Το Aeras villa Chania διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 9 άτομα. Αυτή η βίλα είναι η καλύτερη λύση για όσους θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους στην Κρήτη, καθώς απέχει μόλις 7,5 χιλιόμετρα από τα Χανιά και το Παλαιό Ενετικό Λιμάνι. Το εσωτερικό της βίλας είναι διακοσμημένο με έργα τέχνης διάσημων Ελλήνων ζωγράφων. Ο έξυπνος σχεδιασμός του εντυπωσιάζει τους επισκέπτες και την πολυτελή διαβίωση που δίνει έμφαση στην ποιότητα και την άνεση. Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από μια ευρύχωρη, φωτεινή, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι και ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο. Ένα από τα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια βρίσκεται επίσης σε αυτόν τον όροφο, προσφέροντας υπέροχη θέα, ενώ τα άλλα τρία υπνοδωμάτια βρίσκονται στον δεύτερο όροφο, προσφέροντας μια χαρούμενη θέα στον υπέροχο κόλπο της Σούδας και τα περίφημα Λευκά Όρη, από την υπέροχη βεράντα. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο και έχει τη δική του ντουλάπα. Μια επιπλέον βρεφική κούνια μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε δύο από τα υπνοδωμάτια κατόπιν αιτήματος. Ο δεύτερος όροφος αποτελείται επίσης από δύο ακόμη μπάνια με ένα εύχρηστο πλυντήριο.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι καλυμμένος με γρασίδι (300 τμ), όπου διατίθεται επίσης ένας πέτρινος κήπος με αυτοφυή βλάστηση. Υπάρχουν επίσης 2 πισίνες 40μ² και 11μ² με τη δεύτερη κατάλληλη για παιδιά. Υπάρχει επίσης μια μεγάλη εξωτερική σκακιέρα και χώρος μπάρμπεκιου ιδανικός για ατελείωτες ώρες χαλάρωσης. Το Aeras Villa Chania προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του μοναδικές και αναζωογονητικές στιγμές στους πλήρως εξοπλισμένους και κομψά διακοσμημένους χώρους του.

And most important - great location, very close to Chania and some of the best beaches of Crete.

Josef was very helpful and immediately came to every small concern and tried to find a solution. You can reach the old town of Chania in 15 minutes and the surrounding small beaches in 10-15 minutes. We highly recommend the house!

An amazing villa, well equipped with all you need.Modern designed, greek style, with attention to every detail.The outdoors is amazing, with olive trees and a lot of space, with a large pool.We were staying with children, so it was very nice to have another smaller pool for children (about 70cm deep).The larger pool is 1.60m deep all across (no shallow water).Josef and his son Orestis are super nice and welcoming, helped with everything we needed.There is a very nice mini super market and also a coffee shop just outside of the villa, which is very convenient - you can wake up, and grab a cup of coffee right away :)Its 10 min from the airport, and 15 min from Chania, very easy to get around by car.

This is a truly wonderful Villa.

The rooms are all much bigger than they look in the photos and the master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom (tho all the rooms have really big wardrobes too!). We had a wonderful two weeks here (family of 4, plus mother in law)…

We had a wonderful two weeks here (family of 4, plus mother in law) and it was fabulous. A great location for exploring the surrounding beaches and restaurants and Chania itself (a car is necessary for this). Aircon worked brilliantly, kitchen was well equipped (with lovely welcome Raki and melon from the hosts) and the swimming pool is fantastic! Josef and Orestis were great providing lovely restaurant and beach recommendations and the maid service (twice in 2 weeks) was a real treat. We really hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time in this space is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The pool is very nice and makes an easy afternoon before going out downtown. We traveled with a 1.5 year old and 4.5 year old and it was PERFECT! Josef is very nice host and made sure we had everything we needed and was welcome to answer any questions about the area. Did I mention there is a market right next door, it makes for an easy easy trip! I would recommend a car rental when staying here, makes things easier as we drove to all surrounding areas!

The house is large and spacious, tastefully furnished, kitchen complete with every utensil. The outdoor area is the real treat: a wonderful swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor patio where you can organise many dinners/lunches with friends. Warm and kind welcome from Yosef who also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. A 2-minute walk from the house there is a well-stocked bar/market where you can have breakfast and shop. I highly recommend it.

We have just come back from a 10 night stay here and absolutely loved it.Joseff was really helpful before and during our stay, offering recommendations for local places to visit and even helped us get a deal with the car hire.There is a coffeeshop and supermarket next door which was really handy. However there is a much bigger and cheaper supermarket 10 mins drive away, along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is no public transport so a car is recommended for at least part of the trip, in order to see the beautiful beaches and local attractions.The villa itself was very well stocked pristinely clean, and beautifully decorated. The photos dont do it justice. Joseff checked in on the pool regularly to keep it ticking over, and his son gave us his mobile number so we could ask any questions or get in touch if needed.We had a clean/change of towels/bed linen half way through the stay which was lovely.

Josef is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to help. The villa is beautiful clean and modern with gorgeous outdoor space and swimming pool. The villa has very good air con perfect for Cretes hot summer weather. It is very close to some lovely beaches, we liked Marathi beach the best and josef recommended a great fish taverna there too. It is only a 15 min drive into Chania and everything is a short drive away- a car is essential. We would highly recommend this villa for families and large groups and would love to come back one day! Thank you for a fabulous stay Josef!

The location is great , around 10 minutes out of Chania, with a brand new mini market and coffee bar right next door. Parking situation is excellent, right on property. Josef also was very kind and accommodating. Wonderful rental.

We landed quite late and Josef’s son Orestis gave us clear instructions on how to get into the villa. They left us fresh bread and baked goods from the bakery that Josef owns which tasted delicious. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa and two of the bedrooms have a baby cot. Each room has doors that open onto a balcony or veranda. There is one bathroom with a shower next to one bedroom downstairs and upstairs there is an en suite and a main bathroom with a bath, all which were super clean and came with amenities. Enough towels for everyone plus beach towels. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The pool is very nice there is a deep one and a smaller shallow one. You will need a car to get there and around the area but there is a mini mart right next door. You can also take a taxi to Chania town which is about 20 mins away and around 15 euro each way. There is also a Lidl supermarket 15 mins away. Josef and Orestis communicated with me our entire trip and were very lovely. There also came to clean the pool a couple of times which was nice!

Greek-inspired modern design that pays close attention to every detail. The surrounding area is beautiful, filled with space and olive trees, as well as a sizable pool. The fact that there was a separate, smaller pool only for kids while we were there with kids was quite wonderful (about 70 cm deep). The deepest pool is 1.60 meters deep (no shallow water). Outside the villa, there is a lovely little store and a coffee shop, which is quite handy because you can have a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up. It is a fairly simple drive of 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Chania. highly recommended

We enjoyed our time at the property immensely. As stated, the villa is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The beds are quite comfy, the interior design is chic, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we required. The pool was a nice place to cool off after a day of exploring and to start the day. Stocking up on food and drink is simple thanks to the excellent store and cafe nearby. The host was first-rate, and his son gave us some fantastic advice on restaurants and tourist hotspots.

Would strongly recomend this house to others!

We were six adults and had a really pleasant stay at this house. Josef showed great hospitality and always responed quickly to our questions. We rented a car which was convinient since grocerystores and beaches were about 5 minutes away.
