Οι ήρεμες βίλες είναι ένα συγκρότημα από 7 ιδιωτικές, πετρόχτιστες βίλες 2, 3 ή 4 υπνοδωματίων που βρίσκονται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή που περιβάλλεται από ελαιώνες και πορτοκαλιές 900μ από το κέντρο του Πλατανιά, ένα διάσημο παραθαλάσσιο θέρετρο με αμμώδη παραλία με γαλάζια σημαία απέχει μόλις 700μ από αυτά. Μια τοποθεσία που προσφέρει γαλήνη και χαλάρωση αλλά κοντά σε μια ποικιλία εγκαταστάσεων και δραστηριοτήτων όπως τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μπαρ, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, σταθμός ταξί, παιδική χαρά και καταστήματα.

Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία με τζάκι και μπάρμπεκιου που συνδυάζει εσωτερική και εξωτερική ιδιωτική πισίνα, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις και πολυτέλειες και δημιουργεί μια πραγματικά και μαγευτική ατμόσφαιρα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, WC και ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ευρύχωρα μπαλκόνια με θέα στην υπέροχη ύπαιθρο. Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης 32 ιντσών, κλιματισμό, καθώς και κεντρική θέρμανση που καθιστά τη βίλα κατάλληλη για διαμονή όλο το χρόνο, έπιπλα βεράντας, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες.

Διατίθεται επίσης τηλεόραση Plasma, DVD Player, τηλέφωνο, δωρεάν Wi-Fi πρόσβαση στο Internet και θυρίδα ασφαλείας και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις σύγχρονες συσκευές, όπως ψυγείο / καταψύκτη, φούρνο / εστία, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, λέβητα, τοστιέρα , μηχανή καφέ φίλτρου, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα. Σε κάθε βίλα παρέχεται πλυντήριο ρούχων και κάθε βίλα έχει τον δικό της ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.

The villa was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. All facilities on site and friendly staff. The individual houses were at a reasonable distance from each other. The garden was nice and the private pool fantastic - so were the showers.

We booked this villa, set in a quiet area , just a 3 minute drive from the main strip of Platanias. The villa itself was large and would be a great location for a large family or friends holiday together. We went to the local beach instead of using the pool each day, it was nice to come home for a dip after a day at the beach. The villa has pretty much everything you need on your holiday and close by is supermarkets, bars, resturants and gift shops. Relaxing and enjoyable week in the sun.

We booked last minute and service was excellent. Travel operator called several times to check everything was ok. Organisation was very efficient, particularly the welcome. Several villas are on a site close to Platanias - we were there in late August and it was quiet as not all were full. Lots of space and pool was a great size for our family. The road leading up to the villa isn’t in great condition and not lit at night, but it’s only a five minute walk. Staff on site were really friendly as well. Loved it.

Despite the great heat, we felt very comfortable, thanks to air conditioning and great, refreshing pool!In the room on the top right, you can hear the street a little in unfavourable wind. Shopping and nice restaurants are within easy walking distance.The whole house is sparkling clean, thanks to the super nice cleaning service. A great place to stay

Large spacious house - 7 pieces with large well-kept garden and nice pool and patio. Located in the countryside but only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the sea, downtown with shops and lots of restaurants. Bring a flashlight when you go home in the evening…

Seven villas occupy this one property. Two have an indoor pool while ours had an indoor/outdoor pool. The three bedrooms all had their own washrooms. There was a large living space and a kitchen. It was a clean villa with manicured grounds. A great place for a family or a group of friends to occupy. The beaches and major commercial strip is a short walk from the Villas. Chania Town is a short drive away or take public transit. There is also a near by Super Market for extended stays. Our check in was seamless and we would return to this location again it was wonderful.
