Το Petronila Villa Chania απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ. από το κέντρο της Κίσσαμου, 5 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Κισσάμου και 46 χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο των Χανίων. 800μ μακριά από τη βίλα υπάρχουν επίσης φαρμακείο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το Petronila Villa Chania είναι μια διώροφη κατασκευή, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο περιβάλλον που περιβάλλεται από ελιές.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων και πλυντήριο πιάτων, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μια τουαλέτα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένας ειδικά σχεδιασμένος χώρος εργασίας με πλήρη εξοπλισμό γραφείου με wi-fi και εκτυπωτή. Στο σαλόνι, υπάρχει επιδαπέδια συντήρηση κρασιού όπου θα έχετε στη διάθεσή σας 15 δωρεάν ετικέτες κρασιού. Στο ισόγειο του σπιτιού, υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια, μια άνετη τουαλέτα και ένα άλλο WC στο 3ο υπνοδωμάτιο.

Στον 1ο όροφο του σπιτιού, υπάρχουν 2 βεράντες όπου η μεγαλύτερη είναι μια τραπεζαρία όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας, με απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Στον υπέροχα διαμορφωμένο κήπο της βίλας, υπάρχει πισίνα 35μ² με εξωτερικό ντους και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένας παραδοσιακός ξυλόφουρνος. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης 3 τηλεοράσεις επίπεδης οθόνης, εκ των οποίων η μία είναι έξυπνη τηλεόραση με δορυφόρο, 50 ιντσών. Τα δωμάτια της βίλας είναι κλιματιζόμενα, με wi-fi, καθώς και δύο τζάκια που μπορούν να χωρέσουν. Όλα τα στρώματα είναι ορθοπεδικά και υποαλλεργικά, καθώς και επιλογή μαξιλαριού. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτική πισίνα που μπορεί να θερμανθεί κατόπιν αιτήματος. Δίπλα στη βίλα, υπάρχει ένας βιολογικός κήπος, όπου μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε και να συλλέξετε πολλά είδη φρέσκων λαχανικών. Το Petronila Villa Chania απέχει μόλις 1χλμ. Από την πλησιέστερη παραλία.

Una settimana perfetta! La villa è super, molto comoda anche al massimo della capienza, ha tutto quello che si può desiderare come camere comode, cucina moderna, due terrazzi panoramici, piscina grande ed a temperatura ideale, giardino accogliente…
Una settimana perfetta! La villa è super, molto comoda anche al massimo della capienza, ha tutto quello che si può desiderare come camere comode, cucina moderna, due terrazzi panoramici, piscina grande ed a temperatura ideale, giardino accogliente e pulito con una dependance grande e attrezzata di ogni cosa per mangiare ed abbuffarsi in compagnia ed apprezzare l’atmosfera di un godibilissimo giardino e bordo piscina. La distanza dichiarata dal mare e dal paese non deve assolutamente spaventare, si tratta di due minuti in auto e 10 min a piedi. Sarete immersi nel verde e circondati da ulivi ma a pochi passi dai servizi di ogni genere (ristoranti, bar, supermercati, farmacia, lungomare). Una speciale menzione al padrone di casa Kostas, un vero e proprio gentiluomo, attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti e disponibile ad ogni ora. Al nostro arrivo ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di prodotti locali ed ha accompagnato la nostra partenza con un omaggio culinario preparato dalla sua famiglia; è sempre stato prodigo di consigli e direi che non ha mai sbagliato.

It was everything we wanted and more. We had a wonderful 2 week. The location was stunning, set in the Olive groves with stunning views to the sea and across the mountains, perfectly quiet and perfect for a short walk into town for dinner or drinks. The kids loved the pool and the owner Kostas and his family couldn’t have been more friendly. His regular vegetable deliveries were amazing as were the stocked fridge and bottles of wine when we arrived. The villa was very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. I can’t recommend it enough. One small note we had was that it might be nice to have plastic cups for around the pool as we were wary with the glass but this was a very minor issue. As I’ve said. We loved it and I think Kostas might be the most accommodating host we’ve ever met. I’ll make sure I leave a review too.

The location was stunning, set in the Olive groves with lovely views to the sea and across the mountains, perfectly quiet and perfect for a short walk into town for dinner or drinks. The kids loved the pool and the owner and his family couldn’t have been more friendly. His regular vegetable deliveries were amazing as were the stocked fridge and bottles of wine when we arrived. The villa was very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. I can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful house, very nice owner

We have spent 1 amazing week at Petronila. The house looks actually better then the pictures. The owner was very nice and helpful, when we had arrived we have found many fresh fruits and vegetables as well as bottles of wine, water and beer, greek yogurt…
We have spent 1 amazing week at Petronila. The house looks actually better then the pictures. The owner was very nice and helpful, when we had arrived we have found many fresh fruits and vegetables as well as bottles of wine, water and beer, greek yogurt. The villa it's situated in a calm and peaceful area of the island, you can sit at the pool all day long reading a book. The villa was very clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend renting this house.

Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very welcoming , informative and generous they had fruits and vegetables from the garden for us constantly. The house inside and out was clean and inviting. Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful backdrop for us to make everlasting memories.

We were stunned by the position in the middle of olive trees, and by the beauty of the house and swimmingpool. We've been welcomed by the very kind owners that were always available in the following days to fullfil our requests of suggestions and information about the island. The place is quiet, clean, everything works and it is close to the little village and to markets, stores, restaurants. A lot of gorgeous beaches are quickly reachable by car (Falasarna, Elafonissi, Balos). We would suggest this solution to group of friends or families with kids. We will for sure go there again!
