Il complesso Eland Dream Villas è composto da quattro ville di nuova costruzione situate su due acri che degradano verso il mare e consentono a tutte e quattro le ville di avere viste illimitate sulla costa. Eland Villa Avgi Chania ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che consentono ai nostri ospiti di avere una magnifica vista sul Mar Egeo. Le ville di recente costruzione sono state realizzate con materiali di ultima generazione. Sono coibentate e dotate di climatizzatore automatico a temperatura controllata.

Tutte le ville dispongono di ampie verande con vista senza ostacoli sul mare di Creta. Le verande sono arredate con comodi salottini in modo che possiate rilassarvi con il vostro caffè mattutino o la cena. Ogni villa si affaccia sulla propria piscina privata. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nel loro giardino esterno individuale e nella terrazza completa di lettini. Il parcheggio privato è disponibile in loco. Eland Villas offre ai propri ospiti tutti i comfort necessari per il massimo comfort e divertimento durante il soggiorno. L'Eland Dream Villas vanta una piscina privata all'aperto e un barbecue. TV satellitare a schermo piatto in chiaro, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita in tutta la struttura e parcheggio privato gratuito in loco.

Eland Villa Avgi Chania è di 130 mq con piscina privata.

L'ingresso si trova al primo piano che conduce in un accogliente soggiorno e camera da letto con bagno privato. La vista dalla camera da letto si affaccia sul calmo mare blu di Creta. Una scala conduce al piano terra dove si trovano la cucina a pianta aperta e il soggiorno. Da questo livello si accede all'ampio cortile privato immerso nella luce dorata del sole. I mobili da esterno del cortile vi invitano a mangiare all'aperto. Sullo stesso livello ci sono 2 camere da letto con vista mare e piscina. L'arredamento è in stile moderno con un'atmosfera leggera e ariosa.

The villa was lovely.

We were greeted by the owners parents who were very helpful explaining details of everything we needed to know. There was also a helpful information folder left on the table. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with lots of sitting areas…
We were greeted by the owners parents who were very helpful explaining details of everything we needed to know. There was also a helpful information folder left on the table. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with lots of sitting areas and storage space for the 5 of us plus a baby. The whole villa was kept very clean, including the pool area. We all loved the pool and really appreciated the cleaner bringing us inflatables and bucket and spade left by other guests for our grandson to play with. We also liked the fact that there were plenty of sunbeds and plenty of space to move all of them from being in full sun to shade when required. We liked the location of the villa as its set back from the main road but within walking distance of a number of restaurants when we wanted to eat out and small supermarkets for provisions.

Our stay was wonderful and as advertised.

We stayed in the lower unit on the right when looking out towards the water. Eleni and her parents were great hosts and we were personally welcomed by Eleni’s mother and father. Such nice people! The place was clean and very roomy. Perfect for 3 couples…

The place was clean and very roomy. Perfect for 3 couples as each room has its own ensuite. Recommend renting a car to be able to explore chania and the mountains. Highly recommended!

FABULOUS!!!

We stated in Villa Aiolos for a one-week family vacation and had a wonderful time. The Villa is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and is well equipped. Having 3 bedrooms with luxurious ensuite bathrooms was a big advantage. We loved having access to a terrace from the kitchen to eat meals outside. The kids loved the pool for late night swims after dinner. The owners were super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location was a great base for visiting western crete (we visited kastelli, falassarna, elafonissi). Outstanding!!!

Best Villa in Chania!

We were greeted by Roula and her brother at the villa Avgi. Our flight landed in the evening, but that wasn't a problem for them, which was really great. They proceeded to take us through the villa and show us where everything was and her brother…
We were greeted by Roula and her brother at the villa Avgi. Our flight landed in the evening, but that wasn't a problem for them, which was really great. They proceeded to take us through the villa and show us where everything was and her brother was so kind to even show us restaurants that we can order from and how to navigate around the villa to get to the beach etc... The location is ideal. You can walk to the beach, I recommend going to Kalamaki restaurant to spend the day etc.. There are also supermarkets and other restaurants also walking distance from the villa. The villa itself is stunning. The cleanliness is impeccable. Each room is equipped with everything you need from an en-suite bathroom to towels, and extremely comfortable beds to sleep in. There is a pool and many sun beds as well as umbrellas to provide shade. Everyday there would be a lovely woman that would come and take out the trash and just tidy up. It was such a pampering and wonderful experience. I am excited to book with Eland Villas again. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Eland Dream Villas Chania and our stay in the Avgi Villa. If you don't want to read the whole review, let me give you the conclusion up front: book without hesitation! We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing weeklong stay in the Villa. From the beginning, Eleni and her mother were warm and friendly. They communicated clearly via WhatsApp about the arrival and departure procedures and responded promptly to questions. At check-in, Eleni's mother welcomed us, explained everything and even brought us some delicious figs from a fig tree on the property. The modern Villa Avgi with its 3 en-suite bedrooms, two "living spaces" and dining and kitchen was spacious (bigger in reality than the pictures on the website), clean and still had a "new" feel (they were built in 2017). The Villa was well equipped. The kitchen could have had a few more staples like salt, sugar, coffee, but those were easy to buy and we appreciated the welcome wine and ice in the freezer! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was heavenly and well maintained. The pool is 140m, so it was a bit deep for my young kids, but we were prepared so it wasn't a problem. There is no safety fence around the pool if this is of concern for families with babies and toddlers. The outside area is equipped with plenty of sunbeds and large parasols, as well as an outdoor table and barbecue (charcoal provided). A cleaner came every day for a quick fresh up and did a deeper clean/change of sheets and towels mid-stay. Eland Villas is in a quiet, residential location. You can hear the guests in the Villa to the right when they are outdoors, but not the guests in the upper Villas. While it is about a 15-minute walk to the closer restaurants and shops, it is much more convenient to have a rental car if you are staying here. We rented from the Chania airport, but there were also rental agencies in town. We used our car daily to visit the beautiful larger beaches on the Western side of Chania, explore the smaller beaches close to the Villa, visit Chania old town and to eat out at the fantastic restaurants in the area. If you are planning to visit the southern or eastern parts of Crete, plan on a 2-hour one-way drive. All in all, a dream vacation at Eland Dream Villas Chania!
