Το συγκρότημα Eland Dream Villas αποτελείται από τέσσερις νεόδμητες βίλες σε έκταση δύο στρεμμάτων που έχουν κλίση προς τη θάλασσα και επιτρέπει στις τέσσερις βίλες να έχουν απεριόριστη θέα στην ακτογραμμή. Το Eland Villa Avgi Chania διαθέτει παράθυρα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή που επιτρέπουν στους επισκέπτες μας να έχουν υπέροχη θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Οι βίλες που ολοκληρώθηκαν πρόσφατα κατασκευάστηκαν με υλικά τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Είναι μονωμένα και εξοπλισμένα με αυτόματο κλιματισμό με ελεγχόμενη θερμοκρασία.

Όλες οι βίλες διαθέτουν ευρύχωρες βεράντες με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στο Κρητικό Πέλαγος. Οι βεράντες είναι εξοπλισμένες με άνετους χώρους καθιστικού, ώστε να μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε με τον πρωινό σας καφέ ή το βραδινό σας γεύμα. Κάθε βίλα έχει θέα στη δική της ιδιωτική πισίνα. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στον ξεχωριστό εξωτερικό κήπο και στη βεράντα τους με ξαπλώστρες. Διατίθεται ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις. Το Eland Villas προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για μέγιστη άνεση και απόλαυση κατά τη διαμονή τους. Το Eland Dream Villas διαθέτει εξωτερική ιδιωτική πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου. Δωρεάν δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, δωρεάν Wi-Fi σε όλους τους χώρους και δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις.

Το Eland Villa Avgi Chania είναι 130 τ.μ με ιδιωτική πισίνα.

Η είσοδος βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο που οδηγεί σε ένα άνετο σαλόνι και υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Η θέα από το υπνοδωμάτιο βλέπει πάνω από το ήσυχο γαλάζιο Κρητικό πέλαγος. Μια σκάλα οδηγεί στο ισόγειο όπου βρίσκεται η ενιαία κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Από αυτό το επίπεδο, μπαίνετε στη μεγάλη ιδιωτική αυλή που λούζεται στο χρυσό ηλιακό φως. Τα έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου της αυλής σας προσκαλούν για υπαίθριο φαγητό. Στο ίδιο επίπεδο, υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια με θέα στη θάλασσα και στην πισίνα. Η διακόσμηση είναι μοντέρνα σε στιλ με ελαφριά και ευάερη αίσθηση.

The villa was lovely.

We were greeted by the owners parents who were very helpful explaining details of everything we needed to know. There was also a helpful information folder left on the table. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with lots of sitting areas…
We were greeted by the owners parents who were very helpful explaining details of everything we needed to know. There was also a helpful information folder left on the table. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with lots of sitting areas and storage space for the 5 of us plus a baby. The whole villa was kept very clean, including the pool area. We all loved the pool and really appreciated the cleaner bringing us inflatables and bucket and spade left by other guests for our grandson to play with. We also liked the fact that there were plenty of sunbeds and plenty of space to move all of them from being in full sun to shade when required. We liked the location of the villa as its set back from the main road but within walking distance of a number of restaurants when we wanted to eat out and small supermarkets for provisions.

Our stay was wonderful and as advertised.

We stayed in the lower unit on the right when looking out towards the water. Eleni and her parents were great hosts and we were personally welcomed by Eleni’s mother and father. Such nice people! The place was clean and very roomy. Perfect for 3 couples…

The place was clean and very roomy. Perfect for 3 couples as each room has its own ensuite. Recommend renting a car to be able to explore chania and the mountains. Highly recommended!

Having 3 bedrooms with luxurious ensuite bathrooms was a big advantage. We loved having access to a terrace from the kitchen to eat meals outside. The kids loved the pool for late night swims after dinner. The owners were super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location was a great base for visiting western crete (we visited kastelli, falassarna, elafonissi). Outstanding!!!

Best Villa in Chania!

We were greeted by Roula and her brother at the villa Avgi. Our flight landed in the evening, but that wasn't a problem for them, which was really great. They proceeded to take us through the villa and show us where everything was and her brother…
We were greeted by Roula and her brother at the villa Avgi. Our flight landed in the evening, but that wasn't a problem for them, which was really great. They proceeded to take us through the villa and show us where everything was and her brother was so kind to even show us restaurants that we can order from and how to navigate around the villa to get to the beach etc... The location is ideal. You can walk to the beach, I recommend going to Kalamaki restaurant to spend the day etc.. There are also supermarkets and other restaurants also walking distance from the villa. The villa itself is stunning. The cleanliness is impeccable. Each room is equipped with everything you need from an en-suite bathroom to towels, and extremely comfortable beds to sleep in. There is a pool and many sun beds as well as umbrellas to provide shade. Everyday there would be a lovely woman that would come and take out the trash and just tidy up. It was such a pampering and wonderful experience. I am excited to book with Eland Villas again. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Eland Dream Villas Chania and our stay in the Avgi Villa. If you don't want to read the whole review, let me give you the conclusion up front: book without hesitation! We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing weeklong stay in the Villa. From the beginning, Eleni and her mother were warm and friendly. They communicated clearly via WhatsApp about the arrival and departure procedures and responded promptly to questions. At check-in, Eleni's mother welcomed us, explained everything and even brought us some delicious figs from a fig tree on the property. The modern Villa Avgi with its 3 en-suite bedrooms, two "living spaces" and dining and kitchen was spacious (bigger in reality than the pictures on the website), clean and still had a "new" feel (they were built in 2017). The Villa was well equipped. The kitchen could have had a few more staples like salt, sugar, coffee, but those were easy to buy and we appreciated the welcome wine and ice in the freezer! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was heavenly and well maintained. The pool is 140m, so it was a bit deep for my young kids, but we were prepared so it wasn't a problem. There is no safety fence around the pool if this is of concern for families with babies and toddlers. The outside area is equipped with plenty of sunbeds and large parasols, as well as an outdoor table and barbecue (charcoal provided). A cleaner came every day for a quick fresh up and did a deeper clean/change of sheets and towels mid-stay. Eland Villas is in a quiet, residential location. You can hear the guests in the Villa to the right when they are outdoors, but not the guests in the upper Villas. While it is about a 15-minute walk to the closer restaurants and shops, it is much more convenient to have a rental car if you are staying here. We rented from the Chania airport, but there were also rental agencies in town. We used our car daily to visit the beautiful larger beaches on the Western side of Chania, explore the smaller beaches close to the Villa, visit Chania old town and to eat out at the fantastic restaurants in the area. If you are planning to visit the southern or eastern parts of Crete, plan on a 2-hour one-way drive. All in all, a dream vacation at Eland Dream Villas Chania!
