Вилла Harper Protaras — это роскошная вилла в аренду с 3 спальнями и частным бассейном. Эта красота расположена в тупике в самом сердце Пернеры, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжей, магазинов, ресторанов и баров. Эта вилла идеально подходит для тех, кто ищет спокойного отдыха, но при этом находится в пределах легкой досягаемости от курорта.

На первом этаже вы найдете гостиную открытой планировки, обеденную зону и кухню. В гостиной имеется удобный мягкий уголок с широкоэкранным телевизором со спутниковыми каналами и DVD-плеером. В обеденной зоне есть стол и стулья на 6 человек, а кухня полностью оборудована всей бытовой техникой, а также барной стойкой для четырех человек. На первом этаже также есть туалет

Наверху вы найдете три спальни и главную семейную ванную комнату. В главной спальне и второй спальне есть двуспальные кровати, широкоэкранные телевизоры и встроенные шкафы. В третьей спальне есть две односпальные кровати, широкоэкранный телевизор и встроенные шкафы. Первая и вторая спальни имеют общий балкон с видом на море. В главной ванной комнате есть ванна, душ и туалет.

Снаружи в очень просторном саду есть площадка для барбекю, столешница с раковиной, открытая зона отдыха, душ, шезлонги и большой частный бассейн. На вилле есть спутниковое телевидение, WIFI и кондиционер. Великолепная вилла в центре города идеально подходит для семей, ищущих спокойный отдых.

We stayed at this villa August 2018. The villa is stunning and looks exactly like the photographs. We were contacted by the manager prior to arrival and was given all the details we needed. We were also asked if we had any special requests. On arrival the villa was very clean, towels were provided and a little welcome pack of milk, cereal etc. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and from the rear bedrooms we could see the sea. The pool area comfortably seated six people as well as six sunloungers. There was always some part of the pool area that had sun all day but an umbrella was provided if you needed it. The pool was cleaned twice a week and bedding/towels changed after a week. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location was excellent, it was approximately 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach cove. It is approximately a 10 minute walk one way into Protaras and the same the other way into Pernera. Although being able to use the facilities of the Flouressia Gardens opposite meant there was a pool bar close by! Overall I would definitely recommend this villa and hope myself and my family will return in the future.

Beautiful villa in a great location, just 5 mins walk from beaches of Pernera which are a cluster of sheltered warm bays, gently shelving, some rocks for climbing on and lots of fish to look at if snorkelling. Perfect for small children but also great for big kids and keen swimmers to get out from the shore. Quieter compared to Protaras but this was a plus to us and easy to walk to Protaras when needed but tbh, we tended to follow the coastal boardwalk past Pernera as so much nicer and not as commercial. Really got our money's worth as spent many happy hours as a family around and in the decent size pool and even had a BBQ party with 8 other family members post a wedding that we had all attended. The villa is beautiful, clean (pool cleaned every 3 days and cleaners came in to change sheets and towels etc after a week) very well equipped for self catering needs. A couple of small issues were quickly rectified by the efficient Zoe in the first couple of days and so reassuring to know that she was available and local if needed. Her husband is a cab driver and very reliable and friendly. 2 small resort supermarkets 5 mins walk away but very expensive. Big Lidl in Protaras recommended for basic shopping. So many restaurants nearby. Had to be out of the villa for 11am on day of departure and flight not until 10pm but lovely manager at the Flouressia gardens complex opposite made us very welcome there for the day and we were able to store our cases, use the pool and bar restaurant and shower facilities. Highly recommended!
