Το John A-B Villa Chania διαθέτει φιλικό περιβάλλον και σίγουρα θα απολαύσετε τη φιλοξενία. Η βίλα είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες και όσους θέλουν να ζήσουν υπέροχες αξέχαστες διακοπές. Στην πραγματικότητα, υπάρχουν 2 ανεξάρτητες βίλες σε ένα κτίριο που παρέχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια η κάθε μία. Υπάρχουν 2 ιδιωτικές πισίνες, 2 κήποι και απέχει 5 λεπτά από την αμμώδη παραλία του Σταλού Χανίων.

Κάθε βίλα έχει τον δικό της ιδιωτικό εξωτερικό χώρο. Το John A Villa διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα 45 τμ με ενσωματωμένη παιδική πισίνα και μεγάλο σκεπαστό χώρο όπου υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου, παραδοσιακός πέτρινος φούρνος και σετ κήπου. Το John B Villa διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα 45 τμ με ενσωματωμένη παιδική πισίνα και τζακούζι. Αυτή η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης σκεπαστό χώρο μπάρμπεκιου. Και οι δύο εξωτερικοί χώροι έχουν φανταστική πανοραμική θέα. Όταν έρθει η νύχτα, τα φώτα των Χανίων προσφέρουν μια πιο εκπληκτική θέα.

Το John A Villa αποτελείται από τον δεύτερο και τον τρίτο όροφο. Η κύρια είσοδος οδηγεί στον δεύτερο όροφο και ένα ηλιόλουστο άνετο καθιστικό/τραπεζαρία. Οι σκάλες οδηγούν στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τρία υπνοδωμάτια - ένα διπλό και δύο μονά κρεβάτια - και δύο μπάνια. Ένα από τα μπάνια διαθέτει ιδιωτικό υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν μπαλκόνια με πανοραμική θέα.

Ο πρώτος όροφος είναι ο John B Villa. Αυτή η βίλα αποτελείται από έναν παραδοσιακό χώρο καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνια. Δύο από τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι δίκλινα, αλλά το τρίτο είναι δύο μονά. Αυτό διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και γαλλικές πόρτες που οδηγούν στη βεράντα και την πισίνα. Kohde oli erittäin rauhallinen, ei oikeastaan minkäänlaista liikennettä ja maisemat olivat hienot koska kohde sijaitsi kukkulan laella josta oli suora näkymä Hanian suuntaan. Vuokra-auto on erittäin suositeltava koska lähin kauppakatu on melko kaukana. Autolla ajaa rantakadulle noin 7-8 minuutissa. Tie on päällystetty ja hyvä ajaa. Siivous tapahtui kerran viikon aikana, hyvää jälkeä.

An excellent accommodation with a wonderful view. Equipped with everything you need. George was always available and responsive. To get to the accommodation you need a car, but it's worth it when you see the breathtaking view. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly. We had everything we needed for grilling (besides meat, of course) and we really regret not trying the pizza oven. Each evening we were accompanied by a very cute cat that we would have taken home if we could. It was a Cretan experience from the accommodation to all the adventures the island has to offer. There were 12 of us and everything went perfectly. I would go back again and again!

There are more places to hang out, so even if there is another villa nearby, you can move to the other side of the house after dark. Please take note that you cannot reach the villa without cars. Special mention to the lovely neighbourhood stray cat who made our stay even more pleasent and was significantly fatter when we left

The villa was brilliant and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us.

The pools were incredibly handy with the heat during the day, but also got nice and warm during the day, which made for a lovely evening swim. Bathrooms were OK, the master bedrooms have the nicest ones, but the others were good too. BBQ and Pizza oven…

We did A good research before booking and found this one to be the one for us, and of course we were A bit afraid because we saw only the pictures. But its much better than it looks on the pictures! The cleaner was extraordinarily sweet person and also the owner. I have travelled A lot and crete is the only place i have been for several times, and i still love it, and im going to get there soon again!

