Το Casa Avocado βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νερατζιά του Δήμου Πλατανιά και απέχει 20 χλμ. από την πόλη των Χανίων. Αυτό το πέτρινο κτίριο χρονολογείται από το 1920 και ξαναχτίστηκε το 2017.

Χτισμένο σε μια καταπράσινη περιοχή, υπόσχεται στους επισκέπτες του στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης. Το κτήμα φτάνει σε μια έκταση 20 στρεμμάτων και μέσα σε αυτό, θα βρείτε μια ποικιλία από φυλλοβόλα και αειθαλή δέντρα, όπως αβοκάντο, ελιές, και πολλά φυτά και λουλούδια. Ως αποτέλεσμα, η περιοχή έχει επίσης μια μεγάλη ποικιλία πανίδας και για αυτόν τον λόγο, ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει δημιουργήσει ένα μέρος όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να δουν κοτόπουλα που μπορούν να δώσουν στους επισκέπτες φρέσκα αυγά. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν φρέσκα αυγά πρωινού απευθείας από τη φωλιά. Το πετρόχτιστο κτίριο και η καταπράσινη περιοχή του Casa Avocado συνθέτουν μια πολύ όμορφη και παραδοσιακή εικόνα όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας με τη συντροφιά της ηρεμίας και της χαλάρωσης

The property itself is just amazing - it is a really cozy stone house very nicely decorated and with a really modern bathroom design. We really enjoyed the jauzzi, barbeque, sauna and you actually have every single appliance and utensil you need. The garden is lovely and even though is close to the main road you feel like being on the middle of nowhere. There are shops/restaurants though very close (5-10 minute drive). However, apart from the property, what makes your stay even more special is the host. She greets you on check in and explain everything you need to know about the house and the area and makes you really feel at home. The welcome package with fresh eggs from their own hens is fenomenal.

Casa Avocado is a great place to stay. The owners were very nice and welcoming, many kind attentions. House and outside equipments are very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Perfect for good vacations !

Casa Avocado is nestled amongst the Avocado trees and has all the facilities you need for an awesome stay in Crete.

There's the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, bbq area and even a view point at the top of the hill which is part of the garden. The hospitality of our hosts was outstanding and they provided us with fresh eggs during our stay, snacks for the beach and a fridge…
There's the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, bbq area and even a view point at the top of the hill which is part of the garden. The hospitality of our hosts was outstanding and they provided us with fresh eggs during our stay, snacks for the beach and a fridge full of goodies on our arrival. The surroundings are beautiful and very relaxing being surrounded by fruit and avocado trees. The location is about 5mins from Tavronitis town, where there's a bakery, restaurants and supermarket. A car is essential if you want to explore the best beaches on the west of Crete. Whilst we were there we visited Elafonisi, Balos and Falasarna beaches, all within an hours drive. A big thank you to Silvia, her husband and mum for making our stay very memorable. We would definitely recommend staying at Casa Avocado, you will not be disappointed!

Unique Cretan holidays!

The property is a lovely stone villa, with great facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, barbecue, bikes, air conditioning, etc.) and the hosts are amongst the friendliest people we have met.
