Se hai mai sognato una vacanza in villa in un beato isolamento dove puoi perdere ogni senso del tempo, allora villa Passion a Creta si rivelerà l'ideale, godendo di una delle posizioni più invidiabili che tu possa mai trovare a Creta.

Arroccato su una collina e sul bordo del mare, i panorami sono stupendi e il suo interno immacolato si abbina alla sua magnifica posizione. Passion Villa Chania ha due piani, ognuno con il proprio ingresso privato in un appartamento con tre camere da letto. A tutti gli effetti, le due unità sono completamente separate e private e, a nostro avviso, è ideale anche per un gruppo più numeroso che desidera affittare l'intera proprietà in esclusiva.

La piscina è situata nella roccia a lato e vi si accede da un percorso comune dalla casa. Che tu stia oziando sulle terrazze intorno alla piscina o rilassandoti sugli ampi balconi privati, i panorami sono favolosi e il silenzio è rotto solo dalle onde contro la costa rocciosa sottostante. Lo standard degli interni è elevato, ogni appartamento è composto da due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca, tre camere da letto di buone dimensioni, due matrimoniali e una doppia, alcune camere hanno il balcone, un ampio soggiorno/pranzo con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato cucina in una sezione fuori dall'area salotto.

Il soggiorno con camino è arredato con gusto con comodi divani e sedie, un'ampia vetrata con due porte conduce ad un enorme balcone con vista che toglie il fiato. Ogni appartamento ha la comodità in più di una lavastoviglie, e una lavatrice è fornita nel più grande dei due bagni. Con una brezza costante per la quale Creta è famosa, Passion Villa Chania non si sente mai soffocante e tuttavia l'aria condizionata è fornita in ogni stanza.

The house really exceeded our expectations – it's beautiful, well equipped and has a wonderful atmosphere. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Incredible location with amazing views and really good pool area. A highlight was the pizza oven, which we really enjoyed using!It's important to have a rental car, as the location is a little secluded, but it was definitely worth it. By car, it only takes a short while to reach small charming beaches, local restaurants, cozy villages, nice hiking trails and opportunities for wine tasting. The airport is about 20 minutes away, and it's about 25 minutes to the highway exit.

The Villa is a spectacular property, with 270 degree commanding views of the Mediterranean Sea, looking north from east to west. The pool, terrace arrangement on the ground floor is perfect for entertaining. It easily accommodated our party of 12 staying at the villa, and a group of 16 for a couple dinners. There are 20+ chaise lounges of varying types, and shade umbrellas surrounding the pool, a large dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 16, and a wonderful wood burning grille and pizza oven in a structure east of the house.The house/property was immaculate inside and out. The decor is subtle with beautifully understated white, beach blues and beige/greys. The linens were as good as they get--Italian luxury--as were the beds and pillows. The room sizes are perfect, some with balconies. The 4 bathrooms, two on each level, are spacious and well appointed.The kitchens are well-equipped with settings for 30+ guests, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space on each floor, coffee makers, cappuccino maker and all necessary cookery.I doubt anyone can find a better place, particularly for the price. The property is at the "end of the end" of the road, truly secluded once you are in the property. While in the villa and at the terrace and pool area, one is not at all affected by an adjacent property to the south.The owner and property manager are friendly, accommodating, caring of their property, perfectionists and professional. WE LOVED THIS PLACE.TRULY A FIND!!!

Their communication with us was faultless and they connected us with a wonderful man named Christos who helped us arrange activities and a chef during our stay. We would most certainly return!

The pool is so lovely, we spent plenty of time out there relaxing and taking it all in. Location is perfect, about 20 min from the airport and 30 from Chania. Plenty of lovely beaches close to the house. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you’d need! We cooked many meals and had everything we needed. Giorgos is a wonderful host, don’t hesitate to book this place!!!

We appreciated the cleaners that came in for the villa and the pool. The guide provided was very helpful with deciding where to go for meals and what to do. I would say that you need cars to stay here, I did not notice any public transport in this area.

We had a great time in this Villa Chania. Everything was excellent. The view is fantastic, the house is wonderfully furnished and equipped, the swimming pool and terrace are great and the house is very well located, close from Chania and from very nice walks (katholiko monastery, gorge Avlaki) and places of interest (Agia Triada, beautiful beaches such as Amundi beach and even Balos and Gramfousa, not so far). Finally but very importantly, the owners of the villa, Penelope and her husband are very friendly and helpful people. We are looking forward coming back in Crete. Thank you for these very good holydays !

