Αν έχετε ονειρευτεί ποτέ διακοπές βίλας σε μια ευτυχισμένη απομόνωση όπου μπορείτε να χάσετε κάθε αίσθηση του χρόνου, τότε η βίλα Passion στην Κρήτη θα αποδειχθεί ιδανική, απολαμβάνοντας μία από τις πιο αξιοζήλευτες θέσεις που πιθανότατα θα βρείτε ποτέ στην Κρήτη.

Σκαρφαλωμένο στην κορυφή ενός λόφου και στην άκρη της θάλασσας, η θέα είναι εκπληκτική και το πεντακάθαρο εσωτερικό του ταιριάζει με την υπέροχη τοποθεσία του. Το Passion Villa Chania έχει δύο ορόφους, καθένα με τη δική του ιδιωτική είσοδο σε διαμέρισμα τριών υπνοδωματίων. Για όλες τις προθέσεις και σκοπούς, οι δύο μονάδες είναι εντελώς ξεχωριστές και ιδιωτικές και κατά τη γνώμη μας, είναι επίσης ιδανικά για μια μεγαλύτερη ομάδα που μπορεί να επιθυμεί να νοικιάσει ολόκληρο το ακίνητο αποκλειστικά.

Η πισίνα βρίσκεται στους βράχους από τη μία πλευρά και είναι προσβάσιμη από ένα κοινό μονοπάτι από το σπίτι. Είτε χαλαρώνετε στις βεράντες γύρω από την πισίνα είτε χαλαρώνετε στα ευρύχωρα ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια, η θέα είναι υπέροχη και τη σιωπή σπάνε μόνο τα κύματα κατά της βραχώδους ακτογραμμής παρακάτω. Το επίπεδο των εσωτερικών χώρων είναι υψηλό, κάθε διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από δύο μπάνια, ένα με ντους και ένα με μπανιέρα, τρία υπνοδωμάτια καλής διαστάσεων, δύο διπλά και ένα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ορισμένα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν μπαλκόνι, ευρύχωρο καθιστικό/τραπεζαρία με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα σε ένα τμήμα έξω από το καθιστικό.

Το καθιστικό με τζάκι είναι επιπλωμένο με γούστο με άνετους καναπέδες και καρέκλες, ένα μεγάλο παράθυρο με δύο πόρτες οδηγεί σε ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα που θα σας κόψει την ανάσα. Κάθε διαμέρισμα προσφέρει επιπλέον άνεση σε πλυντήριο πιάτων, ενώ στο μεγαλύτερο από τα δύο μπάνια παρέχεται πλυντήριο ρούχων. Με ένα συνεχές αεράκι για το οποίο η Κρήτη είναι γνωστή, το Passion Villa Chania δεν νιώθει ποτέ βουλωμένο και ωστόσο παρέχεται κλιματισμός σε κάθε δωμάτιο.

Great location, a sparkly clean villa, and is fully equipped. Stunning views over the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

The other side had a spectacular view of the mountains. The house is divided into two apartments. First floor has to be accessed from the front of the house which was a little inconvenient, but not too bad. The house and pool area was clean and pretty. There are mosquito nets on all the windows and door which was super nice. The pool was really big and had a kiddie pool in it also. You will need to rent a car, because the house is too far from everything to walk. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Can recommend this house to families that just want a nice private setting for their holiday.

Here, the host provides valuable tips. Due to the direct location by the sea, there is usually a steep breeze. In between, however, there is always peace of mind, which lets you enjoy the rays of sunshine, especially in early April!

We had a great time in Passion Villa Chania. Everything was excellent. The view is fantastic, the house is wonderfully furnished and equipped, the swimming pool and terrace are great and the house is very well located, close from Chania and from very nice walks (katholiko monastery, gorge Avlaki) and places of interest (Agia Triada, beautiful beaches such as Amundi beach and even Balos and Gramfousa, not so far). Finally but very importantly, the owners of the villa, Penelope and her husband are very friendly and helpful people. We are looking forward coming back in Crete. Thank you for these very good holydays !

George is a great host and the location is superb, right on the edge of a rocky slope straight down to the sea, giving an interrupted view of the sea on the sunset side. The facilities are perfect and there are many supermarkets in driving distance. There is a nice secluded beach nearby in Stavros (where Zorba the Greek was filmed) and the old town of Chania is a 25 minute drive away. Chania airport is only 20 minutes away, which is very convenient

The area around the house is nice and some small beaches in walking distance, you’ll need a car if you wanna explore the area further.

Spectacular Villa by the water.

Villa Passion was spectacular. We knew what to expect on the outside (the pictures do not do it justice) but the inside was much nicer than we expected. We were 3 families with a total of 12 people. The young adults (or children) took over the upstairs apartment and the parents stayed in the downstairs apartment. Everything was perfect. Penelope's father, George, greeted us when we arrived and he was a pleasure. He took us to a local grocery store so that we can stock up on groceries. The fridge was already stocked with water and local fruit (watermelon and melons were delicious). George and Penelope were always available and helped us with places to visit and directions. Cannot say enough good things about this villa. The views are amazing. The boys took a hike down the rocks and found a natural salt water pool. The sunsets were spectacular. The private pool was perfect. The villa and grounds were immaculate. There was more than enough room for everyone and the beds were super comfy. The villa was so spectacular when we arrived that we almost didn't want to leave to explore the area. A car is a must. There are beautiful beaches in close proximity but you might want to take a drive to Elafonissi Beach or a boat ride to Balos Beach (well worth it) Chania is about a 20 minute drive from the Villa and the limani (Old Chania Town) is about a half hour. The villa was a haven after a day of exploring. We stayed 7 days and we were all extremely sad to leave. I want to thank the owners for providing us with a most memorable vacation. We hope that we can visit again very soon.

The only way to describe Villa Penelope is perfection. The pictures online do not do it justice- which is very hard to believe. It truly is more remarkable in person. I travelled to Villa Penelope with my husband, his family, and my family. A total of 12 people! There was more than enough space for everyone, and we had dinner on the terrace every night together. Having our own private pool made it difficult for us to ever leave the villa- most days we sound it hard to justify leaving our gorgeous, cliff side oasis.

Villa Passion was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. It’s a little way out of town, but that’s exactly why we picked it. George and his staff were attentive and communication was quick and effortless. The villa itself was well appointed and the bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The real highlight of the villa is the pool and outdoor area. We spent 90% of or time here and were not let down. As I mentioned, It is a little bit out of town... so make sure you rent a form of transportation if you plan on traveling the island. George also offered to set this up for us.
