Η Miracle Villa Chania εκτείνεται σε 440m² και χτίστηκε με τα πιο σύγχρονα, ποιοτικά υλικά, της αγοράς. Τόσο τα εσωτερικά όσο και τα εξωτερικά έπιπλα της κατοικίας, είναι όλα επιλεγμένα στο χέρι από καθιερωμένες και διάσημες μάρκες ποιότητας. Η κατοικία επεκτείνεται σε δύο συνδετικές κατασκευές τριών επιπέδων. Το έδαφος έχει απότομη κλίση, επομένως δύο από αυτά τα επίπεδα έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση στους κήπους, την πισίνα και το στεγασμένο χώρο μπάρμπεκιου.

Αυτό είναι στην πραγματικότητα το κέντρο της βίλας. Το υπέροχο σαλόνι 50m² στο εξωτερικό του σπιτιού σας καλωσορίζει, μέσα από τα μεγάλα παράθυρά του, σε φαρδιές βεράντες με εκπληκτική θέα σε όλο το κτήμα μέχρι τον κόλπο της Καλαθά. Σχεδιασμένο με ξύλινα δάπεδα, ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση και κεντρικό κλιματισμό, εξοπλισμένο με τρεις καναπέδες, χωρητικότητας 12 ατόμων, τηλεόραση LCD 50", αυτό το σαλόνι θα γίνει το αγαπημένο σας σημείο συγκέντρωσης με την οικογένεια και τους φίλους σας. Φυσικά, δεν μπορείτε να αγνοήσετε το κομψό μοντέρνο τζάκι.

Η κεντρική τραπεζαρία μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 8 άτομα σε χώρο 30μ², με θέα στο σαλόνι. Η πολυτέλεια εδώ είναι προφανής σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το τραπέζι από μασίφ ξύλο, οι δερμάτινες καρέκλες, το κρεμαστό φως του σχεδιαστή και οι πρωτότυποι αξιόλογοι πίνακες είναι μερικά από τα χαρακτηριστικά και τα μοναδικά αντικείμενα που διακοσμούν την τραπεζαρία. Η Miracle Villa Chania διαθέτει κουζίνα 45μ², είναι σύγχρονη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και όλες οι συσκευές είναι ανοξείδωτες επώνυμων οίκων. Προσφέρει επίσης χώρο τραπεζαρίας έως 6 ατόμων, ιδανικό για τα οικογενειακά σας γεύματα. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, η βίλα περιλαμβάνει επίσης ένα μαρμάρινο μπάνιο επισκεπτών 4μ², εξοπλισμένο με σύγχρονες συσκευές υγιεινής και αξεσουάρ.

Αν το σαλόνι είναι η καρδιά της βίλας, αυτή είναι η προσωπικότητά της, συγκεντρωμένη σε ένα πολυτελές υπνοδωμάτιο που αποτελείται από τρεις ανεξάρτητους χώρους. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα 35μ² περιλαμβάνει ένα εξαιρετικά κομψό μαρμάρινο μπάνιο 6μ² και μια σοφίτα 16μ². Επιπλέον, η ευρύχωρη βεράντα γύρω από τον όροφο έχει ένα άνετο εξωτερικό καθιστικό, ώστε να μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την εκπληκτική θέα στους κήπους και στον κόλπο πέρα.

Σε αυτά τα δύο επίπεδα βρίσκονται οι χώροι διαμονής: έξι κομψά υπνοδωμάτια, τέσσερα πολυτελή μπάνια και δύο άνετα καθιστικά. Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση είτε στην πισίνα είτε στον κήπο με το μπάρμπεκιου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, σε αυτά τα επίπεδα, η βίλα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια 25m² με διπλό κρεβάτι, κομοδίνα, αποσκευές, καναπέ, εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες, ξύλινα πατώματα, θέρμανση και A/C. Το ένα προσφέρει θέα στον κήπο και το άλλο θέα στην πισίνα. Καθένα από αυτά τα δωμάτια διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μαρμάρινο μπάνιο 5μ², με μπανιέρα, υπερσύγχρονες συσκευές υγιεινής και αξεσουάρ.

Δύο υπνοδωμάτια 30μ² με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, κομοδίνα, τραπέζια αποσκευών, ξύλινα πατώματα, θέρμανση και A/C. Το ένα προσφέρει θέα στον κήπο και το άλλο θέα στην πισίνα. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες 18μ² με ημίδιπλα κρεβάτια, κομοδίνα, αποσκευές, ξύλινα πατώματα, θέρμανση και A/C. Το ένα έχει θέα στον κήπο και το άλλο θέα στην πισίνα. Τα άλλα υπνοδωμάτια φιλοξενούνται από δύο κοινόχρηστα μαρμάρινα μπάνια 4μ², με ντους, ποιοτικές συσκευές υγιεινής και αξεσουάρ. Αυτά τα επίπεδα περιλαμβάνουν τελικά δύο άνετα καθιστικά 25μ², επιπλωμένα με 2 διπλούς καναπέδες το καθένα, τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών, βιβλιοθήκη και ένα αρχιτεκτονικό μάθημα anglaise.

Το Miracle Villa Chania απέχει 1km από την παραλία του Καλαθά, 10km από τα Χανιά, 6km από το αεροδρόμιο Δασκαλογιάννη, 13km από το λιμάνι της Σούδας και 3km από τα Κουνουπιδιανά αν ψάχνετε για φαρμακεία, ιατρείο, ATM, εστιατόρια, super markets, βενζινάδικα, καφετέριες κ.λπ.

The owner is lovely and very responsive and accommodating. My bed was so comfortable that I would say that is one of the best sleeps I have ever had. The location is great with restaurants and cafes near the villa. We were greeted and shown all of the details of the villa immediately. The hosts were very communicative and flexible in helping us with any needs we had. They arranged a pick up for us at the airport and helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. A platter full of fresh fruits waited for us at the table when we arrived! All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to stay there again!
