Στην ακτή ανάμεσα στα Λευκά Όρη και το Λιβυκό Πέλαγος, ανάμεσα σε δύο παρθένες παραλίες στη χερσόνησο Γραμμένο, κάτω από τους πιο γαλάζιους ουρανούς και ανάμεσα σε σπάνιους κέδρους, βρίσκονται οι Sando Villas Crete, τρεις κομψές και διώροφες βίλες που περιμένουν να γεμίσουν με αιώνιες αναμνήσεις διακοπών.

Το Sando Villas Crete αποτελείται από τρεις εξαιρετικά σχεδιασμένες, παραθαλάσσιες βίλες η καθεμία με μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα και χτισμένες όσο πιο κοντά στη θάλασσα θα μπορούσε κανείς ποτέ. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση σε δύο παραλίες, διαφορετικές σε υφή αλλά εξίσου όμορφες, απλά ανοίγοντας την εξώπορτά τους. Μπροστά από τις βίλες, η μία έχει θέα στην παραλία Γραμμένο, μια παραλία με Γαλάζια Σημαία με ψιλή χρυσή άμμο, και στην άλλη πλευρά της χερσονήσου, θα δείτε την παραλία Βότσαλο, μια βοτσαλωτή, μεγάλη, ήσυχη παραλία.

Η παραθαλάσσια βίλα Sando 1 Crete είναι μία από τις τρεις πολυτελείς βίλες του συγκροτήματος Cedar Bay Villas.

Είναι μια διώροφη, πετρόκτιστη, ανεξάρτητη βίλα με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και δύο μπάνια. Υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε δύο παραλίες.

Η βίλα διαθέτει πισίνα 32μ2 με ξύλινες ξαπλώστρες και ιδιωτική βεράντα με υπαίθριο καθιστικό. Υπάρχει ένα άλλο σετ από ιδιωτικές ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία. Στο κατάλυμα υπάρχει δωρεάν Wi-Fi και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.

Στο ισόγειο, το Beachfront Villa Sando 1 Crete διαθέτει ένα κομψό σαλόνι με δύο καναπέδες, ένα τραπεζάκι του καφέ, μια μοντέρνα σόμπα pellet, wi-fi και εξοπλισμό πολυμέσων. Η διπλανή τραπεζαρία χωράει άνετα τέσσερις ενήλικες και οδηγεί σε μια ενιαία σύγχρονη κουζίνα με σύγχρονες συσκευές. Το ισόγειο τελειώνει με ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μοντέρνο μπάνιο.

Ο επάνω όροφος της Beachfront Villa Sando 1 Crete αποτελείται από ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, με κομψά κλινοσκεπάσματα, τεχνουργήματα σχεδιαστών και χώρο ντουλάπας. Το υπνοδωμάτιο συμπληρώνεται από το δικό του μπάνιο που ακολουθεί την όμορφη αισθητική της υπόλοιπης βίλας. Η πόρτα του υπνοδωματίου οδηγεί σε μια ιδιωτική βεράντα με εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία.

Η βίλα είναι εξοπλισμένη με ανεμιστήρα οροφής στο υπνοδωμάτιο και δύο μονάδες κλιματισμού που χρησιμοποιούνται για ψύξη και θέρμανση. Κατά τη διάρκεια του χειμώνα, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν επίσης να χρησιμοποιήσουν τη σόμπα πέλλετ στο κεντρικό σαλόνι που θερμαίνει τόσο το υπνοδωμάτιο όσο και το ισόγειο.

A magnificent sandy beach which is absolutely suitable for children because it is only very slightly sloping. Actually, the villa is on the beach. Nevertheless, privacy with large pool, loungers and hammock. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Our Villa was equipped with all the amenities like large bedroom with panoramic sea and scenery views. We liked that everything was thought of like : yoga mats, Nordic walking sticks, dumbbells, all kinds of cards and board games, enough clothespins, beach towel clips... even fridge bag for the beach and much more you know when available. We lacked absolutely nothing! We will be back again!! Thank you Maria

We spent five wonderful days at these Villas and thoroughly enjoyed its unique location, relaxing atmosphere, and overall convenience. The villa, which we booked, was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed, enhancing our stay. The villas’ free parking was conveniently close to our villa, making unloading luggage extremely easy. Situated right on a sandy beach, it was amazing to step out of bed and be swimming in the beautiful bay in no time. Nearby restaurants and beach bars offered great options for food, drinks, and coffee. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

There is everything you need to relax and have a good time. The beds are very comfy and the equipment of the villas is nice, modern and works perfect. The surroundings were beautiful and wild. In the springtime the place is colorful and quiet with very few tourists around. We liked that. The beach in front of the house was ours almost all the time. Elafonisi is astonishing and Paleochora a nice small city with lots of good restaurants and bars.We love these Villas.

Our favourite location we stayed at over 3 weeks in Crete!

Absolutely beautiful beach location - the house itself is perfect - luxurious and so comfortable. Toughest decision over 3 days was whether to swim in our private pool or the beautiful beach right out front. We will be returning!

Situated right on a sandy beach, it was amazing to step out of bed and be swimming in the beautiful bay in no time. Nearby restaurants and beach bars offered great options for food, drinks, and coffee. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.
