The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

Petros was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in Agia Pelagia. The villa was stunning - it had gorgeous ocean views from every angle, beautiful landscaping, and a modern design with every amenity needed for our trip. The villa felt quiet, private, and safe. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool and backyard dining area so much that we decided to skip the beach! The warm hospitality from Petros is what made the stay - he arranged reservations at the best local restaurants and wineries. We felt that we were able to truly experience Greece thanks to our stay with Petros at this villa. We wish we could stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you Petros for an unforgettable experience!

We recently visited Crete and stayed at this villa and I can't say enough good things about our entire experience. From the villa, to the location to the service and kindness we got from Petros. The whole end to experience was one of a kind. The villa is just something that's hard to put into words, you need to experience it to understand the beauty of it. Each area of the home is so well thought out with the prettiest accessories to ensure ease of comfort. Petros will basically assist with anything you would need while on vacation, from bookings for dinner, excursions, taxis, airport transfers. He even was able to get basics to the house that we needs for the duration of our stay. His service - extra ordinary. The views from the villa are simple outstanding. This is something we thoroughly enjoyed. Whether it was the morning, evening or night views. It was a spectacular experience. Don't ponder on booking the villa - just do it!

The energy of the Villa and its incredible resort level pool area were so incredible, we felt guilty for leaving the home at all. But, that is not what sets this home above the rest. The host greets you at the time of check-in. He goes over the property and amenities he can arrange on your behalf. We are fortunate to have experienced higher end luxury experiences in the past and the service levels provided by Petros exceeded that of any Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons I have visited. I urge you to contact him to arrange your activities on your behalf. He made dinner reservations for my family and told me we would have the best seat in the best restaurants. We did. He arranged for professional massages on site and the quality exceeded anything from the US. He had a chef prepare a 5 star meal at the home for us. He was involved each step and his attention to detail is what sets this property apart from any other.

Truly magnificent views, even better than the photos.

Beautifully considered house, well thought out living.The host is generously welcoming and easy to reach. Only wish it was closer to town so that a car ride was not always necessary.

Highly recommended!

Petros is a great host. The location is private and has lots of outside seating areas. There are several nice beach and restaurant locations in a 15min driving radius. An ideal location to get some privacy, peace and quiet

Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen.One of the highlights of our stay was the unforgettable birthday dinner for my husband, which Petros organized with a private chef. The chef prepared a magnificent meal that was both delicious and beautifully presented. It was an experience we'll cherish forever.Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with a host who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you also to Antonia, such amazing communication and coordination of transfer services. Excellent restaurant recommendations and very smooth transitions. The property is so beautiful you don’t want to leave but check out the nice nearby beach in town, fun restaurants and only 15-20 minutes to airport, marina and historical sites including Knossos Palace and archeological museum.
