Η Villa Anemi Crete είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Villa Anemi είναι μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη πολυτελής βίλα με υψηλών προδιαγραφών σχεδιασμό και ποιότητα κατασκευής, που βρίσκεται δίπλα στο χωριό Στέρνες, το οποίο απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη γνωστή αμμώδη παραλία Μαράθι και Λουτράκι.

Λόγω της θέσης της, η βίλα προσφέρει απίστευτη θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας και στα βουνά προσφέροντας πλήρη ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας. Η βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα σε κρεβάτια και έως 8 άτομα αν χρειαστεί (υπάρχει καναπές-κρεβάτι). Η εσωτερική διακόσμηση της πολυτελούς βίλας μας είναι μοντέρνα και λειτουργική. Μπαίνοντας στη βίλα στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε έναν ευρύχωρο ενιαίο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει το σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια εσωτερική τραπεζαρία και μια έξοδο στη βεράντα. Στον ίδιο όροφο υπάρχει και WC.

Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα με king-size κρεβάτι που μπορούν επίσης να διαμορφωθούν ως δύο μονά. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια προσφέρουν υπέροχη θέα από τη βεράντα. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα μπάνιο που περιέχει μπανιέρα με μπανιέρα. Το κάτω επίπεδο είναι ένας ευρύχωρος μοντέρνος ανοιχτός χώρος. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, μια κουζίνα και ένα σαλόνι προσανατολισμένο και εξοπλισμένο ως ένα κομψό στούντιο. Υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, μια μικρή κουζίνα με ψυγείο και μια καμπίνα μπάνιου με ντους. Υπάρχει επίσης άμεση πρόσβαση στον χώρο της πισίνας.

Τα στρώματα είναι σχεδιασμένα για να προσφέρουν απόλυτη χαλάρωση και άνεση, κατασκευασμένα από ανατομικά υλικά όπως λάτεξ, αφρός μνήμης και ίνες καρύδας. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος της βίλας διαθέτει μίνιμαλ ντιζάιν πισίνα 2,50 x 9 m και χώρο κήπου, υπάρχουν μοντέρνα έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, τραπεζαρία, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Υπάρχει επίσης χώρος στάθμευσης για 2 αυτοκίνητα. Όλος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και περιφραγμένος.

In October, my wife and I went on a weeklong vacation with our adult daughters to Villa Anemi. We went on a lot of trips because the first few days' weather wasn't particularly summerlike. We didn't make as much use of the villa's unique features, such as the pool and the expansive terraces with a stunning view of the port of Souda. But we had a great time there. Unquestionably necessary is a rental car.

Nice villa with all the amenities! I adore the private apartment in the basement! Excellent view and the welcome present is lovely. Highly advised if you wish to stay anywhere other than Chania.

Vila Anemi is in a wonderful location, ideal for a large (or extended) family. The location is excellent—it's a quiet neighborhood approximately 10 minutes from the airport. Although Chania is approximately 20 minutes away, you can also explore the adjacent Marathi for nice dining. The vila is well-equipped and has a gorgeous swimming pool that is 1.9 meters deep (even more beautiful than on the pictures). The cleaning staff was excellent. The Vila was ideal for us because we were traveling with a baby and the owner had set up a really nice baby bed and chair in the basement.
