Είναι ένα χτισμένο οικόπεδο με διαμορφωμένους κήπους και ένα καταπράσινο άλσος με αιωνόβια δέντρα και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Είναι το ιδανικό τοπίο για να απολαύσετε ξέγνοιαστες στιγμές κάτω από τον ήλιο, να ανανεωθείτε με ένα μπάνιο και να ατενίσετε τη θάλασσα και το τοπίο βοηθώντας σας να ξεχάσετε τις καθημερινές ρουτίνες και να γευτείτε το ελληνικό καλοκαίρι.

Συνδυάζεται με το τοπίο Το Mari Villa Chania είναι ένα κτήριο δύο επιπέδων με μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και άνετους χώρους. Το μεταβατικό εξάρτημα αποτελεί ένα αρμονικό πέρασμα από εσωτερικούς χώρους σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Απογυμνωμένο από κάθε περιττή διακόσμηση το ισόγειο της βίλας διαθέτει ευρύχωρη τραπεζαρία, σαλόνι με τζάκι και μεγάλο γραφείο, όλα σε έναν συνεχή χώρο. Πολλά παράθυρα αφήνουν τον ήλιο μέσα προσφέροντας απεριόριστη θέα.

Υπάρχει επίσης μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα στις αποχρώσεις του κόκκινου, με ενσωματωμένες συσκευές και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, ένα κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με εντοιχισμένα ντουλάπια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ένα δωμάτιο πλυντηρίων και ένα μικρό W.C. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια με τα δικά τους ξεχωριστά μαρμάρινα μπάνια και εντοιχιζόμενα ντουλάπια. Εκπλαγείτε από το στρογγυλό κρεβάτι και τις μεγάλες ντουλάπες. Διαθέτει επίσης εξωτερική τραπεζαρία, μπάρμπεκιου και ξυλόφουρνο για να απολαύσετε τις μοναδικές κρητικές γεύσεις χαζεύοντας το απέραντο γαλάζιο και τα γραφικά Χανιά.

This property and it’s gardens are truly stunning! It is in a wonderful location overlooking the town of Chania which is very easy to get to by car. The villa is kept in pristine condition and there is a maid service every other day, which is something we have never had before (and was very welcome)! The kitchen is very well equipped and the variety of outside seating areas was wonderful. The hosts are very nice, helpful and always contactable. We would highly recommend this villa - you will not be disappointed!

The cleanliness of the villa was exemplary and the obliging service of Stratos and Diana were everything we could have expected. We cannot rate this holiday villa too highly and will return in the future.

This property was truly amazing. It was very well equipped, had lots of seating areas (both inside and out), was immaculately clean and taste fully decorated. It was cleaned every alternate day and fresh towels, bedding and toiletries provided. The owner greeted us on arrival and explained everything and provided ideas on eating out etc. The people were very friendly and helpful. The outside area was large and the gardens and pool beautiful and it had mountain, sea and country views. There was a bus stop at the end of the road that took you into Chania and also at the end of the road a grocers , bakers and clothing shop. We were provided with a welcome pack of home made produce, juice, water and eggs. Exceptional stay.

Peaceful Paradise

I recommand this villa
