Το Dioni Villa Chania είναι μια ολοκαίνουργια μοντέρνα κατασκευή με συνολική έκταση 200 τμ σε οικόπεδο 1,5 στρεμμάτων γεμάτη κυρίως με ελιές, βότανα και οπωροφόρα δέντρα. Ξεχωρίζει λόγω της ιδανικής τοποθεσίας, του μοντέρνου σχεδιασμού και της μοναδικής εσωτερικής διακόσμησης. Γύρω από τη βίλα και το οικόπεδο υπάρχουν ελιές που δίνουν το χαρακτήρα της απομόνωσης.

Το Dioni Villa Chania αποτελείται από 3 υπέροχα και ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, μία σοφίτα, κουζίνα, σαλόνι και 3 μπάνια. Διαθέτει σύστημα θέρμανσης και ψύξης, συναγερμό, χώρο, άνεση και αθόρυβη λειτουργία. Μπαίνοντας στο Dioni Villa Chania, υπάρχει σαλόνι ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με δορυφορική τηλεόραση και άνετους καναπέδες. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλο τον εξοπλισμό και τις συσκευές που μπορεί να είναι απαραίτητες. Στον ίδιο χώρο, υπάρχει η τραπεζαρία για έως 8 άτομα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC. Βγαίνοντας στη βεράντα θα βρείτε τη μεγάλη πισίνα και τον κήπο του σπιτιού που είναι ιδανικό για χαλάρωση κάτω από τον κρητικό ήλιο.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια, η σοφίτα και 2 ακόμη μπάνια. Το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα king size διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Σε αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει επίσης σοφίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι queen size. Τα υπόλοιπα υπνοδωμάτια μοιράζονται 1 μεγάλο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού έχουν πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα. Έξω είναι μια ιδιωτική πισίνα περίπου 40 τμ και ένα άνετο αίθριο με μεγάλο τραπέζι. Υπάρχει επιλογή μαξιλαριού και ντουλάπα με ποικιλία μαξιλαριών με διαφορετική σκληρότητα, για να επιλέξετε το ιδανικό μαξιλάρι για εσάς. Τέλος, υπάρχει παιδική χαρά για παιδιά και πινγκ-πονγκ. Μπορούμε επίσης να σας προσφέρουμε βρεφική κούνια και παιδικό καρεκλάκι δωρεάν. Recommend it!

Wir waren im Rahmen einer kleinen Familienfeier mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 7 Tage in der Villa DIONI. Wir fühlten uns in dieser top ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichten Villa sofort sehr wohl. Besonders der Pool mit der schönen, großen…
Wir waren im Rahmen einer kleinen Familienfeier mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 7 Tage in der Villa DIONI. Wir fühlten uns in dieser top ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichten Villa sofort sehr wohl. Besonders der Pool mit der schönen, großen Terrasse sowie dem überdachten Essplatz (10 Plätze), mit Blick auf die weite Landschaft und das blaue Meer, haben uns mega gefallen. Weitere ruhige Sitzecken und 8 Liegen (Pool/Gartenebene) waren ausreichend. Der hochwertige Gasgrill in der Aussenküche sei besonders erwähnt. Ebenso war die Küche komplett mit großem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und ausreichendem Geschirr mit sonstigem Zubehör reichlich bestückt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit der oberen Kinder/Schlafetage, dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und dem eigenen Bad war sehr toll. Im 2. Badezimmer wären weitere Handtuchhaken wünschenswert! Lediglich in den 2 anderen SZ hatten die Kleidersschränke leider nicht genug Tiefe.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und waren immer gut zu erreichen, trotzdem hatten wir volle Privatsphäre. Die Damen vom Putzservice waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We booked Villa Dioni for 6 days with 6 people and had a great time and were very satisfied. The villa is in top modern and clean condition and offers enough space inside and outside. It is equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, washing machine, jukebox, grill station, table tennis, etc.) The terrace offers a wonderful view over the olive groves and the sea and the pool is a great way to cool off. There are only a few other houses around the villa, so that you are practically on your own. The service and the cleanliness of the villa were great. The cleaning staff came in coordination after 2 days cleaned the house and the garden and changed the towels. Another change of towels would have been great, but certainly possible for longer stays.

Excellent villa near Chania !

We had a wonderful time in Villa Dioni near Chania in Crete, with our 5 person family. The house was great, spacious, clean and modern. Good beds, nice bathrooms, good kitchen, goodworking airco's, lovely outside BBQ, dito swimmingpool, a pingpongtable with bats and balls; good cleaning service twice a week with changing of sheets and towels. I appreciated a lot the good communication with the house owner ; she already contacted me with Whatsapp a week before we went there, to ask if we needed to know some information. Also during the stay she was very easily reachable and helpfull. The house is positioned next to a main road, but still a very quiet road, with hardly any traffic. In 3 minutes driving you're in the first small village where there are already the first shops. The greater village Platanias, on max. 10 minuts driving, has a large beach with jet-ski, parasailing, bananaboat, diving,... and lots and lots of nice bars and restaurants. Also we had no problems with the agency of Uniquevillas. They were correct and easy to work with. All by email. In conclusion, we had a great experience, and if we would go back to Crete , we would certainly work with Uniquevillas again; and the house Villa Dioni is definitely to be recommended!!! Just because Crete is so big, we might choose another region and another house next time, and so not choose the same house, only for that reason.

This is a wonderful villa! Having our own pool was very nice. The villa had a good location on top of a hill with nobody else around. Good communication the owner, they were all so helpful. When we arrived, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and the villa was very clean. We had cleaners there twice in the ten days we were there. One day we had some issues with a lock to one of the bedrooms, and got it fixed in no time, he even brought with him some local pastries. He also picked vegetables and fruit from the garden for us to enjoy. Lovely people! I have already recommended the place to friends.