Breathtaking views, beautiful pool but some practical amenities lacking

We loved the location of the higher up John A-B villa. The views were breathtaking, the pool and barbecue area were amazing and we really enjoyed the panoramic terraces. We loved the total peace and tranquilty of the villa, away from the tourist masses a short distance below us. Everything was very clean, and supermarkets were a 5 minute drive to buy basics. Also some good tavernas and restaurants were a short drive away. However, some practical amenities in the villa were lacking: the kitchen equipment was very basic, no electric kettle, and we had to boil water for tea and coffee in one saucepan (that we also had to use for boiling eggs.) We did try to fry a couple of eggs in the one frying pan, but they stuck and we gave up. No toaster either. The internet connection here was also very weak; on arrival, it didn't work at all, we contacted the owners and they came and repaired it at the end of the day. It worked for most of our stay but crashed again on the eve of our departure. We recommend for the views, location close to beaches, and Chania, yet peace and tranquilty in the villas. Nonetheless, those wanting to cook meals may find the kitchen equipment inadequate.

This is a beautifully laid out house laid out as two independent flats each with own barbq facilities laid on and own good sized swimming pool but easily used for a combined multi-generation family holiday such as ours. It is surrounded by hills covered in olive and orange groves with many many beautiful wild flowers in the spring when we went. To go beyond walking in the immediate vicinity and certainly to get to the beach you must go by car

Two gorgeous pools and perfect for a big group. We loved the outdoor cooking area and had ample space for 9 of us. Location is gorgeous for having a quiet holiday, as you are on top of the hills, but with a car it works very well being able to travel 10 mins to supermarket and shops and restaurants and also 25 mins to Chania for a lovely town and wonderful harbour views. We had an incredible meal at Pallas on the harbour- I recommend! Thank you to George for being a great host. We travelled for a wedding but got so much more out of our holiday thanks to the great villas.

Ideal villa for big families!

This is the best place for 10 11 people, it offers more than you can wish. You need a car or scooter to drive to restaurants thats all. I m thinking to live there :)

Beautiful house and view

Clean swimming pools. Very quiet area. The house is on top of the hill so you need a car to drive to Stalos where the restaurants and stores are located. The owner very helpful and nice.

2 WEEK TRAINING TRIP, LARGE GROUP OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN

The villas were excellent. We used them for two weeks as a base for a training camp, using the athletics facilities in Chania. John A/B were very well maintained and cleaned regularly. The views are spectacular and its location is near enough to Chania…
The villas were excellent. We used them for two weeks as a base for a training camp, using the athletics facilities in Chania. John A/B were very well maintained and cleaned regularly. The views are spectacular and its location is near enough to Chania to be convenient, but far enough to feel that you are in the countryside, not a town. The drive up is quite a challenge, but you get used to it after a few goes. There were some issues with hot water and heating problems in the lower villa, although the owner fixed them soon. That said, I know that our group is very keen to book again and return next Easter.

We went away as a group of 12 with the age range of 17-24 and can say everyone enjoyed themselves. The villa is about 35 minutes drive from Chania Airport. the last 2km are uphill but lead to brilliant views of Agia Marina. The villa is a great get away…
We went away as a group of 12 with the age range of 17-24 and can say everyone enjoyed themselves. The villa is about 35 minutes drive from Chania Airport. the last 2km are uphill but lead to brilliant views of Agia Marina. The villa is a great get away from town life but near the town where there are supermarkets, bars, clubs and the beach. We hired our own mini van and would say we would of struggled without one. The food is a good price at the local supermarkets and at restaurants. We brought fresh meat from the supermarket and used the BBQ to its full potential. The villa has 2 BBQ's at 2 different levels but easily fed 12 just by using one. A Maid cleans the villa every 3 days, she changed the bedsheets, replaced bath towels and emptied bins , i would ask more bins bags and toilet rolls on her first visit and not enough were provided. Pano Stalos is a quiet beach town but Chania is not far away for the younger generation wanting to see the nightlife. Taxis are cheap and friendly, always willing to show you new areas. Overall I would say it is very good value for money, we all wanted a relaxing break away and that is what the villa offered.

The two extra couches were just as comfortable as the beds. If you're a fan of cigs, definitely come here. The brick over is ideal for cooking frozen pizzas and sometimes chicken. There was also a fantastic complimentary lemon tree, great for chasing your tequila shots. All in all amazing villa and i had a great experience i would recommend this pace to anyone staying on Crete. Juicy crew out.
