Η Villa Harper Protaras είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Αυτή η ομορφιά βρίσκεται σε ένα αδιέξοδο στην καρδιά της Pernera, μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες, τα καταστήματα, τα εστιατόρια και τα μπαρ. Αυτή η βίλα είναι ιδανική για όσους αναζητούν ήρεμες διακοπές, αλλά εξακολουθεί να βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το θέρετρο.

Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε το ενιαίο σαλόνι, την τραπεζαρία και την κουζίνα. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει άνετο καθιστικό με ευρεία και δορυφορική τηλεόραση και DVD player. Η τραπεζαρία διαθέτει τραπέζι και καρέκλες για 6 άτομα και η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις καθημερινές συσκευές και διαθέτει επίσης μπαρ πρωινού με καθίσματα για τέσσερα άτομα. Υπάρχει επίσης W/C στο ισόγειο

Στον όροφο, θα βρείτε τρία υπνοδωμάτια και το κύριο οικογενειακό μπάνιο. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο και το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτουν διπλά κρεβάτια, τηλεοράσεις ευρείας οθόνης και εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες. Το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια, τηλεόραση ευρείας οθόνης και εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες. Τα υπνοδωμάτια 1 και 2 μοιράζονται ένα μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Το κυρίως μπάνιο διαθέτει μπανιέρα, ντους και W/C.

Έξω στον πολύ ευρύχωρο κήπο, υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου, πάγκος με νεροχύτη, εξωτερικό καθιστικό, ντους, ξαπλώστρες και μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βίλα διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση, WIFI και πλήρη κλιματισμό σε όλους τους χώρους. Μια υπέροχη βίλα σε κεντρική τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες που αναζητούν ένα χαλαρωτικό διάλειμμα.

We stayed at this villa August 2018. The villa is stunning and looks exactly like the photographs. We were contacted by the manager prior to arrival and was given all the details we needed. We were also asked if we had any special requests. On arrival the villa was very clean, towels were provided and a little welcome pack of milk, cereal etc. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and from the rear bedrooms we could see the sea. The pool area comfortably seated six people as well as six sunloungers. There was always some part of the pool area that had sun all day but an umbrella was provided if you needed it. The pool was cleaned twice a week and bedding/towels changed after a week. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location was excellent, it was approximately 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach cove. It is approximately a 10 minute walk one way into Protaras and the same the other way into Pernera. Although being able to use the facilities of the Flouressia Gardens opposite meant there was a pool bar close by! Overall I would definitely recommend this villa and hope myself and my family will return in the future.

Beautiful villa in a great location, just 5 mins walk from beaches of Pernera which are a cluster of sheltered warm bays, gently shelving, some rocks for climbing on and lots of fish to look at if snorkelling. Perfect for small children but also great for big kids and keen swimmers to get out from the shore. Quieter compared to Protaras but this was a plus to us and easy to walk to Protaras when needed but tbh, we tended to follow the coastal boardwalk past Pernera as so much nicer and not as commercial. Really got our money's worth as spent many happy hours as a family around and in the decent size pool and even had a BBQ party with 8 other family members post a wedding that we had all attended. The villa is beautiful, clean (pool cleaned every 3 days and cleaners came in to change sheets and towels etc after a week) very well equipped for self catering needs. A couple of small issues were quickly rectified by the efficient Zoe in the first couple of days and so reassuring to know that she was available and local if needed. Her husband is a cab driver and very reliable and friendly. 2 small resort supermarkets 5 mins walk away but very expensive. Big Lidl in Protaras recommended for basic shopping. So many restaurants nearby. Had to be out of the villa for 11am on day of departure and flight not until 10pm but lovely manager at the Flouressia gardens complex opposite made us very welcome there for the day and we were able to store our cases, use the pool and bar restaurant and shower facilities. Highly recommended!
