelfs nog heerlijke bladerdeeghapjes brengen. Zo lief! Het zwembad was heel fijn, zeker met het ingebouwde kinderbadje waarin de kleinsten ook lekker konden spelen. Marathi Beach is een absolute aanrader! Fijn rustig zandstrand en leuke tavernes. Chania is ook een hele gezellige stad. Veel kleine gezellige straatjes en de oude haven is erg gezellig met al zijn eettentjes aan zee. Een auto is wel een must als je hier verblijft. Toen we weggingen kwam Stella de sleutel ophalen en had ze opnieuw een klein kadootje voor ons. Zo attent! Al met al een weekje luxe ervaren en allemaal weer helemaal opgeladen! Wij hopen nog eens terug te keren, maar dan komen we 2 weken!

If you search a nice house for your vacation, this is it!

Such a friendly welkom! Fresh fruits, honey, home made cookies, water and a bottle of wine ? The house was just perfect, everything you need. Good beds, fresh bedlinen, towels and even shampoo, conditioner, soap, toiletpaper. outside a pizzaoven and bbq. More than enough places to sit, shadow or sun. There was a little breese. Even it was the last week of april the temperature was around 25 degrees. The airport is only 7 minutes away, don't let this stop you from renting the house. (we heard it only 2 times in the distance) But the best of all is Stella, the owner. She is the model of Greek hospitality!! What a warm and sincerely interested lady. She has an eye for detail and that you can see at the house and garden. (Marathi beach is nice to visit, the restaurant Patrelantonis is recommended!)

Absolutely Wonderful

We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at Villa Niolos. My wife, our three kids aged 19, 14 and 12 along with my eldest daughter’s boyfriend had a wonderful time at the villa. It was especially convenient when travelling with older kids or another family…
We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at Villa Niolos. My wife, our three kids aged 19, 14 and 12 along with my eldest daughter’s boyfriend had a wonderful time at the villa. It was especially convenient when travelling with older kids or another family as the bedroom on the ground floor is essentially a stand alone annex which gave my eldest and her boyfriend their own space. The pictures don’t quite do the views justice...they are that good. The location is quiet, away from the hussle and bustle of the more heavily populated tourist areas but it is close enough to some larger towns if that is what you fancy. I can’t speak highly enough of the villa or location. The absolute best thing though is how you’re looked after by the owners and their agents. Nothing is too much trouble, they are on hand for anything you may need and I haven’t met nicer people anywhere we have gone in the world. If you’re looking at the Villa then just book it... you won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful villa. The owner was very attentive and was very gracious and welcoming. The views were extraordinary, the pool was a delight and there was plenty of space for all of us. Stella made sure there was fresh fruit in the refrigerator, cookies, a bottle of olive oil and more extras that we were very thankful for. She even sent us home with cookies and our own bottle of olive oil! We were very close to Marathi Beach, which is a wonderful place to spend your day; also very close the the airport. We can’t say enough about Villa Niolos, paradise!

Villa Niolos was perfect for our group holiday to Crete. Just a 10 minute drive from the airport, close to the beach and Chania, the villa was a delight. The views are just amazing and the owners are so lovely as well. Really appreciated the additional touches of board games and books too! The villa feels very private and the pool and outdoor eating areas are great, definitely recommend.
