Petronila Villa Chania si trova a solo 1 km dal centro di Kissamos, a 5 km dal porto di Kissamos ea 46 km dall'aeroporto di Chania. A 800 mt dalla villa si trovano anche una farmacia e un supermercato. Petronila Villa Chania è una struttura a due piani, immersa nel verde lussureggiante circondato da ulivi.

Al primo piano c'è un ampio soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde e lavastoviglie, una camera da letto e un bagno. C'è anche uno spazio di lavoro appositamente progettato con apparecchiature per ufficio complete con wi-fi e stampante. Nel soggiorno, c'è la conservazione del vino a pavimento dove avrai a tua disposizione 15 etichette di vino gratuite. Al piano terra della casa ci sono 3 camere da letto, un comodo WC e un altro WC nella 3° camera da letto.

Al 1° piano della casa ci sono 2 verande di cui la più grande è una sala da pranzo dove puoi gustare la tua colazione, con vista illimitata sul mare e sulle montagne. Nel magnifico giardino della villa si trova una piscina di 35 mq con doccia esterna e una cucina completamente attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 persone. C'è anche un tradizionale forno a legna. La villa dispone anche di 3 TV a schermo piatto, di cui una smart tv con satellite, 50 pollici. Gli ambienti della villa sono climatizzati, con wi-fi, oltre a due camini che possono contenere. Tutti gli strati sono ortopedici e ipoallergenici, così come una selezione di cuscini. La villa dispone anche di una piscina privata che può essere riscaldata su richiesta. Accanto alla villa, c'è un orto biologico, dove è possibile visitare e raccogliere molti tipi di verdure fresche. Petronila Villa Chania dista solo 1 km dalla spiaggia più vicina.

Una settimana perfetta! La villa è super, molto comoda anche al massimo della capienza, ha tutto quello che si può desiderare come camere comode, cucina moderna, due terrazzi panoramici, piscina grande ed a temperatura ideale, giardino accogliente…
Una settimana perfetta! La villa è super, molto comoda anche al massimo della capienza, ha tutto quello che si può desiderare come camere comode, cucina moderna, due terrazzi panoramici, piscina grande ed a temperatura ideale, giardino accogliente e pulito con una dependance grande e attrezzata di ogni cosa per mangiare ed abbuffarsi in compagnia ed apprezzare l’atmosfera di un godibilissimo giardino e bordo piscina. La distanza dichiarata dal mare e dal paese non deve assolutamente spaventare, si tratta di due minuti in auto e 10 min a piedi. Sarete immersi nel verde e circondati da ulivi ma a pochi passi dai servizi di ogni genere (ristoranti, bar, supermercati, farmacia, lungomare). Una speciale menzione al padrone di casa Kostas, un vero e proprio gentiluomo, attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti e disponibile ad ogni ora. Al nostro arrivo ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di prodotti locali ed ha accompagnato la nostra partenza con un omaggio culinario preparato dalla sua famiglia; è sempre stato prodigo di consigli e direi che non ha mai sbagliato.

It was everything we wanted and more. We had a wonderful 2 week. The location was stunning, set in the Olive groves with stunning views to the sea and across the mountains, perfectly quiet and perfect for a short walk into town for dinner or drinks. The kids loved the pool and the owner Kostas and his family couldn’t have been more friendly. His regular vegetable deliveries were amazing as were the stocked fridge and bottles of wine when we arrived. The villa was very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. I can’t recommend it enough. One small note we had was that it might be nice to have plastic cups for around the pool as we were wary with the glass but this was a very minor issue. As I’ve said. We loved it and I think Kostas might be the most accommodating host we’ve ever met. I’ll make sure I leave a review too.

The location was stunning, set in the Olive groves with lovely views to the sea and across the mountains, perfectly quiet and perfect for a short walk into town for dinner or drinks. The kids loved the pool and the owner and his family couldn’t have been more friendly. His regular vegetable deliveries were amazing as were the stocked fridge and bottles of wine when we arrived. The villa was very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. I can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful house, very nice owner

We have spent 1 amazing week at Petronila. The house looks actually better then the pictures. The owner was very nice and helpful, when we had arrived we have found many fresh fruits and vegetables as well as bottles of wine, water and beer, greek yogurt…
We have spent 1 amazing week at Petronila. The house looks actually better then the pictures. The owner was very nice and helpful, when we had arrived we have found many fresh fruits and vegetables as well as bottles of wine, water and beer, greek yogurt. The villa it's situated in a calm and peaceful area of the island, you can sit at the pool all day long reading a book. The villa was very clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend renting this house.

Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very welcoming , informative and generous they had fruits and vegetables from the garden for us constantly. The house inside and out was clean and inviting. Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful backdrop for us to make everlasting memories.

We were stunned by the position in the middle of olive trees, and by the beauty of the house and swimmingpool. We've been welcomed by the very kind owners that were always available in the following days to fullfil our requests of suggestions and information about the island. The place is quiet, clean, everything works and it is close to the little village and to markets, stores, restaurants. A lot of gorgeous beaches are quickly reachable by car (Falasarna, Elafonissi, Balos). We would suggest this solution to group of friends or families with kids. We will for sure go there again!