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The villa was exceptionally clean and cleaned twice during our week long stay. We loved the pool area, outside seating and the amazing views. The villa is split into two three bedroom apartments and this worked well for our party of 11. There was everything we needed and our host was very responsive when we had any questions. You do need a car as there is very little within walking distance but we found some lovely restaurants a short drive away. Overall we all loved our stay and would stay again!

It’s a little way out of town, but that’s exactly why we picked it. George and his staff were attentive and communication was quick and effortless. The villa itself was well appointed and the bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The real highlight of the villa is the pool and outdoor area. We spent 90% of or time here and were not let down. As I mentioned, It is a little bit out of town... so make sure you rent a form of transportation if you plan on traveling the island. George also offered to set this up for us.

The whole family really enjoyed their stay here and we loved watching the sunsets from the decking every evening. The fruit platter and beer & wine in the fridge on arrival was such a lovely touch too!I would recommend lunch at the Almiriki on Stavros…
The whole family really enjoyed their stay here and we loved watching the sunsets from the decking every evening. The fruit platter and beer & wine in the fridge on arrival was such a lovely touch too!I would recommend lunch at the Almiriki on Stavros beach and take aways at Erini restaurant. The outside dining area was so lovely with spectacular views, that we used the BBQ most evenings. Giorgos was a great host and even assisted with booking a taxi and was always prompt to respond to any questions. You will not be disappointed if you book this villa.The villa was one of the view properties I have booked which has surpassed my expectations. It really was beautiful. We will definitely be back one day!

George thought of every detail to make staying at the villa an amazing time. The pictures don't lie, the views are spectacular, and the villa itself was equipped with everything my group of 7 needed. We were welcomed with a large spread of fruit upon arrival, and even some snacks and drinks in the fridge. It truly felt like paradise even in some colder weather at the beginning of May. George's communication was excellent both before and during the trip. He provided great local recommendations (our favorite restaurants!) and answered any question we had. His suggestions sent ahead of time helped plan all of our adventures. The location was exactly what we needed, close enough to Chania with our rental car, but also walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Stavros. It was also really convenient how close it was to the airport. I would recommend this villa to everyone staying in Crete!

The host gives valuable tips here. Due to the direct position on the sea, there is usually a stiff wind blowing. In between, however, there is always peace of mind, which lets you enjoy the rays of sunshine especially in early April!

The Villa was spectacular. We knew what to expect on the outside (the pictures do not do it justice) but the inside was much nicer than we expected. We were 3 families with a total of 12 people. The young adults (or children) took over the upstairs apartment and the parents stayed in the downstairs apartment. Everything was perfect. George, greeted us when we arrived and he was a pleasure. He took us to a local grocery store so that we can stock up on groceries. The fridge was already stocked with water and local fruit (watermelon and melons were delicious). George and Penelope were always available and helped us with places to visit and directions. Cannot say enough good things about this villa. The views are amazing. The boys took a hike down the rocks and found a natural salt water pool. The sunsets were spectacular. The private pool was perfect. The villa and grounds were immaculate. There was more than enough room for everyone and the beds were super comfy. The villa was so spectacular when we arrived that we almost didn't want to leave to explore the area. A car is a must. There are beautiful beaches in close proximity but you might want to take a drive to Elafonissi Beach or a boat ride to Balos Beach (well worth it) Chania is about a 20 minute drive from the Villa and the limani (Old Chania Town) is about a half hour. The villa was a haven after a day of exploring. We stayed 7 days and we were all extremely sad to leave. I want to thank the owners for providing us with a most memorable vacation. We hope that we can visit again very soon.

The only way to describe the villa is perfection. The pictures online do not do it justice- which is very hard to believe. It truly is more remarkable in person. I travelled to the villa with my husband, his family, and my family. A total of 12 people! There was more than enough space for everyone, and we had dinner on the terrace every night together. Having our own private pool made it difficult for us to ever leave the villa- most days we sound it hard to justify leaving our gorgeous, cliff side oasis.

First floor has to be accessed from the front of the house which was a little inconvenient, but not too bad. The house and pool area was clean and pretty. There are mosquito nets on all the windows and door which was super nice. The pool was really big and had a kiddie pool in it also. You will need to rent a car, because the house is too far from everything to walk. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Can recommend this house to families that just want a nice private setting for their holiday.

George is a great host and the location is superb, right on the edge of a rocky slope straight down to the sea, giving an interrupted view of the sea on the sunset side. The facilities are perfect and there are many supermarkets in driving distance. There is a nice secluded beach nearby in Stavros (where Zorba the Greek was filmed) and the old town of Chania is a 25 minute drive away. Chania airport is only 20 minutes away, which is very convenient
