Το Sirokos Villa Chania είναι μια νεόδμητη πολυτελής πέτρινη βίλα με ιδιωτική οικολογική πισίνα, πλήρως επιπλωμένη και εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις για να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε τη διαμονή σας εδώ στην Κρήτη. Το Sirokos Villa Chania βρίσκεται στο Σταλό, 150 μ. Από την βραβευμένη με γαλάζια σημαία παραλία του Σταλού και 7 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από τη γραφική πόλη των Χανίων. Το περιβάλλον του συνδυάζει αρμονικά την πέτρα με το ξύλο προσθέτοντας μια ξεχωριστή πολυτέλεια και γαλήνη που θα λατρέψετε.

Το Sirokos Villa Chania διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εύκολα έως και 8 άτομα. Μπαίνοντας στη βίλα, υπάρχει το κύριο σαλόνι, η τραπεζαρία και η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, όλα σχεδιασμένα προσεκτικά και συνδυάζοντας τον μοντερνισμό και την παράδοση. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια. Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει 2 μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να μετατραπούν και να δημιουργήσουν ένα ακόμη διπλό κρεβάτι. Υπάρχει επίσης μπάνιο με ντους. Στον επάνω όροφο που είναι πατάρι, υπάρχει το 3ο υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μεγάλα μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα ακόμη μπάνιο με ντους.

Βγαίνοντας έξω, θα απολαύσετε την ιδιωτική οικολογική πισίνα* και την υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία. Υπάρχει επίσης κήπος με γκαζόν. Είναι μια τέλεια επιλογή για οικογένειες, φίλους και ζευγάρια που επιθυμούν ιδιωτικότητα και ιδιαίτερες ανέσεις για τη διαμονή τους στην Κρήτη. Ένα ιδανικό μέρος για οικογένειες που αναζητούν γραφικές διακοπές σε ένα χώρο με σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα, επιπλωμένο προσεκτικά και με γούστο.

* Οικολογική αποχέτευση πισίνας μέσω ηλεκτρόλυσης αλατιού. Η μέθοδος της ηλεκτρόλυσης αλατιού χωρίς προσθήκη χλωρίου χρησιμοποιείται για την αποχέτευση της πισίνας. Η ηλεκτρόλυση μετατρέπει το αλάτι σε φυσικό απολυμαντικό χλώριο. Χωρίς δυσάρεστη οσμή χλωρίου, ερεθισμό του δέρματος ή των ματιών. Ιδανικό για μωρά.

We had a lovely stay!

Very quick communication and was able to help us get transport to and from the airport/villa easily. The villa was beautiful and had so much space - much better in person. Me and my girls had a lovely stay for my birthday. Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday!

The villa was of a high standard and very well equipped and well maintained. It had everything we needed and the location was great. The pool was bigger than I expected so that was good. We had a wonderful holiday.

The Villa is superbly and thoughtfully equipt.

We were a group of 5 ladies staying in the villa for a week, and cannot recommend it highly enough. All communication with the owners was quick and easy from booking to checking out. We had a small issue with the WiFi and Aircon in one of the bedrooms which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The Villa is perfectly located for the picturesque beach, which is a 2 min walk away. There are two supermarkets the same distance away where you can purchase supplies, Lidl is a bus ride away. Lovely attention to detail in all areas, we particularly liked the high-quality embroidered towels and linen. The beds are VERY comfortable, two of the rooms have a small terrace which is nice to sit out on an evening. The outside area is lovely. There is a grass area with sun beds and BBQ, and a patio area with a table and also a lounge area. The pool is an adequate size and a welcome relief for cooling off in the heat of the day. We really appreciated the personal touches too including welcome gifts and a homemade cake from the cleaner. Beautiful Chania is approximately 5 miles away and can be reach via bus or taxi. The bus stop is a short walk from the villa but we did find it difficult getting on one as they were always full, taxi's the same. We put this down to being peak season and didn't spoil our stay whatsoever. If we return to Crete we will definitely book the villa again.

We really appreciated his kindness. The swimming pool is wonderful! We enjoyed a great moment in the pool with friends. The rooms are clean, and air-conditioned, with a balcony, and spacious. The villa has 3 bathrooms which are convenient for 6 persons. The villa is 2 mins walk from the beach. A barbecue is available for use in the villa.

Even better this year

We just love the hos, it has been even better this year than the past one. we are actually considering to cancel the house we have booked in Spaind for next year to go to Sirokos again. the local people are so frindly and nice.

We (family of five from Norway) stayed here for two weeks in July 2018, enjoying a very nice and relaxing holiday. We found the villa to be well sized, and it was nice to enjoy modern and well working appliances like the air conditioning units, the large fridge/freezer, dishwashing machine, coffee machine, security alarm and Wi-Fi. We also found the villa to be placed in a nice location; a small but important distance from the busy and noisy main road, but still within short walking distance from a bakery, a couple of small supermarkeds, the bus stops, some nice tavernas, and a minigolf course (fun park). In the last half of our stay we had an issue with the pool water being somewhat unclear/foggy. But in less than an hour or two after I sent a message to the owners, a pool engineer was on site, did some magic, and the next day the pool water was crystal clear, inviting and delicate. Overall we can easily recommend this villa for families and friends looking for a modern, comfortable and quiet place to stay in this part of the Chania area, and we will definitely consider coming back to Kato Stalos and this villa some time in the future.
