Είναι κατασκευασμένο σύμφωνα με τα μέγιστα ποιοτικά πρότυπα και κυριαρχείται από την ισχυρή ύπαρξη τοπικών στοιχείων και υπέροχη θέα.

Κάθε βίλα Skenare είναι εξοπλισμένη με ένα παραδοσιακά χτισμένο μπάρμπεκιου, όπου εσείς και οι φίλοι σας μπορείτε να απολαύσετε αξέχαστες καλοκαιρινές νύχτες δίπλα στην πισίνα. Κάθε βίλα έχει τη δική της πισίνα με φόντο τον κόλπο των Χανίων και το όρος Λεύκα Όρη. Οι βίλες Skenare διαθέτουν ιδιωτική πισίνα 45τ.μ η κάθε μία, με αναπόσπαστη παιδική πισίνα και χώρο με τζακούζι.

Και οι δύο βίλες διαθέτουν σκεπαστό χώρο μπάρμπεκιου. Και οι δύο εξωτερικοί χώροι έχουν υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα. Όταν έρθει η νύχτα τα φώτα των Χανίων προσφέρουν μια φανταστική θέα. Οι βίλες αποτελούνται από έναν παραδοσιακό χώρο καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνια. Δύο από τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι με μεγάλα διπλά κρεβάτια, ενώ το τρίτο είναι με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Stunning view, very good villa!

The villa's location was stunning with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Having the BBQs were great too and the beds comfy.

A lovely villa with a great view of the coast.

All the necessities are there but the villa is ideally suited for 12 people (the sofas are not convertible). We spent a dream week, the place is very pleasant. Thanks to the host for his welcome and his availability. Thanks also to the cleaning ladies…

Entspannung pur

Wir haben im Juli/August 2019 mit 3 Kindern 11 Tage in der Villa Skinari „Thomas“ verbracht. Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter purer Urlaub... und dies für alle, Kinder und Erwachsene. Ca. 10 min über eine schmale Straße von Stalos entfernt…
Wir haben im Juli/August 2019 mit 3 Kindern 11 Tage in der Villa Skinari „Thomas“ verbracht. Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter purer Urlaub... und dies für alle, Kinder und Erwachsene. Ca. 10 min über eine schmale Straße von Stalos entfernt liegt Villa Skinari mit 7 Häusern am Hang mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick aufs Meer und nach Chania. Wir fanden die Villa Thomas für uns am besten geeignet. Sehr sehr sauberer Pool, den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Anwesen, aber immer mit Möglichkeiten Schatten zu finden. Das Haus war mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern mit Dusche und einer Gästetoilette mit Waschmaschine perfekt auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt. In der Küche war alles Zweckmäßige vorhanden. Der große Wohn-Essraum war ebenso klimatisiert wie die Schlafzimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in guter Entfernung zu erreichen (Synca/Lidl). Wir haben in diversen Lokalen hervorragend zu Abend gegessen oder auch mal Take Away gemacht, aber auch in der Villa gekocht und gemütlich die Abende verbracht. WiFi funktionierte gut, etwas langsamer, aber für 5 Handys ganz gut. Wir können die Betreuung nur loben, Anfahrtsbeschreibung von Heraklion und Betreuung vor Ort. Rundum ist der Anbieter und seine Villa Skinari uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Nice villa and location

Love the stay in the villa a beautiful villa and location! Will definately come back. Only issue was that it's stated the villa has heated pool but it was not heated, if the pool was heated it would be perfect! Never the less will definately come back…

Greek Heaven

We started our stay auspiciously by getting lost on the way - the owner graciously came to get us, after a gas station attendant came told him where we were. That set the tone for our whole stay... The place is incredible! The views are spectacular and the place is amazing, the downside being you don't want to leave to go explore! The bedrooms are a nice size and there are two and a half baths. The owner, George, provides sheets, towels, and soap - you need to bring everything else. There are two giant grocery stores about 3.5KM away, and plenty of little stores in between. There is an amazing grill pit at the outside of the house, so you definitely want to take advantage a couple of nights. The kitchen is sparsly equipped, but has the necessities. We had to call George to come fix the hot water tap, and he was here in minutes to check it out and made sure it got fixed. He also provides maid service every three days. The bed are typically european, matttresses a little harder than you expect if you're American, but I have a bad back and slept like a baby... You definitely need a car to get here, it's up in the hills. A bit of a hike to the Village, but doable - in a car, about 5 mins. to town. Our stay here has been truly wonderful, and we hope to come back some day. Ask George for recommendations of places to east in Chania, he won't steer you wrong - so far his recommendation, Palazzo, has been the best place we've eaten. Love this little piece of heaven, and are sorry to leave! Review from Homeaway
