Το Seafront Villa Maravelle Chania βρίσκεται στην άκρη της θάλασσας στο χωριό Τερσανάς, θα σας καταπλήξει εντελώς. Η ευρύχωρη βεράντα με θέα ανατολικά, νότια και δυτικά προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα στους κόλπους του Καλαθά και των Χανίων με τα διάσημα Λευκά Όρη στο βάθος. Απολαύστε το πρωινό σας στην υπέροχη βεράντα ή απλά χαλαρώστε με ένα ποτήρι καλό κρητικό κρασί αγναντεύοντας τον ήλιο να βυθίζεται στα καταγάλανα νερά του Κρητικού Πελάγους. Το μεσημέρι, μπορείτε να κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία δίπλα στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης απολαμβάνοντας την υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και τα βουνά.

Το Seafront Villa Maravelle Chania είναι μια ενοικίαση διακοπών 240 τ.μ., τα οποία δωμάτια βρίσκονται σχεδόν όλα στο ίδιο επίπεδο. 2 έως 3 σκάλες χωρίζουν τον κύριο χώρο από τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια. Αποτελείται από τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια, τρία μπάνια, ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, κουζίνα και ένα μικρό βοηθητικό χώρο δίπλα του, μια πολύ ευρύχωρη και πανοραμική βεράντα με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και στα «λευκά βουνά». Η βίλα είναι κατάλληλη για έως 9 άτομα (8 συν 1).

Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει επίσης ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι, προσφέρει επίσης υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και ένα καθιστικό στο αίθριο. Το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και θέα στη θάλασσα. Το τέταρτο υπνοδωμάτιο αποτελείται από ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και είναι πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό χώρο του σπιτιού. Το κυρίως μπάνιο περιλαμβάνει μπανιέρες και διπλό νιπτήρα ενώ το τρίτο μπάνιο έχει ντουζιέρα και βρίσκεται δίπλα στο τέταρτο υπνοδωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα περιλαμβάνει φούρνο, ψυγείο, ψυγείο, καφέ φίλτρου, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα και πλυντήριο πιάτων. Η τραπεζαρία, η κουζίνα και το καθιστικό βρίσκονται στον ίδιο χώρο.

The small hotel resort adjacent to the Villa allowed to have convenient amenities (restaurants, water, help for the Villa).Very nice stay!

We spent some time at the hotel bar which is just a 30 second walk from the Villa, very friendly and good selection of drinks. The baby equipment was new and in good condition. The pool are is obviously a later addition and was a good size for a family of 8, very clean and again with excellent views.

The beautiful villa is so spacious with a huge shaded balcony area at the back and a sun terrace with a pool at the front, both with the most amazing views. There are so many different areas to sit back and relax in! We also enjoyed visiting Tersanas beach which is only a few minutes walk away and we ate often at the excellent taverna there. Although very private, the villa also benefits from being part of a complex where the staff are very helpful and the whole place is so welcoming and friendly. Theodora was also very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or requests. The photos of this property are very accurate, it really is a fabulous villa and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We were a family of eight grown-ups staying for six days, and we loved every minute of it; The shaded terrace with different sitting groups, the private pool-area, nice beds, beautiful garden, the rocks by the sea were you could swim, the nice Tersanas beach, and the outstanding employees who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Spectacular setting. Best views of any villa we’ve tried. Gorgeous water and bay and private pool. Ice cold fantastic AC in each bedroom and living room. Super friendly hosts. Helpful when we had a personal emergency. Food and drink on site at related hotel. Quiet and private. It’s not quite its own Villa because there are people under the Villa in other units but we never heard them and I assume it’s quieter for us than the people below. Highly recommended.

Started with freshly backed goods and we were very hungry which worked perfectly. The friendly staff keeps the villa spotless cleaning it every day. As much as we like to visit new countries and areas we are really thinking seriously of coming back to the same place. Just seeing the fruit trees all around us is wonderful, figs, oranges, olives, cactus fruits, pomegranate etc. Also, the villa and the kitchen literally has all the utensils needed to cook if you desire so. It really is a dream come true, just like those shows that you see on TV. You get the feeling that you are the only one in the island, yet less than 5 minutes drive to supermarket and other amenities. The only thing we regret is not staying longer.

Hard to know where to start. Amazing views. Great AC. Toughest decisions: swim in the Aegean or the infinity pool; get the chicken or the pork gyros delivered from the hotel restaurant/pool that’s a short stroll away; and then which of the amazing pitches to dine on.The Villa provides an amazing mix of privacy but the convenience of the boutique hotel bar/restaurant that’s so close but never intrusive. Mimi and Thisos are the absolute best!!My wife and I and our two adult daughters and their significant others had an a wonderful five days here. Plenty of space to be together and plenty of space to be apart, too. Thank you!!

We were a group of 6 girls staying for 1 week, and we had a fabulous time. We cooked, laid by the pool, and explored the island. Had breakfast on the patio every morning. The view is gorgeous and it is so peaceful. It rained a little during our stay but the covered patio was still perfect to stay under. Note: the villa is part of a hotel, so we had the villa serviced (cleaned, fresh towels) it was great! Also, while the villa is private, it sits on a hill and is the top unit, however, there are rooms below us. We couldn't hear them and generally forgot that they were there. The villa is super close to the airport- about 15min (which was very convenient), 5min from a grocery store, and 25min from Chania (along a beautiful coastal drive). We did rent a car, and one night we had taxi service to Chania (the hotel called for us- top notch service). Overall our experience was superb, and I recommend the villa to anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a view of the water.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Crete.

Everything was perfect!

Schitterende accommodatie! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse, de villa is heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was zelfs vier keer die week een schoonmaakster aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful villa with private pool and amazing panoramic views. Had the best family holiday with my son and girlfriend and daughter and friend. Really relaxing but 5 mins walk to lovely beach and tavern and 20 mins to irenes which is a traditional greek tavern and a 10 min drive to Stavros beach or to Roadhouse which is an american themed sports bar with pool/darts/fuseball. Staff serving the villa and adjacent aparthotel cant do enough for you and the towels and bedlinnen are changed every other day and villa cleaned. A few mosquitos on still evenings but we kept rooms closed so no problems inside only outside in evenings. You cant be too noisy late at night due to neighbouring hotel as we found out but not really an issue. Very peacefull here so soon adjusted. We also had a very late flight home and they let us use a vacant room for the fay after checking out.
