Στην πανέμορφη περιοχή του Μάλεμε, μόλις 2 λεπτά από την παραλία, η Villa Alexia εκτείνεται στα τρία στρέμματα πολυτέλειας της. Ένας εντελώς ιδιωτικός κήπος, με μεγάλη πισίνα που περιβάλλεται από έναν προσεγμένο, καταπράσινο κήπο με πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, σας καλωσορίζει στις εγκαταστάσεις και υπόσχεται στιγμές χαλάρωσης κάτω από τον ελληνικό ήλιο. We genuinely feel the villa was understated in the listing — the photos simply don’t capture how stunning it is. The views from the upstairs rooms and balconies are breathtaking, and the villa itself is full of charm and exceptionally spacious.The pool was pristine and surrounded by beautifully kept grounds, making it a perfect place to relax. Our host was fantastic from start to finish — even allowing us a late checkout due to our evening flight, which made our departure so much easier. We also met the lovely cleaner as we were leaving, who kindly helped us with our luggage.Thank you for helping make our holiday truly unforgettable.

The house is large, cozy, and full of character, with three spacious bedrooms and balconies overlooking the sea, garden, and hills. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we enjoyed cooking and having breakfast at home every day.The pool and garden are the real highlights – big, clean, beautifully maintained, and even more impressive than the photos. The private parking and electric gate made it feel very secure and private.The location in Maleme is excellent for exploring western Crete, with Chania, and many attractions nearby. Restaurants and shops are also close by, though usually a short drive. The only minor downside was some traffic noise at night for light sleepers.The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we loved the villa and would happily return – highly recommended!

The property was homely and welcoming, completely private, not overlooked, yet everything you could want was within walking distance - the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a car, which for us was essential for day-trips, for larger supermarket shops, and for travel to some amazing local tavernas in nearby villages. Back to the villa - inside had everything we needed, and the pool space worked perfectly. Great communication from Alexandros, our host. Would definitely come back!Perfect for us and 3 teenagers, but imagine it would also be great for families with younger children.

We had a great stay at the villa

It was very spacious and had all we needed. Our host Alexandros was great and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby and the town of Platanias is only a short drive away.

It was a brilliant holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday at Maleme. The house and pool were fabulous and really near the beach, supermarket, tavernas and bus routes along the coast. The host is so helpful and was there to greet us and show us round.

The villa itself was lovely, spacious and looked just like the photos with plenty of space for everyone and a great pool. Alexios was really responsive and gave lots of great local recommendations, and quickly came to fix a few issues that came up. The location is a quiet area which is short walk to a pebble beach and a few restaurants and shops, but as we had a car it was really easy to explore the rest of the island. Thanks again and we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time

The villa is very large, comfortable and very private. We enjoyed the location with plenty of restaurants to walk to. The beach is close with club where we could enjoy sunbeds for the day. The hosts are so friendly and respond immediately.

Ideal villa for holidays under the greek sun!

Nice and large pool. Large house with plenty of places. The kitchen is outdated and we could not get the stove working. Bedrooms beds and air conditioning was very nice.

The owners kindly greeted us upon arrival (even though the plane arrived late) with a tour around the Villa and explanation of where everything was.The children were famished and just to have something in the fridge was hugely appreciated.The pool was immaculate, bedrooms fully air conditioned with plenty of space inside and out.We had a car but there are frequent buses in and out to Chania / Platanias so either way one has the freedom to choose how much they wish to relax/shop/eat.

A/C in the bedrooms were very effective. Location was good, 10 minutes to the supermarket, beach and tavernas. The bus is really convenient to get to Chania. Would definitely recommend as it was very good value for money.
