Το Fantasia Villa Chania βρίσκεται στον Κάτω Σταλό, μόλις 150μ. μακριά από την πλησιέστερη αμμώδη παραλία και 7χλμ. (4,3 μίλια) δυτικά της ομορφότερης πόλης της Κρήτης, των Χανίων, κοντά στο κοσμοπολίτικο χωριό Πλατανιάς. Περιλαμβάνει δύο νεόδμητες, πέτρινες βίλες, οι οποίες είναι ιδανικές για εκπληκτικές διακοπές, όλο το χρόνο. Οι δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες, οι τράπεζες, τα σούπερ μάρκετ, τα καταστήματα και οι παραλίες είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμες από τις βίλες. Είναι ένα ήσυχο θέρετρο, το οποίο είναι πραγματικά κατάλληλο για φίλους και οικογένειες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν υπέροχες και χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το Fantasia Villa Chania προσφέρει ένα ήσυχο και εκπληκτικό περιβάλλον, με έναν όμορφα διαμορφωμένο κήπο, με όμορφη θέα στο βουνό.

Είναι ένα ιδανικό μέρος για οικογένειες που αναζητούν διακοπές σε παραδοσιακά μέρη με σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα, επιπλωμένα με καλό γούστο. Μπαίνοντας στην κύρια είσοδο υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Θα βρείτε επίσης WC σε αυτό το επίπεδο. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο άνετα μονά κρεβάτια. Ένα μπάνιο εξυπηρετεί αυτά τα υπνοδωμάτια σε αυτό το επίπεδο. Το Fantasia Villa Chania διαθέτει μπαλκόνια με ωραία θέα, κλιματισμό, ιδιωτική πισίνα, κήπο, μπαλκόνια στάθμευσης και βεράντα και απέχει μόλις 150μ. Από την κοντινότερη όμορφη αμμώδη παραλία του Σταλού.

We had a lovely time at the villa

It was very clean and quiet, and in a great location for reaching bars/supermarkets/restaurants, our host was also very helpful and collecting the keys and meeting was easy.

The villa had its very charming flair.

Some restaurants and shopping were right on site. The beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes. By bus or taxi, you were within 15-25 min. In Chania. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa! Thank you for everything!

The villa is one of 2 we were allocated the first, they are immaculately clean and just as good if not better than the pictures. What isn't shown is the villas are now secured by walls and gates which makes it very safe, secure and private. Our villa had a small pool down some steps which was great as it was separate from the terrace and meant our little one couldn't just wander out into the pool. The housekeeper met us at the villa and was very attentive throughout our stay. The owner is also quick to communicate with and will fix any problems immediately. Our washing machine didn't work and it was fixed in a day! The facilities are good with lots of kitchen equipment, some basic food items and Tupperware. WIFI and a smart TV meant we could stream some more English tv there are only a few English channels but that was fine for us. They had left some games, toys and pool inflatables plus a paddling pool for our little boy. Pool towels are provided and clean towels and linens were provided during our stay. They are also brilliantly located near restaurants and shops so many we couldn't try them all! We hired a car and visited many interesting and beautiful places recommended in the guide book in the villa. Crete is a great place to explore. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and Unique Villas the process was simple and the villa was picture perfect. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Huset hade även en annan veranda för frukost/middag. Mitt i veckan städning var ett extra plus. Mysigt, lugnt område. Kort promenad till mysig strand med gratis solstolar om man köpte något ur baren. Vänlig personal i supermarket bara en liten bit från huset. Bra utbud av restauranger. Lätt att åka buss in till Chania.

We have had a very nice week in the house. It is in walking distance from the beach and several restaurants and has a nice little pool. Airconditioning in the bedrooms is very nice. We just had some issues getting the airco in the living room to work, but that was not realy important. All in all a very nice house where we found ourselves comfortable and safe.

Wonderful!

Highly recommended!!!

Great villa!!! We Stayed the whole day at the villa and we had a wonderful time. Both the house and the pool area were very clean! Very close to nightlife area!!! Owners very friendly and discreet! Higly recommended!