The garden and pool are maintained very well and we spent a lot of hours there swimming, sunbathing and using the outside grill. The view over the sea is stunning and you can watch the sunset from the terrace. The house is very clean and mid-stay the cleaners came and exchanged towels, bedding etc. I would also like to highlight the communication with the hosts. They were always available for any questions and super friendly and helpful.

We were glad to stay in Dioni villa. We liked this experience very much. First of all, the location is very good. There is seeview and valley view, it is situated on top of the hill. I would like to note a modern interior design. Everything is well-thought. Bedrooms are equipped for people of different ages so that it is convenient for families. Outside territory is good for kids as well. The pool is excellent. There are also barbecue zone and sport games zone as well. So that if you don't want to go outside you will have something to do in the villa. Also I need to note hospitality of the owners. They solved problems quickly. For example, they quickly responded and solved WI-FI problem. It was very pleased to come late night and find snacks and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Cleaning service is also very good. We are ready to return next year!!!!

The view from the villa is marvelous, almost unobstructed 180 degrees seaview and every evening a sunset like you have never seen before. The quiet surroundings add to a feeling of total privacy, with very few houses around. Still close to shops and restaurants at the sea , in 5 minutes drive. The villa is wonderful, spacy, modern and clean. We had several days weveven did not feel the need tongo out, just staying st the villa is a pleasure itself. Pool is perfect. We certainly would like to go back again!.

Een fantastisch huis in een prachtige omgeving met zeezicht.

Het huis ligt op een heuvel met zicht op zee. Heel confortabelen erg schoon 3 x per week worden de bedden verschoond en het huis schoongemaakt. Kelly de eigenaresse is erg vriendlijk. Echt een aanrader. Chania is een leuke plaats.

A charming Villa . very functional , roomy , Well equipped and very modern. spotless clean , highly maintained and looks much better than the pictures . very quite area . a professional table tennis in the garden which we used a lot ... Close to the village where we had more than few supermarkets to stock up , great restaurants to dine. great location in terms of visiting nearby cities , locations and shores ( Xania , rethimno and more ) . Kelly was reachable 24x7 ( we used whatsapp ) . we felt like a family guests and she gave us so many helpful tips which really made the difference . We were overwhelmed by the warm hospitality . it felt like home away from home. we are planning our next visit to Crete and there is no doubt that would rent this specific Villa again. Thank you Kelly and Vasilis for contributing so much to the quality and the satisfaction from our vacation !

Kelly and Vasilis met us on arrival and showed the villa, they also gave us some useful tips. Villa looks exactly like on photos. Furniture, tableware and equipment are all new. All linens and towels were changed every 3 days. The villa was very clean. The pool is quite big and clean as well. I have to mention that it is definitely worth to have a car because distance to the nearest beach is approximately 3km. Restaurants and shops are a little bit further. We had everything that could be needed including grill for BBQ, Nespresso, ice, beach towels and so on. There were some toys for kids in the garden including small house. Once we had a problem but Kelly and Vasilis managed it in half an hour. Seaside view from the balcony is amazing. Grass is very dense and looks like a carpet. Absolutely no neighbours near the villa so it is very calm and relaxing during evening. I highly recommend this villa to everybody. I want to thank you, Kelly and Vasilis for the very nice vacation we had.

From the moment that we arrived and saw how beautiful the villa was and from your kindness with the freshly baked cake I believe by your sister cooked this we had a truly outstanding stay. We loved the table tennis; neither Lizzi nor I had played for years. The fruit basket which I arrived midway through our stay was fab and the gifts which you gave us of marmalade and more were so thoughtful. The villa is close to so many lovely regions; Chania, Rethymno, Falasarna beach. The mountainous region makes a great vista as do they lovely sunsets which we watched from the terrace or one of the fine restaurants in Chania. Chania is a fantastic city and we had a lovely meal for our last night at Ela, which has most of its roof missing. Lizzi particularly enjoyed our trip on Captain Nicks snorkel boat, not for the fish but for the very beautiful deckhand called Manos. It was our first trip to Crete and it was perfect and we thought the villa and the team involved in looking after it were the best.

Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit der oberen Kinder/Schlafetage, dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und dem eigenen Bad war sehr toll. Im 2. Badezimmer wären weitere Handtuchhaken wünschenswert! Lediglich in den 2 anderen SZ hatten die Kleidersschränke leider nicht genug Tiefe.

Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits vom Massentourismus, Auto notwendig. Zur Begrüssung waren Milch, Eier, Butter, Brot, Konfi, Honig und sogar ein Kuchen vorhanden, wir wurden auch während unseres Aufenthalts mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und waren immer gut zu erreichen, trotzdem hatten wir volle Privatsphäre. Die Damen vom Putzservice waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We can recommend the villa without hesitation and would come back ourselves.

We booked Villa Dioni for 6 days with 6 people and had a great time and were very satisfied. The villa is in top modern and clean condition and offers enough space inside and outside. We booked Villa Dioni for 6 days with 6 people and had a great time and were very satisfied. The villa is in top modern and clean condition and offers enough space inside and outside. It is equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, washing machine, jukebox, grill station, table tennis, etc.) The terrace offers a wonderful view over the olive groves and the sea and the pool is a great way to cool off. There are only a few other houses around the villa, so that you are practically on your own. The service and the cleanliness of the villa were great. The cleaning staff came in coordination after 2 days cleaned the house and the garden and changed the towels. Another change of towels would have been great, but certainly possible for longer stays.
