Villa Harper Protaras es una villa de lujo en alquiler con 3 dormitorios y piscina privada. Esta belleza se encuentra en una calle sin salida en el corazón de Pernera, a pocos minutos a pie de las playas, tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Esta villa es ideal para aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con fácil acceso al complejo.

En la planta baja, encontrará la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina de planta abierta. El salón tiene una cómoda zona de estar con TV de pantalla ancha y vía satélite y reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene una mesa y sillas para 6 personas y la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de uso diario y también cuenta con una barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro personas. También hay un W/C en la planta baja

Arriba, encontrará tres dormitorios y el baño familiar principal. El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen camas dobles, televisores de pantalla ancha y armarios empotrados. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla ancha y armarios empotrados. Los dormitorios uno y dos comparten un balcón con vistas al mar. El baño principal tiene bañera, ducha y W/C.

Afuera, en el jardín muy espacioso, hay una barbacoa, encimera con fregadero, zona de estar exterior, ducha, tumbonas y una gran piscina privada. La villa cuenta con TV vía satélite, WIFI y aire acondicionado completo en todas partes. Una gran villa en una ubicación central es ideal para familias que buscan un descanso relajante.

We stayed at this villa August 2018. The villa is stunning and looks exactly like the photographs. We were contacted by the manager prior to arrival and was given all the details we needed. We were also asked if we had any special requests. On arrival the villa was very clean, towels were provided and a little welcome pack of milk, cereal etc. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and from the rear bedrooms we could see the sea. The pool area comfortably seated six people as well as six sunloungers. There was always some part of the pool area that had sun all day but an umbrella was provided if you needed it. The pool was cleaned twice a week and bedding/towels changed after a week. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location was excellent, it was approximately 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach cove. It is approximately a 10 minute walk one way into Protaras and the same the other way into Pernera. Although being able to use the facilities of the Flouressia Gardens opposite meant there was a pool bar close by! Overall I would definitely recommend this villa and hope myself and my family will return in the future.

Beautiful villa in a great location, just 5 mins walk from beaches of Pernera which are a cluster of sheltered warm bays, gently shelving, some rocks for climbing on and lots of fish to look at if snorkelling. Perfect for small children but also great for big kids and keen swimmers to get out from the shore. Quieter compared to Protaras but this was a plus to us and easy to walk to Protaras when needed but tbh, we tended to follow the coastal boardwalk past Pernera as so much nicer and not as commercial. Really got our money's worth as spent many happy hours as a family around and in the decent size pool and even had a BBQ party with 8 other family members post a wedding that we had all attended. The villa is beautiful, clean (pool cleaned every 3 days and cleaners came in to change sheets and towels etc after a week) very well equipped for self catering needs. A couple of small issues were quickly rectified by the efficient Zoe in the first couple of days and so reassuring to know that she was available and local if needed. Her husband is a cab driver and very reliable and friendly. 2 small resort supermarkets 5 mins walk away but very expensive. Big Lidl in Protaras recommended for basic shopping. So many restaurants nearby. Had to be out of the villa for 11am on day of departure and flight not until 10pm but lovely manager at the Flouressia gardens complex opposite made us very welcome there for the day and we were able to store our cases, use the pool and bar restaurant and shower facilities. Highly recommended!
