Το Happy Villa Chania είναι μια ιδανική επιλογή για μια ομάδα φίλων, ζευγαριών ή οικογενειών που αναζητούν μια εξελιγμένη ατμόσφαιρα και που αναζητούν την τέλεια βάση για να εξερευνήσουν την περιοχή των Χανίων και τη Δυτική Κρήτη. Βρίσκεται στην είσοδο του χωριού Γαλατάς και έχει πανοραμική θέα στη Μεσόγειο Θάλασσα, τον Αγ. Το νησί Θεοδωρή, η πόλη των Χανίων και τα βουνά «Λεύκα Όρη». Το Happy Villa Chania ανήκει και σχεδιάζεται από δύο αρχιτέκτονες που έχουν δημιουργήσει διακριτικά μια σύγχρονη υπόθεση με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και πρότυπα υψηλής ποιότητας.

Το Happy Villa Chania αποτελείται από ένα ισόγειο, έναν πρώτο όροφο, έναν τελευταίο όροφο και ένα υπόγειο, συνολικού εμβαδού 305μ2. Η βίλα είναι προικισμένη με πολλά μπαλκόνια με το κύριο να έχει θέα στην πισίνα. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα και WC. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνια. Ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Τα άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια έχουν το καθένα δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει το δικό του μπαλκόνι.

Ο τελευταίος όροφος του Happy Villa Chania έχει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και τον Αγ. Το νησί Θεοδώρι, στη βόρεια πλευρά, από τη νότια πλευρά, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το τοπίο των βουνών «Λεύκα Όρη». Υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ένα ντους, ένα WC και ένα καθιστικό που μπορεί επίσης να φιλοξενήσει δύο άτομα με τον διπλό καναπέ -κρεβάτι. Στο υπόγειο της βίλας, υπάρχει ένα καλά εξοπλισμένο γυμναστήριο, ένα μπάνιο, ένα δωμάτιο πλυντηρίου και ένας εσωτερικός χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων δύο χώρων. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης μια μεγάλη πισίνα που διαθέτει επίσης προαιρετική θέρμανση.

The villa is beautiful and just as described.

There were 10 of us ranging from 7 to 70 and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us. The house is incredibly well-designed with loads of interesting features. The host was super helpful and gave quick responses to all our questions…

We had an absolutely amazing time at the happy villa! There were 11 of us in Chania for a group holiday and we all loved our experience at the happy villa. Thew host took care of everything including booking restaurants, ordering taxis, and suggesting private chefs we could hire for the villa. The location was great! Very close to restaurants and shops which was super handy. The pool was also great for morning and afternoon dips, and there were lots of pool toys to use/layout out. The villa felt spacious even with 11 of us, and there was a lot of outdoor space with multiple balconies we could choose from.

The communication was outstanding from the start and they were available for anything we needed. They know the area very well and made outstanding recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing. They even offered to help us book any excursions that interested us. The home is so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Great restaurants and food stores are close by. We travel quite extensively and by far this is the nicest experience he have had.

Felt like a local Cretan

Happy Villa is outstanding!!

The house is even better than the photos! It was child friendly and comfortable for our family of 9. The design was so well thought out with eating/ conversation areas in several locations. The pool was a favorite of all!! Our hosts were incredibly helpful…
The house is even better than the photos! It was child friendly and comfortable for our family of 9. The design was so well thought out with eating/ conversation areas in several locations. The pool was a favorite of all!! Our hosts were incredibly helpful in taking care of our needs with foods, toys and information. A highlight of the week was having their recommendation for a chef prepared meal at the house. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and having a car to travel to Elafonisi Beach to the south for swimming and Kissamou Bay to the west for a private day with a boat on the sea. A bus stop is close by, but we preferred using the car for the downtown Harbor and restaurants and an olive oil tasting.

Beautifully designed, spotless, comfy home.

We wanted somewhere which was easy to live in, relaxing, somewhere we could just chill out and yet the children had what they wanted too. We purposely chose somewhere not to far from the airport and relatively close to a beach with a heated pool. And we picked Happy Villa and indeed it was. The children were never out of the pool! Beds more comfortable than the excellent beds at Premier Inn and this made our stay perfect. The owners made us feel right at home and when asked about where to go etc. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The kitchen was easy to use and with 9 of us the dishwasher was on a few times a day; on the quick wash - no problem. A couple of the days we went exploring to the beach a short walk with beautiful fine sand and shallow water with a restaurant too, enabling us to have food and drink whilst we were there. For a few evenings we took a short taxi ride down to the old harbour, we tried a variety of restaurants which all seemed to be good and very friendly...

What a surprise when we arrived at Happy Villa. The pictures are great on VBRO and very complimentary however, the home is simply lovely, architecturally well designed and clever, and very nicely furnished. Lots of natural light and windows and outside space throughout the house and wonderful views and vistas. The beds and linens are wonderful and even though on 4 levels the home is VERY LIVABLE. We were a party of 6 and we all lived very comfortably for 12 days. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the property owners were gracious and left us a basket of groceries plus other goodies until we could get to the store. The location was very good, walkable to several very good restaurants and a local market, also easy access to major streets or the freeway to get quickly to town or other parts of the Island. We took many day trips. The property owners were extremely helpful in sharing their local knowledge of restaurants, sightseeing and special activities. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at Happy Villa. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your absolutely beautiful property with us.
