Το Princess Villa Chania βρίσκεται στο διάσημο χωριό της Αγίας Μαρίνας με πανοραμική θέα στον κόλπο των Χανίων. Είναι κατασκευασμένο υπό υψηλές προδιαγραφές και κυριαρχείται από την έντονη παρουσία τοπικών στοιχείων και την υπέροχη θέα.

Διαθέτει επίσης τζακούζι, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάρμπεκιου, κλιματισμό, τηλέφωνο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, θυρίδα ασφαλείας, στερεοφωνική μουσική και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Το εσωτερικό χαρακτηρίζεται κυρίως από τους υπαίθριους χώρους του, ώστε να μπορείτε να αισθανθείτε την αίσθηση του καθαρού αέρα που κυριαρχεί παντού. Το εξωτερικό έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Η πισίνα είναι επίσης κατάλληλη για μικρότερες ηλικίες. Σε συνδυασμό με τις υπηρεσίες, η διαμονή σας θα είναι πραγματικά μαγική.

Αποτελείται από 6 υπέροχα και ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και 6 μπάνια. Διαθέτει σύστημα θέρμανσης και ψύξης, συναγερμό, χώρο, άνεση και αθόρυβη λειτουργία. Μπαίνοντας στη βίλα, υπάρχει σαλόνι ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με δορυφορική τηλεόραση και άνετους καναπέδες. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλο τον εξοπλισμό και τις συσκευές που μπορεί να είναι απαραίτητες. Στην ίδια περιοχή, υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για έως 14 άτομα. 4 από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν διπλά κρεβάτια και τα υπόλοιπα 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα.

Βγαίνοντας στη βεράντα θα βρείτε τον τεράστιο κήπο όπου υπάρχει η ιδιωτική πισίνα. Στο ίδιο μέρος του κήπου, υπάρχει ένας σκεπαστός, σκιερός χώρος όπου μπορείτε να καθίσετε και να χαλαρώσετε θαυμάζοντας την υπέροχη θέα. Στον κήπο της βίλας, υπάρχει επίσης χώρος μπάρμπεκιου, καλυμμένος με ξύλινη πέργκολα. Εκτός από το μπάρμπεκιου, σε αυτούς τους χώρους, υπάρχει μια μεγάλη παιδική χαρά με γρασίδι που είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families.

Everyone had their own private space and the common areas were conducive to relaxation or celebration. The team in charge of the house was great both for the reception and for the relations.

Great stay!

We had a great time in the villa! It’s a great location and Maria was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. There are great views and plenty of space for everyone (group of 12) with lots of outdoor space. Agia Marina is only a short walk away…

The photos are very accurate. The rural setting is relaxing and we spent much time laying by the pool. Great beaches are not far away. We warmly recommend this fantastic property for anyone wanting to explore Chania and Western Crete.

The location of the Villa is great, its set in an elevated private plot with great views of the sea and islands. The large grounds and pool area give you sense of privacy and yet it’s a short walk to the lively resort of Agia Marina. The town has great beaches, watersports, supermarkets and countless restaurants to suit any budget. The Villa itself was very well presented with smart décor and modern equipment and the cleaners were very attentive, changing the bedding and towels every three days. For two families it work perfectly with all the kids having their own bedroom. The owners we very welcoming and always available, they even arranged transfers for us to a beautiful beach. We had a great time and would certainly consider going back.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Princess Villa in Chania this July. The facilities in the villa are excellent, it is well equipped and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our group of nine, indoors and outdoors. The villa is within walking distance of Agia Marina, although you will be as happy to spend all your time in the villa. If you have any questions or issues Maria and the team at Unique Villas are great, always on hand to help. We will definitely stay here again.

Abundant space outside for relaxing / playing, a great pool with a diving board, and a spacious well-equipped house and kitchen. Plenty of towels for the beaches, bathrooms loaded with soap and shampoo, and a variety of coffee. The contact with our host was easy, and they were responsive to all of our questions / requests. When we arrived, we found a plethora of goodies that were left for us, a treat after a long day of traveling. We had so much space to spread out and really enjoy the beauty of the location, and the island of Crete.There were a few things that could be improved, such as darker curtains to prevent the morning light, air-conditioners in some rooms didn’t work properly even though the host tried to fix it while we were there, some bedrooms/bathrooms did not have locks, a bath-shower did not have a curtain, and occasionally a strange smell in one of the bathrooms. But we still very much enjoyed our time.

It had a wonderful location close to shops and restaurants and then each! It had a full kitchen, plenty of air conditioning throughout and a beautiful exterior setting with a lovely side yard (grass). I would stay here again! The owner was very helpful…
